Hi my friends…. the study week is approaching.
Have you all prepared for the final exam? I know it will be a though week for all of us.
But just have to work hard for these few week , after that we can have an enjoyable holiday. Hope all of you stay healthy and have a good mood in exam period.

DURIANS
Today I would like to share with you all about Durians that I read an article which is about it. Do you like durians? Can durian to be a dish for either lunch or dinner? This suggestion might not be accepted by public, but it is possible. Please remember that: ‘sweet smelling and bad smelling is opposite, there is no different if you love either one of them’.
During durian season, there are many dessert shop will take up the opportunity take make such delicious durian dessert to public. Everyone will love it include those who does not like durian.
What durian can be made? Dessert, cake, bread, pancakes and so on can be produce by using durian. Among the fruits, durian is one of the best choices to make these dessert or dish. The durian’s pulp is moist and the taste is not bad. So it is suitable to make dessert.
There are some tastes that provided by several types of durians from local and foreign such as Thailand. I want to tell you that local durian is better than foreign. Although the local durian’s pulp is thick but the taste is good with sweet-smelling and some bitter taste. Taking the fresh durian can warms your intestine and provides you some nutrition. Please remember that do not take too much durians because it provide you a quantity of heat that make you uncomfortable.
For those who like to eat bread, durian can be made into jam. It provides you the other different taste that you cannot imagine.
Diabetes patients are advised not to take too make durians. Durians contain a high level of sugar. It is serious if diabetes patients take them too much. Furthermore, please do not ever take alcohol drinks after taking durian because it is not good for your intestine. That’s all what I am going to share with you. Thanks.

INSTANT NOODLES
Hi, good afternoon to everyone! Today I would like to share with you about Instant Noodles.
Maggi and Cintan are the most famous instant noodles among the variety types of instant noodles in Malaysia. Do you like them? Yes, I like them. Sometime my mother does not cook at home and when I am lazy to buy food outside, I will eat instant noodles. I cook Maggi with eggs, prawn, sausage, onion and some ingredients that packaged with Maggi. Its taste is good.
But do you know that taking too much instant noodles is not good for our health? Taking instant noodles frequently will affect our health with insufficient nutrition. There is not enough nutrition that our body need such as potassium, zinc, formic acid, iron, magnesium and so forth. Furthermore, I notice that many people will put 100% the flavoring inside their noodles. But do you know that inside the flavoring contains lots of gourmet powder or Ajinamoto? Taking too much gourmet powder can make you lose your hair. The gourmet powder makes your hair’s foot not strong enough and easy to drop. Moreover, the gourmet powder can cause cancer such as intestine cancer.
In conclusion, please do not take too much instant noodles as your main meals. Thanks.

MARTIAL ARTS
Taekwondo, Silat, Judo, Wushu, Boxing, and Karate are martial arts. Have you ever learnt these martial arts before? Good afternoon, today I would like to share with you all bout martial arts. I believe that all of you have ever watched the action movie that contains martial arts. If there is a chance for you to learn the martial art, will you?
Learning martial arts can train one’s discipline. You must listen to instructor’s order and learn how to respect your partner and others. By learning martial arts, you will know what should you do and what should not. Besides, it can build up your confidence too. A lot of people who feel inferior get back their confidence after learning the martial arts. The spiritual of martial arts teach you too about pursuing what you want as long as the action is good.
Furthermore, by learning martial arts can fit up your body’s condition. You have to carry out a lot of training like push-up, speed running, sit-up, punching and so on. These training can fit up your body’s condition and make you stronger.
Finally, learning martial arts only can protect yourself but also your family and friends. The percentage to defeat the energy for those who learn martial arts is 2.5 times higher than those who do not learn.
In conclusion, martial arts not only can train your discipline but also can help you to protect your family and friends. Thanks.

BODY ODOR, HUMDRUM SEX CAUSE DIVORCES IN TERENGGANU
Today, I would like to share news that I read few minutes ago that published at The Star Online today.
Are smelly body odor, humdrum sex and boring pajamas affecting a marriage? Might these reasons cause divorce? I tell you YES! There is a data shown a higher divorce rate in Terengganu that investigated by the State Religious and Information committee.
Can you believe that a couple who had been married for less than five years but already on the verge of separation because of routine sex and smelly body odor? It is true for this new modern era. The separations were now common among couples aged between 25 and 30 years because of these reasons and there is at least three in every ten marriages registered in the state ended in divorce.
According to the news, some couples even blame their spouses for old-fashioned pajamas, sarong and t-shirt. Besides, body odor is the main reason to get divorce during intimate moments made their sex life monotonous or turned them completely off. If you have the odor problem, please consult your doctor in order to keep your marriage well. Besides, if you are odor, it will affect your impression when you work with your colleagues especially if you are salesman.
In order to keep a marriage well, there are some tips to give you. You can buy some perfumes which are filled with exotic and sensuous fragrances which can arouse sexual ardour. It help you a lot to keep your marriage well. So, it is believe that this could slow the divorces rate among young couples too.

There are still some other tips that I get from internet about positive body language.
*Smile to invite conversations and openness. When you are listening, smile and nod your head to show you are listening.
*When you lean, you lose 50% of your authority and signal disinterest or fatigue.
*Signal interest and attentiveness by direct body and head orientations, nodding in agreement; direct eye contact, and smiling.
*Sit up straight (never slouch). Sit with your feet flat on the floor with your hands relaxed or holding a pen.
*Use ‘open’ gestures whenever possible, to relax those you are talking to and to appear open, honest and communicable.
*Do not invade someone’s personal space without invitation.
*Centre your attention exclusively on the person, actively listen to them.
