Hi, i would like to share about the news of West Java earthquake which occured on 2 September 2009.

This is a 7.0 magnitude eartquake that happen in west Indonesia last month. This is a terrible disaster that damaged about 87000 homes and officesand estimate 100 dead.

It is Indonesia deadliest earthquake since year 2006.Buildings in Bandung and Tasikmalaya, the town closest to the epicenter, were damaged, and hundreds of people were injured.

This is a very sad news but i'm still glad to know that later a group of volunteers Malaysian medical students from several universities have deployed to provide assistance.

I want to share about one article i read about one of my favourite drink, that is green tea.Green tea originates from China and has become associated with many cultures in Asia from Japan to the Middle East.

Nowadays, green tea is more commonly known as "ocha" in Japan.Green tea is very good for health.

Preliminary observational and clinical studies of humans suggest that green tea can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and cancer as well as beneficially impact bone density, cognitive function, dental cavities, and kidney stones. Green tea consumption is epidemiologically associated with reduced heart disease, and animal studies have found that it can reduce cholesterol.

Green tea also contains carotenoids, tocopherols, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), minerals such as chromium, manganese, selenium or zinc, and certain phytochemical compounds. It is a more potent antioxidant than black tea, although black tea has substances which green tea does not such as theaflavin.

In conclusion, tea is good for health and also taste good to drink. For chinese family, tea is drink when family gather together and chat with each other.

I have read an article on Treehugger website regarding Italian biodiesel producers turn to seaweed as a feedstock for biodiesel. Italy’s Union of Biodiesel Producers hope to commercialize the production of seaweed-based biodiesel within five years. They plan on investing €10 million ($14 million) into the project.

The specific species of seaweed used in this project has yet to be determined, the company is working with scientists at the University of Florence to find a species which could be grown in plastic tubes of seawater and fed with carbon dioxide captured from a nearby fossil fuel power plant. I enjoyed reading this article, it raise my awareness on insufficent supply of diesel. And I hope scientists in our country will come out with something like this.

I have read an interesting article that is published in www.yourtotalhealth.com for those nighthawk about " 5 surprising reasons to get more sleep". Based on that article, we are encouraged to get more sleep. These are among the few benefits that are mentioned in that particular article if we get more sleep: 1. sleep makes you thinner ( girl must happy with that) 2. sleep boosts your memory ( good for us who are a student) 3. it can fight colds, ulcers and even cancer ( it means u will be more stronger ) 4. sleep slows down ageing 5. sleep could keep you orderly. Nowadays, people are busy with their work and they don't have enough sleep, especially those who are staying in the urban area. Normally, we all need to spend at least 8 hours a day for sleeping. Well, i like sleeping and i will definitely grab some extra shut-eye if i am free. I enjoyed reading it as i will have more reasons to get more sleep to lose weight. I am pleased with that.
Here are some more information I have
9-11 pm immune system (lymphoid) Detox time
11-1 am liver Detox
1-3 am gall Detox, likewise.
3-5 am lung Detox time
5-7 am Detox, colon
7-9 am eat breakfast.
Therapy patients should eat breakfast early, before 6.30am is better

Hi, i would like to share something to you all that i had read an articles few days ago. The title is " How to have a well sleep".
Did u know what time is the golden time for us to sleep? Did you know what are the causes will happen to our our if we sleep lately ?
From the survey which has done by some organization, roughly 78.25% of malaysian sleep between 12am to 2am. Are you the one of them?
According to the expert, the time we should sleep is from 10pm to 6am. A day we should sleep is 8 hours, no more and no less. Why should we sleep at 10pm? it is too early? 10pm is a proper time for us to sleep. It is because from 11pm to 2am is the time for our body to release a type of hormone that can make us feel relax. But i noticed that many people do not follow. Some of them say:'although i slept lately yesterday, but today noon i will sleep for 3-4 hours. So this will cover back my insufficient sleeping hours. there is no different for m3 to sleep lately". But i will say NO to you. there is useless for you to sleep few hours at noon. This wont cover back the insufficient sleeping hours.it just wasting your time.
"How can i sleep as early as 10pm if i have insomnia?" somebody said. Insomnia is a common problems for modern people and it comes from stress. the more stress a person possess will cause him suddenly wake up at night. So, for those who suffer the insomnia disease, i have some tips here to help you.
1. sleep early and don not sleep lately
2. Do not eat before sleeping.
3. Do not drink too much water because going to washroom continuously will cause you sleep not well.
4. Get away from caffeine and nicotine.
5.Do more exercises at noon.Exercising at noon will help you sleep easily.
6.Take a bath before sleep. A warm bath can relax your mind and muscles.
7.Do not ever take sleeping pill. please consult your doctor before taking the pill.

In conclusion, i wish who has already seen my comment can pay some attention to your sleeping time. Do it for your own good thanks.

Hi, recently I had read an article about Asimo which is the first invention of humanoid robot. So, I want to share a piece of information about Asimo with all of you. Asimo is created by Honda. The height of Asimo is 130cm and weight 54kg. The robot resembles a small astronaut wearing a backpack and can walk or run on two feet at speeds up to 6 km/h. Asimo was created at Honda’s Research & Development Wako Fundamental Technical Research Centre in Japan. Officially the name is an acronym for ‘Advanced Step in Innovative Mobility. Asimo can be operated from a workstation and also by a remote control. Honda has also created 3D CPU which is consisting of three staked dice: a processor, a signal converter and some memory to power super Asimo. ASIMO runs the VxWorks operating system. There are many features that enable ASIMO to interact better with humans. These features fall under 5 categories. Firstly, using the visual information captured by the camera mounted on its head, ASIMO can detect the movements of multiple objects, assessing distance and direction. ASIMO can also interpret the positioning and movement of a hand, recognizing postures and gestures. ASIMO can recognize the objects and terrain of its environment and act in a way that is safe for both itself and nearby humans. ASIMO’s ability to identify the source of sounds has been improved, and it can distinguish between voices and other sounds. It can respond to its name, face people when being spoken to and recognize sudden, unusual sounds such as that of a falling object or a collision, and face in that direction. Lastly, ASIMO has the ability to recognize faces even when ASIMO or the human being is moving.

Hi there and I wanted to share with all of you the culture of Japan. The culture of Japan has evolved greatly over millennia, from the country’s prehistoric Jomon culture to its contemporary hybrid culture, which combines influences from Asia, Europe and North America. The Japanese language has always played a vital role in Japanese culture. Japanese is written with a combination of three scripts such as hiragana, katakana and kanji. Painting has been an art in Japan for a very long time. Chinese papermaking was introduce to Japan around the 7th century by Damjing and several monks of Goguryeo, later washi was developed from it. The flowing, brush-drawn Japanese language lends itself to complicated calligraphy. This art form is known as "Shodo" which literally means "the way of writing or calligraphy" or commonly known as "Shuji" which means "learning how to write characters". Traditional Japanese sculptures mainly consisted of Buddhist images, such as Tathagata, Bodhisattva and Myō-ō. Ukiyo-e, literally "pictures of the floating world", is a genre of woodblock prints that exemplifies the characteristics of pre-Meiji Japanese art. Ikebana is the Japanese art of flower arrangement. It has gained widespread international fame for its focus on harmony, color use, rhythm, and elegantly simple design. It is an art centered greatly on expressing the seasons, and is meant to act as a symbol to something greater than the flower itself. The four traditional theatres from Japan are noh, kyogen, kabuki and bunraku. Japanese architecture has as long a history as any other aspect of Japanese culture. Originally heavily influenced by Chinese architecture, it also develops many differences and aspects which are indigenous to India. Some of these buildings are constructed with traditional gardens, which are influenced from Zen ideas. Traditional Japanese clothing distinguishes Japan from all other countries around the world. The Japanese word kimono means "something one wears" and they are the traditional garments of Japan. Dishes such as sushi, tempura, and teriyaki chicken are some of the foods that are commonly known. The healthy Japanese diet is often believed to be related to the longevity of Japanese people. Japanese popular culture not only reflects the attitudes and concerns of the present but also provides a link to the past. Popular films, television programs, manga, and music all developed from older artistic and literary traditions, and many of their themes and styles of presentation can be traced to traditional art forms. Many anime and manga are becoming very popular around the world, as well as Japanese video games, music, and game shows.

Today, I had read an article about smart card. A smart card, chip card, or integrated circuit card (ICC), is any pocket-sized card with embedded integrated circuits which can process data. The card is made of plastic, generally PVC, but sometimes ABS. The card may embed a hologram to avoid counterfeiting. Using smartcards is also a form of strong security authentication for single sign-on within large companies and organizations. Smart cards can be used for identification, authentication, and data storage. Smart cards provide a means of effecting business transactions in a flexible, secure, standard way with minimal human intervention. Smart card can provide strong authentication for single sign-on or enterprise single sign-on to computers, laptops, data with encryption, enterprise resource planning platforms such as SAP and etc. The automated chip card was invented by German rocket scientist Helmut Gröttrup and his colleague Jürgen Dethloff in 1968. The first mass use of the cards was for payment in French pay phones, starting in 1983. The Mozilla Firefox web browser can use smart cards to store certificates for use in secure web browsing. Smartcards are also used for single sign-on to log on to computers. Smartcards support functionality has been added to Windows Live Passports. The applications of smart cards include their use as credit or ATM cards, in a fuel card, SIMs for mobile phones, authorization cards for pay television, pre-pay utilities in household, high-security identification and access-control cards, and public transport and public phone payment cards. Smart cards may also be used as electronic wallets. The smart card chip can be loaded with funds which can be spent in parking meters and vending machines or at various merchants. Cryptographic protocols protect the exchange of money between the smart card and the accepting machine. There is no connection to the issuing bank necessary. A quickly growing application is in digital identification cards. In this application, the cards are used for authentication of identity. Smart health cards can improve the security and privacy of patient information, provide the secure carrier for portable medical records, reduce health care fraud, support new processes for portable medical records, provide secure access to emergency medical information, enable compliance with government initiatives and mandates, and provide the platform to implement other applications as needed by the health care organization.

The game is a game sequel to the game "Mana Khemia: Alchemist of Al-Revis" that I just finished playing sometime before Eid Fitri holiday. The game pretty much still use the concept of the predecessors, the Atelier Iris series as well as Mana Khemia that is turn based role-playing game. i want to share with all of of you something that i had read that is the meaning of flowers.there are a lot of flowers but the most valuable one of course the roses. The color of a rose can have a very different meaning from what you intend. To ensure that your love understands what the roses you bestow mean, check this guide to rose colors and their meanings:
Red roses proclaim "I love you." They are the ultimate symbol of romantic love and enduring passion. Florists can't keep up with Valentines Day demand for red roses, which makes them especially expensive in February.ellow roses indicate friendship and freedom -- so don't send them if your intentions are romantic and long-lasting. Yellow roses are also appropriate for sending congratulations to newlyweds, graduates, Texans, and new mothers.Pale pink roses connote grace, gentleness, and gratitudeA joy to behold, light pink roses express fun and happiness..Pure white roses symbolize truth and innocence. They also send other messages: "I miss you" and "You're heavenly."
rose always bring a lot of meaning.so before you want to give it to someone, make sure you know what its mean first!!!

2)smile at tham should your eyes meet
3)later,during your presentation, you can look at them for support.your energy as a speaker actually depends on the energy of the audience as well.If the audience is energized,so are you
4)eye contact will also allow you to gauge your audience's reacction and gives you the opportunity to adapt your presentation to suit their response and interest

Although there had been no report due to H1N1 in the country since a month ago, the ministry would continue with measures to prevent the spread of the virus, she told reporters after a Aidilfitri open house hosted by the Sabah Home Ministry here.
She also advised the public to take necessary measures, including to seek immediate treatment should they have symptoms of influenza-like illness.

You may write me down in history
With your bitter, twisted lies,
You may trod me in the very dirt
But still, like dust, I'll rise.

Does my sassiness upset you?
Why are you beset with gloom?
'Cause I walk like I've got oil wells
Pumping in my living room.

Just like moons and like suns,
With the certainty of tides,
Just like hopes springing high,
Still I'll rise.

Did you want to see me broken?
Bowed head and lowered eyes?
Shoulders falling down like teardrops.
Weakened by my soulful cries.

Does my haughtiness offend you?
Don't you take it awful hard
'Cause I laugh like I've got gold mines
Diggin' in my own back yard.

You may shoot me with your words,
You may cut me with your eyes,
You may kill me with your hatefulness,
But still, like air, I'll rise.

Does my sexiness upset you?
Does it come as a surprise
That I dance like I've got diamonds
At the meeting of my thighs?

Out of the huts of history's shame
I rise
Up from a past that's rooted in pain
I rise
I'm a black ocean, leaping and wide,
Welling and swelling I bear in the tide.
Leaving behind nights of terror and fear
I rise
Into a daybreak that's wondrously clear
I rise
Bringing the gifts that my ancestors gave,
I am the dream and the hope of the slave.
I rise
I rise
I rise.

Hai all my friend, today i want to share a very important information with all my friends exspeacially girl about how to detect wheather a mirror is two-way or not ?
When we went into the toilet, bathrooms, hotel rooms, changing rooms, etc.
How do you determine the side of the wall, the surface of an ordinary mirror is really a mirror
Or indeed the one hand a two-way mirror (they can see you, but you can not see them full)
Been more than examples of cases:
In the women's locker room there to install two-way mirror
We are extremely difficult to determine from the surface it is!
So, when we see the mirror, how to determine what it is the mirror?
As long as do the following simple test:
Put your nail tip on the mirror surface,
If the nail tip and the gap between the image reflected upside!
That is really a mirror (security!)
However, if you can directly touch the tip of the nail to the nail reflection image!
Beware! That is a two-way mirror!
so girl do your check the mirror in the public room your using ???
Next time please check before your using the public room

hi, today i had read an article about energy and life. for your information, Any living organism relies on an external source of energy—radiation from the Sun in the case of green plants;chemical energy in some form in the case of animals—to be able to grow and reproduce. The daily 1500–2000 Calories (6–8 MJ) recommended for a human adult are taken as a combination of oxygen and food molecules, the latter mostly carbohydrates and fats, of which glucose (C6H12O6) and stearin (C57H110O6) are convenient examples. The food molecules are oxidised to carbon dioxide and water in the mitochondria

C6H12O6 + 6O2 → 6CO2 + 6H2O
C57H110O6 + 81.5O2 → 57CO2 + 55H2O

and some of the energy is used to convert ADP into ATP

ADP + HPO42− → ATP + H2O

The rest of the chemical energy in the carbohydrate or fat is converted into heat: the ATP is used as a sort of "energy currency", and some of the chemical energy it contains when split and reacted with water, is used for other metabolism (at each stage of a metabolic pathway, some chemical energy is converted into heat). Only a tiny fraction of the original chemical energy is used for work:
1)gain in kinetic energy of a sprinter during a 100 m race: 4 kJ
2)gain in gravitational potential energy of a 150 kg weight lifted through 2 metres: 3kJ
3)Daily food intake of a normal adult: 6–8 MJ

That all I want to share today. Thanks...

Hi everyone!!! actually i'm so tired today.. wanna sleep..hehe.. but i want to share with you about 1 Malaysia article..
In his final public address before his expected swearing in as prime minister on Friday, Datuk Seri Najib Razak gave a hopeful glimpse into his administration today when he said that the new thrust of his government will be One Malaysia, or 1Malaysia as it is also known.

1Malaysia, which Najib has mentioned several times the past few days, emphasises national unity and in his speech at the ceremony to disburse funds to Tamil schools today, Najib sounded remarkably like a reformer for race relations as well as a reconciliator.

He said that two things were key in the 1Malaysia concept - mutual respect and trust among the different races in Malaysia.

"Mutual respect is not just tolerance," he said.

"That is just the bare minimum. Mutual respect means you have embraced unity in diversity. And secondly, we must trust one another. But trust is not something gained overnight. But if done conciously over time, it will eventually happen.

"Once trust is developed, Malaysia will be the sum total of all races. We will not be moving as separate communities but as one Malaysia and we will be stronger. It will be a new Malaysia because we'll change our mindset because we trust and respect each other. I hope all will join me to bring Malaysia to greater heights."

As a chinese,i really proud with our very own chinese culture which is unique.I want to share about an article about Forbiden City which i read a few days ago from internet.

The Forbiden City actually is an imperial palace for royal family from Ming Dynasty untill end of Qing Dynasty. It is located in the middle of Beijing and served as home for the Emperor family for almost five century.

The common name "The Forbiden City" is actually translate from chinese name Zhi Jin Cheng(紫禁城). The word Zhi(紫) means purple refers to the Ziwei star(North Star) while Jin (禁) refer as no one can enter or leave the palace without permission of Emperor.Cheng(城) refers to walled city.

The Forbidden City is the world's largest surviving palace complex and covers 72 ha.It consists of 980 surviving buildings with 8,707 bays of rooms. It is enclosed in a larger, walled area called the Imperial City. The Imperial City is, in turn, enclosed by the Inner City; to its south lies the Outer City. So,it more likes a forbiden city than a palace.

Nowadays,it function as a museum and known as "Palace Museum"(故宫博物院).The collections of the Palace Museum are based on the Qing imperial collection. According to the results of a 1925 audit, some 1.17 million items were stored in the Forbidden City. In addition, the imperial libraries housed one of the country's largest collections of ancient books and various documents, including government documents of the Ming and Qing dynasties. That's all, thank you.

final exam will be held soon.here i have some exam tips for all my so you can get ready to have your exams. Some exams require the use of PENS, while others have to be completed in PENCIL. Make sure you know what you should be using in every paper before you go in.ake spare pens and pencils just in case the one you are using stops working. It may sound stupid, but ...don't forget to read the instructions and make sure you know what you are being asked to do. You should go into the exam well aware of what is expected of you, but you should always check. Don't, however, waste a lot of time on this.last but not least try to have a good night sleep to ensure that you can answer all the question and not sleeping in your exam hall.

I want to share something about Fat Man a.k.a my id for travian myx.
Fat Man is actually not fat boy but it was the codename for the atomic bomb that was detonated over Nagasaki, Japan, by the United States on August 9, 1945, at 11:02 (JSP). It was the second of the only two nuclear weapons to be used in warfare and was the third man-made nuclear explosion. The name also refers more generically to the early nuclear weapon designs of U.S. weapons based on the "Fat Man" model. It was an implosion-type weapon with a plutonium core, similar to the Trinity device tested only a month earlier in New Mexico.

Fat Man was possibly named after Winston Churchill, though Robert Serber said in his memoirs that as the "Fat Man" bomb was round and fat.

Hi again!!! today i would like to share about tea... HISTORY OF TEA....

Tea is one of the world’s oldest beverages. So old, in fact, that stories of its origins have become indistinguishable from the myths that surround it.

The Chinese believe that tea was discovered by Emperor Shen-Nung, the legendary emperor and founder of Chinese medicine, in 2737 BC. A firm advocate in hygienic precautions, the emperor insisted that his drinking water be boiled before consumption.

One day, while he was doing just that during a hunting trip, a few leaves from a nearby bush blew into the bubbling water. The leaves imparted to the water such an exquisite and delicate aroma that the emperor was tempted to sip it. He felt so refreshed and invigorated by the beverage that he introduced it to his court. Thus tea was discovered.

The Indians attribute the discovery of tea to the saintly Darma Bodhivista, a Buddhist monk who had devoted seven years of his life to sleepless contemplation of the Buddha. In the first year, he was assailed by drowsiness. In desperation, he plucked a few leaves from a nearby bush and started chewing on them.

The leaves, which turned out to be from a wild tea bush, immediately revived his energy and the monk went on to complete his self-imposed vigil.

Hello, i would like to share something to you all that i had read an articles last minutes ago. The title is "Friendship".
Friendship is the cooperative and supportive relationship between two or more people. In this sense, the term connotes a relationship which involves mutual knowledge, esteem, affection, and respect along with a degree of rendering service to friends in times of need or crisis. Friends will welcome each other's company and exhibit loyalty towards each other, often to the point of altruism. Their tastes will usually be similar and may converge, and they will share enjoyable activities. They will also engage in mutually helping behavior, such as the exchange of advice and the sharing of hardship. A friend is someone who may often demonstrate reciprocating and reflective behaviors. Yet for some, the practical execution of friendship is little more than the trust that someone will not harm them.

That all..

i had read about my favourite animal that is cheetah..so this some history about my cheetah.
The cheetah originated about 4,000,000 years ago, long before the other big cats. The oldest fossils place it in North America in what is now Texas, Nevada and Wyoming. Cheetahs were common throughout Asia, Africa, Europe and North America until the end of the last Ice Age, about 10,000 years ago, when massive climatic changes caused large numbers of mammals to disappear. About that time all cheetah in North America and Europe and most of those in Asia and Africa vanished. Some experts think our present populations were derived from inbreeding by those very few surviving and closely related animals. This inbreeding "bottleneck", as theorized, led to the present state of cheetah genetics: all cheetah alive today appear to be as closely related as identical twins.

Cameron Highlands cuti-cuti Malaysia travel destination.....

Cameron Highlands (or Tanah Tinggi Cameron in Malay) is located in the state of Pahang. Currently, there are two main roads that connect major towns in west coast of Peninsula Malaysia (such as Kuala Lumpur, Ipoh and Penang) to this popular highland resort town. The older access point is the Tapah - Ringlet route while the newer access has since been built from Simpang Pulai - Kg Raja.

One of the best travel destinations place to relax in Cameron Highlands is sipping tea, having some scones to go with it. What better place to go about doing it at the tea plantation itself!
A nice grand view of Sg Palas tea plantation valley, makes you want to jump out of your car and go running around in the tea bush, eh?

Cameron Highlands cool climate provide an ideal place to grow tea. There are other plantation around, like the Bharat tea plantation which you will pass by between Tanah Rata and Habu. There is a tea shop overlooking the estate place. A nice place to stop by and give your legs a stretch. It use to be a simple tea shop, but has since been renovated to include a shop selling the Bharat teas besides selling nice hot cup of tea. It has a great view of the Bharat Tea Plantation, and if you like, you can take a stroll to their factory located below or even run around the tea plantation itself! I'm sure the kids would like it!

The journey to the Boh tea house is quite an adventure itself! The road to either the Boh (Fairlie) and Sungai Palas tea estates are rather narrow. Do give a honk or two while negotiating a corner to let oncoming traffic know there is a car coming. Gets kind of fun to honk the horn after a while!

If there is indeed an oncoming car coming on the opposite direction, either you or the other driver will have to go one side and let the traffic pass. There will be stretches of road where it is sufficiently wide for two vehicles to pass through.

Narrow roads aside, the view of green rolling hills, with the neat regular rows of tea plants, it’s such a relaxing feeling! Many a times, you may want to stop your car, and just walk in the tea plantation and pick some tea leafs yourself!
The Sg Palas 'ummph!' Tea Shop

Upon reaching the tea shop, you may want to go for the factory tour first before proceeding to the tea shop. Guided factory tours are provided free of charge to show how the tea leaf is processed. You will need to check with them when the guided tour is conducted when you arrive there.

Also note that both the factory and the tea shop is closed on Monday. So if you are walking all the way there, which is quite a long distance, you will be dissapointed to find it closed!
Opening time of Boh Tea Shop and factory...

all about friendship.Have you ever wondered what the real essence of the saying "A Friend in Need is a Friend Indeed" is? People talk about the true value of friendship actually without knowing what it stands for. True friendship is the one, in which the individuals do not have to maintain formalities with each other. Sharing true friendship is the situation, when the person you are talking about is counted as one among your family members, when the relation you share with him/her reaches a stage that even if you don't correspond for sometime, your friendship remains unscathed. Best friends need not meet up often to make sure that the friendship remains constant. Best friends support even each other, even if the whole world opposes them. It is not easy getting true friends for the lifetime. If you have even one true friend, consider yourself blessed. Remember, all best friends are friends, but not all friends can be best friends. In this world of cynics and back stabbers, there are still some people who are worth being friends with. They have to be recognized and respected for being best friends, for the lifetime.

Today I would like to share with all of you the top green alternative energy tips. There are 10 tips that can be practiced and learnt from it. Firstly, the easiest way to switch to green energy is to call your current provider and see if they offer an alternative. An increasing number of companies do, harnessing renewable sources like wind and solar power to offer electric service in their markets. Secondly, There are two kinds of solar power you can use in your home: active and passive. Active solar power is captured through solar cells (photovoltaics), and then stored to later provide heat or electricity. Passive solar doesn't involve the photovoltaic cells and mechanical systems of active solar, but still takes advantage of the sun to heat your home in one of three ways: direct gain, indirect gain, and isolated gain. You can also use solar power to heat the water for your showers, dishwasher, and laundry by installing a solar hot water system. Next, we can tap into earth natural geo-energy. You can also replace oil with biofuel. You can heat your home using biofuels which is a nontoxic, biodegradable, and renewable power sources. Wind energy is one of the cleanest forms of alternative energy available, and using it can cut your electricity bill by as much as 90 percent. You could also try to capture small-scale hydropower. You could also make a small start. If you're in the process of buying a home, it's easier to make alternative energy work for you. If you're designing from the ground up, choose a roof that's specially fitted for solar panels. Try to get small solar cells to charge your laptop, cell phone, iPod, and other small gadgets.

Strawberries Strawberries!!!!!!

The fragrantly sweet juiciness and deep red color of strawberries can brighten up both the taste and aesthetics of any meal; it is no wonder they are the most popular berry fruit in the world. Although strawberries have become increasingly available year-round, they are at the peak of their season from April through July when they are the most delicious and most abundant.

While there are more than 600 varieties of strawberries that differ in flavor, size and texture, one can usually identify a strawberry by its red flesh that has yellow seeds piercing its surface, and the small, regal, green leafy cap and stem that adorn its crown. In addition to strawberries that are cultivated, there are also varieties that grow wild. These are much smaller in size, but feature a more intense flavor.

The topic that i would like to share with you today is about "The indiscipline of corruption"
Kj John said, his late Professor Datuk Dr Mokhzani Abd Rahim and former Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Administration at the University of Malaya once said publicly at a UMW Seminar hosted by the late Tan Sri Eric Chia in the early 1980s that Malays do not take a serious view about discipline.

He even repeated this observation when he was part of the Senior Management at Mimos Berhad when his noticed the obvious tolerance of the indiscipline of corruption.

When these two observed truths are put together into a mental model one can understand why Umno still tolerates the indiscipline of corruption.
Next time, i will added the current issue to share with us..

No wonder I was entirely lost the first time I heard "baso kelate" or bahasa kelantan. At least I am comforted it's not due to the poor standard of my Bahasa Malaysia.

Also, "Limo" is "lima". Guess what is "bilo","duo", "tuo", "pulok", "budok", "dio", "betino" and "kkuro"? They are: "bila", "dua", "tua", "pula", "budak", "dia", "betina" and "kura-kura".

HI, good afternoon to all of you! Yesterday i have received an e-mail that sent by my friend. The e-mail information is related HOT SPRING. A hot spring is a spring that is produced by the emergence of geothermally heated groundwater from the Earth's crust. There are hot springs all over the earth, on every continent and even under the oceans and seas.
In malasia, there are sevral hot springs that are distibuted to the nation such as Sungai Klah Hot Springs Park, hot spring Gadek at melaka, hot spring Bentong at pahang and so forth.

The next information i want to share is "7 things you should never talk about on a first date".I found this article from www.mybrotha.com and think that these few tips are quite useful for our daily communication.

The 1st tips is "Shut-Up". Don't talk too much especially about yourself. There are many topics can be discuss during a date as long as they're not boring. But remember never including anything in the remaining 6 steps.

2nd tips is no subject about Sex.This is because it is a touchy subject for women and they either love to talk about it or hate to mention it.3rd is never mention about "the Ex". If a person talk about ex's on a first date means he hadn't gotten over with her.

4th is should'nt mention too much about your personal problems. This is because your 1st date friend doesn't even know you much. The 5th is marriage subject is off limits as well. Most women go out on dates to have fun and learn a little about guy they're spending time with. Talking about marriage and commiting your life to her, is inappropriate for the moment.

The 6th guide is money issue.Money is always touchy subject and doesn't really impress women about how much you've got in the bank.It should not be as the center of conversation. The last guide is never talk about anything negative.Don't ever bring up something that is sad, derrogatory ,meanspirited. Most women like humor and positive conversation.

According to author, good conversation doesn't always need to have a detailed purpose.Remember these 7 guidelines to make a good impression in the first date with friends.

7. Before you do any revision, warm up by doing some gentle exercise to relieve any tension in your body and to get a rush of healthy oxygen flowing to your brain.

8. Do past papers under thorough exam conditions as often as possible to familiarise yourself with the format and the pressures of working under exam conditions.

9. In an exam, make sure you read the question completely and fully understand what the examiner wants before you allocate your time and begin answering the questions.

10. If you are faced with a mental block breathe deeply, relax and ask yourself "If I did know the answer to this question, what would it be?"

try its okkkkkk

today i would like to share about chelsea fc.The club has sustained the fifth highest average all-time attendance in English football.Their average home gate for the 2008–09 season was 41,464, the fifth highest in the Premier League.Chelsea's traditional kit colours are royal blue shirts and shorts with white socks.but the latest news about chelsea fc is the bad news for me because chelsea once again face their 2nd defeat.the blues had defeated by aston villa 2-1.anyway,chelsea still at 2nd place in BPL below MU. I really sure that the Blues will rise and take back the 1st place from MU..

I'm gonna share about a manga(japanese comic) that has been running for quite some time now. The series not as popular as the big shots like naruto, bleach, one piece, etc but it still has its own charm. the series I'm reviewing about is katekyou hitman reborn. It's a story about a the main character, sawada tsunayoshi world of a mundane school life turned upside down with the sudden appearance of a toddler-like mafia named reborn claiming that tsuna is a candidate of the 10th mafia boss of a the top mafia family around and came to make tsuna into the 10th mafia boss. The series proggressed quite slowly at the beginning, but start to catch up the pace and become quite interesting after the character are introduced..

hi guys...
Do you have exam preparation tips?
If no,lets read below...

PREPARING EFFECTIVELY FOR AN EXAM:

1.Make sure you will collect all lecture notes and related material at least 2 weeks before the exam.
2.After that this task will be almost impossible to complete.
You DEFINITELY need to get some past papers for this exam. Usually you can get them from the library, university web site or from your own tutor. In some cases past papers may be accompanied with answers.
3.1-2 weeks before the exam talk to your tutor and ask him or her what kind of questions there will be on exam. In 70% of cases you will receive very valuable information which will significantly help you to prepare. Another important aspect is the number and worth of questions.
4.Carefully plan your time for exam preparation. You should give yourself at least 2 full days to prepare. If you are working – take several days off work – it worth it.
5.Start preparation from an early morning. Switch off mobile phone, TV, don’t check your emails and avoid any other disturbances. Make sure you have enough high-calories food (like chocolate).
6.Firstly read all your lecture notes. Vast majority of exams is based on the lecture notes (only or mainly) therefore you don’t need to read all course-recommended books. If you don’t understand something – talk to your classmates, read books, search Internet. Make sure you understand everything.
7.Secondly, answer ALL past exam papers and check your answers. It is useful to collaborate with your classmates because in this case group work may help you to avoid some mistakes.
8.Thirdly, analyse all previous exam papers and information received from your tutor. Try to estimate what kind of exams there will be. Then, assess your capabilities. For example, if you are good with numbers and calculations and KNOW that there will be some questions of such kind on exam, it is advisable for you to concentrate on reviewing techniques related to such questions. Try to plan the questions which you are going to answer (if you are more or less sure they will appear). On 99% of exams students have choice to answer 4 questions from 6 for example), therefore you SHOULD NOT know everything! It is sometimes better to leave some areas and to concentrate on others.
9.If you have a chance – talk to someone from previous year who took this exam. Quite often you can receive some valuable information for them.
10.Make sure you get good sleep before the exam. Many students are much stressed and can’t sleep. Try to use your own tricks to avoid it, for example go to bed earlier, read something, don’t watch TV and etc.
11.Wake up at least 2 hours before you need to leave the house. If you want – do some reading and reviewing, but not much. Eat well. Don’t forget to take all of your lecture notes with you to the university, because you may wish to look at them to clarify something at the last minutes.
12.Take your own stationary: several good pens, calculator and etc.
13.And lastly, when the exam has started – DON’T PANIC even if you seem not to know anything. Relax and write everything you know. Watch the time carefully, so that you have approximately equal amount of time for each questions.
14.GOOD LUCK!

In think one of the most problem that a student faced in english is writing an essay. To write an effective process essay, keep the foolowing points in mind:
1)the approach depends on the audience for whom the eesay is being written
2)order the eesay chronological
3)explain each stage in different paragraph
4)be clear and thorough in the explanation of the steps
5)use traditional words and phrases to logically lead one paragraph to the text
6)don't number the steps
7)do not use imperative sentences;otherwise you will end up with an instruction manual and not an essay
that all from me.......
if you keep these points in mind, and remember that it is an essay taht you are writting, and not merely a set of instruction, you can have agreat process essay....thank you

BRITON Jenson Button was crowned drivers world champion yesterday when he finished fifth in an incident-filled Brazilian Grand Prix won by Australian Mark Webber.

Button, who has led the championship all season after winning the opening Australian Grand Prix in March, had started 14th on the grid, but drove with courage and determination to achieve his goal and send the Brawn GP team into wild celebration.

“We are the champions,” Button sang out of key from his cockpit after crossing the finishing line and capturing the title with one race to spare.

Later the 29-year-old told the BBC: “It’s really amazing especially after the last few weeks. It was such an awesome race – I’m world champion baby!..
altough malaysia dont have driver in f1 but next season malaysia will come with new team that called i malaysia...

Today i want to share second comment is stress. What is the stress? Stress is a feeling that's created when we react to particular events. It's the body's way of rising to a challenge and preparing to meet a tough situation with focus, strength, stamina, and heightened alertness. Stress can bring benefits and damage to us so that we should control it better. However, today i just share about the bad stress and good stress only.
Good stress is we can convert the stress to our motivation that is a little of this stress can help keep you on your toes, ready to rise to a challenge. And the nervous system quickly returns to its normal state, standing by to respond again when needed.
Bad stress is that a person cannot control stress better so it can cause bad stress. This can wear out the body's reserves, leave a person feeling depleted or overwhelmed, weaken the body's immune system, and cause other problems.
So, as a a student, we should control our stress in order to prevent sickness or damage to our body.

Since Deepavali is just past a few days,I want to share about some infomation of this well-known Indian festival.Deepavali is also know as festival of lights.

This festival usually falls around late October and November. One important practice that the Hindus follow during the festival is to light oil lamps in their homes on Deepavali morning. By lighting the oil lamps, the Hindus are thanking the gods for the happiness, knowledge, peace and wealth that they have received.

The story goes that Narakasura, a demon, ruled the kingdom of Pradyoshapuram. Under his rule, the villagers suffered a lot of hardship as the demon tortured the people and kidnapped the women to be imprisoned in his palace. Seeing his wickedness, Lord Khrishna set out to destroy the demon and the day Narakasura died was celebrated as Deepavali, the triumph of good over evil!

The Hindus usually awake early in the morning of deepavali around 3am and the first ritual will be having an oil bath, which is an important feature of Deepavali. Hindus will be dressed in their new clothes on Deepavali. Most of the ladies would be clad in silk saris or Punjabi suits of various bright shades. Hindus particularly dislike dressing in black on that day, as they consider black an inauspicious color for the festival. Hindus would also pay their respects to the elderly and most families would go to the temple after having breakfast. This is also an important practice for them. The reason why they would be going to the temples is to pray to get happiness and prosperity on Deepavali. The houses would be decorated with oil lamps and children will play with firecrackers to celebrate the festival. On the first day, they would not go visiting but would stay at home to welcome the guests who visit them.

Malaysia is an unique country with people of many different religion and races. We as citizen of malaysia should learn culture of others races to avoid misunderstood and to fulfill 1 Malaysia.

here i want to share about colour therapy..colour therapy is a complementary therapy for which there is evidence dating back thousands of years to the ancient cultures of Egypt, China and India..colour is simply light of varying wavelengths, thus each colour has its own particular wavelength and energy..the energy relating to each of the seven spectrum colours of red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet, resonates with the energy of each of the seven main chakras/energy centres of the body..if you can imagine the chakras as a set of cogs/wheels, they are rather like the workings of a clock or an engine; each cog/wheel needs to move smoothly for the clock/engine to work properly..thus good health and wellbeing is achieved by a balance of all these energies..balance of the energy in each of the body’s chakras is very important for health and wellbeing..colour therapy can help to re-balance and/or stimulate these energies by applying the appropriate colour to the body and therefore re-balance our chakras..so..that's all about colour therapy..hope you enjoy it..

i believe that everyone have their own ambitio.no matter you already achieved it,still un process or you will never achive that ambition because of something.Ambition is the desire for personal achievement. Ambitious persons seek to be the best at what they choose to do for attainment, power, or superiority. Ambition is also the object of this desire.People can wield their acquired power in the name of a vague or clear ideal or multiple ideals. When ambition is used to seek a clear ideal, it develops a close relationship to extremism.
no matter what is your ambition before this, now you have to concentrate on how to become a good engineer onward.this is the reality my dear.

Lets see the advantages of playing chess..
There have been studies (mostly with kids) that have shown quite a few benefits from playing chess. Some of the obvious benefits are problem solving / analytical abilities, patience and concentration. Some studies have found improved memory and creativity. Also, chess is helpful in learning to adapt to lots of incoming information (an increasingly helpful trait in this information age of ours). As with any game, there is improvement in confidence, self-control and sportsmanship.

Being knowledgeable about the moves of the individual chess pieces will not help your ability to think logically - playing chess regularly will. These skills and abilities learned from playing chess do spill over into real situations in real life. You don't have to be smart to learn to play chess, but playing chess regularly has been shown to make people smart.

Hmm.. this is because KFC is one of fast food that have served all around the world.. let’s we start with the pioneer of this marvelous products.. The company was founded as Kentucky Fried Chicken by Colonel Harland Sanders in 1952, though the idea of KFC's fried chicken actually goes back to 1930. The company adopted the abbreviated form of its name in 1991. Starting in April 2007, the company began using its original name, Kentucky Fried Chicken, for its signage, packaging and advertisements in the United States as part of a new corporate re-branding program newer and remodeled restaurants will have the new logo and name while older stores will continue to use the 1980s signage.

Hi, everyone.

I wanted to share with all of you that soft drinks actually linked to cell damaged. The Consumers Association of Penang calls on the authorities to curb the marketing of soft drinks and other high calorie beverages as it is linked to cell damage and obesity. Many consumer organisations around the world have launched a Global Dump Soft Drinks Campaign asking governments around the world to curb the marketing of high calorie beverages linked to the world wide childhood obesity crisis. However the issue of high sugar content is not the only danger associated with soft drinks. Research from a British university had suggested that a common preservative which is sodium benzoate found in many soft drinks has the ability to switch off vital parts of DNA causing serious cell damage. The problem which is usually associated with aging and alcohol abuse can eventually lead to cirrhosis of the liver and degenerative disease such as Parkinson's. The findings could have serious consequences for millions of people who consume soft drinks worldwide. This findings will also intensify the controversy about food additives which have been linked to hyperactivity in children. Sodium benzoate E211 is a preservative used for decades globally by the carbonated drinks industry. It is used in large quantities to prevent mold in soft drinks. Sodium benzoate has already been a subject of concern about cancer because when mixed with the vitamin C in soft drinks, it causes benzene to form, a substance capable of causing cancer. Soft drinks are often called junk foods as they have little to offer in terms of nutrition but plenty in terms of health risks. Most soft drinks are nothing but carbonated, coloured, acidified, flavoured, sweetened water which spell danger. It is capable of causing a variety of disease such as cancer, osteoporosis, obesity and tooth decay.

Today i have a new article about "Amazing Al-Quran" to share with us..
Another interesting attitude that exists in the Qur'an repeatedly deals with its advice to the reader. The Qur'an informs the reader about different facts and then gives the advice: "If you want to know more about this or that, or if you doubt what is said, then you should ask those who have knowledge." This too is a surprising attitude. It is not usual to have a book that comes from someone without training in geography, botany, biology, etc., who discusses these subjects and then advises the reader to ask men of knowledge if he doubts anything. Yet in every age there have been Muslims who have followed the advice of the Qur'an and made surprising discoveries. If one looks to the works of Muslim scientists of many centuries ago, one will find them full of quotations from the Qur'an. These works state that they did research in such a place, looking for something. And they affirm that the reason they looked in such and such a place was that the Qur'an pointed them in that direction.

For example, the Qur'an mentions man's origin and then tells the reader, "Research it!" It gives the reader a hint where to look and then states that one should find out more about it. This is the kind of thing that Muslims today largely seem to overlook - but not always, as illustrated in the following example.

Since the pesta tanglung of UMP just held last saturday.I want to share about the story of Mid Autumm Festival or Mooncake Festival,in chinese Zhong Qiu Jie(中秋節) .

The story of the fateful night when Chang'Er was lifted up to the moon, familiar to most Chinese citizens, is a favorite subject of poets. Unlike many lunar deities in other cultures who personify the moon, Chang'Er simply lives on the moon but is not the moon per se. Tradition places Houyi and Chang'Er around 2170 BC, in the reign of the legendary Emperor Yao, shortly after that of Huangdi.

There are many version of the Chang Er legend. One of the version is The earth once had ten suns circling over it, each taking turn to illuminate the earth. One day, however, all ten suns appeared together, scorching the earth with their heat. Houyi, a strong and tyrannical archer, saved the earth by shooting down nine of the suns. He eventually became King, but grew to become a despot.

One day, Houyi stole the elixir of life from a goddess. However, his beautiful wife, Chang'e, drank it in order to save the people from her husband’s tyrannical rule. After drinking it, she found herself floating, and flew to the moon. Houyi loved his divinely beautiful wife so much, he did not shoot down the moon.

This is a well known legend among chinese.I hope other races get to know more about this beautiful and meaningful chinese festival.

“Nicol strolls to fourth straight Hong Kong Open crown”
I have read the article yesterday (19/10/09) which is written at THE STAR online. Nicol David cruised to a fourth consecutive Hong Kong Open squash title yesterday without dropping a set in all her matches. She defeated Omneya Abdel Kawy of Egypt 11-4, 11-7, 11-7 in the women’s final that lasted for only 25 minutes.
Nicola David is no. 1 the world ranking in squash field. She has ever beaten down many competitors from different countries. Those are Laura Massaro of England, Rachael Grinham of Australia, David Palmer of Australia, Gregory Gaultier of France and so forth.
In my opinion, I think that Nicol David is one of the most influence sport star in sport field. She has already won a lots of medals in many types of series competition either in Malaysia or oversea. She had won 6 times for WISPA Platinum Series, 23 times for WISPA Gold Series, 8 times for WISPA Silver Series and 3 times for WISPA Tour Series. The total of WISPA series she won is 40 times.

I feel she is a professional athlete because every time she plays squash with full- hearted to achieve to a higher level. I have ever read a sentence on newspaper, she said that: ’I take part in squash competition does not mean I want to win my competitor but I want to improve my skill”. I think her spirit to sport should be learnt by the new generation who is going to sport field as his whole life career.

In conclusion, I think Nicol David make us as Malaysian proud and I am sure she will win a gold medal for Malaysia in Olympic if there is a chance. Thanks.

Good morning all my friends, today I wan share a special article I read from a newspaper about the beginning, history and sadness of a shemale (sisi/akua) in Thailand.
In Thailand, almost those children from poor families would assume Shemale can not have the future, but the poor parents still will send the most handsome boy in their house and raised him up as a girl because they hope when "she" grew up can help them to support their families and can become a “The cash cow”. "Her" tragic fate decided when two or three years old. Features handsome, beautiful boy, seven or eight years old when he was sent to Shemale specialized "training" institutions. 10 years later, men physical characteristics have gradually shrinking and the skin becomes glossy, shiny, buttocks, breasts will be more developed, they same as the female, muscle reduction an increase in subcutaneous fat, skin resilient, breasts fast-growing than the normal females, in the meantime, the school will be teach them many skills. There are three levels of Thai Shemale.
The first level is purely a male disguised as a woman, complete physical needs, not done excision processing, the toilet, or the men's room.
The second level, doping level, mostly female hormones, and the third level is completely. However, Shemale foothold in the community is not easy. Can truly become a dancing red star famous for making huge profits of the few, most of Shemale must be desperate to make money from hand to mouth, and to prepare for their old age (life expectancy of more than 40 Shemale usually years). Perform the regiment of child actors very little income, monthly four or five thousand baht (40 baht about 1 U.S. dollars) in wages in a city like Bangkok, very difficult to survive.
Therefore, Thai people are willing to birth to a girl.
That all I want to share with you all
Thanks.

Good morning everyone, Today i want to share second idea is the consequence of playing computer games.
Firstly, playing computer games will cause our body unhealthy. If we always play games without control, we will to be addicted to play the computer games. Although it will not damage to our body directly, but after to be addicted, the person cannot eat well and sleep well because he or she forget to do their things. For example, one person died already because he playing games more than 24 hours ;blood vessel crack.
Secondly, it will also cause people no follow the time table and their education. After some person addicted to play games, he or she will just sit at the front of compoter. This very stanger to the surrounding people; why they can just sit at there then do nothing? So, people that are addicted to the playing games will not follow their time table. For example, they will not do their homework, assingment, and so on.
As a conclusion, we must control ourselves and improve our self-discipline well in order to prevent the addiction. Although even i am a person like that, but today i am not. ^^ thanks...

the moment u're in tension
u'll lose your attention
then u are in total confuse
then u'll feel irritation
this may spoil your personal relation
altimately u wont get operation
and get things into complication
then your boiling point may raise caution
and u may have take medication
why not try understanding the situation
and try to think about the solution
many problems will be solved by discussion
which will work out better in your profession
dont think it's my free suggestion
it is only for your preventation
if you understand my intention
you'll never come again into tension......

I want to share about an article i read from megazine. That is why sleep is important.

Every individual sleep needs vary.In general, most healthy adults are built for 16 hours of wakefulness and need an average of 8 hours of sleep a night.

Psycologist and other scientist who study the case of sleep disorders have shown that such problems can directly or indirectly be tied to abnormalitis in the following systems:
-brain and nervous system
-cardiovascular system
-metabolic functions
-immune system

Futhermore, unhealthy conditions, disorders and diseases can also cause sleep problems, including:
-pathologycal sleepiness,insomia and accident
-hypertension and elevated cardiovascular risks(stroke)
-emotional disorders(depression)
-obesity;diabetes
-alcohol and drug abuse

There are techniques to combat common sleep problems:
-keep a regular sleep/wake schedule
-dont drink or eat caffaiene four to six hours before bed and minimize daytime use
-dont smoke
-avoid alcohol and heavy meals before sleep
-get regular exercise
-minimize noise, light and excessive hot and cold temperature where you sleep
-develop a regular bed time and go to bed at same time each night
-try and wake up without alarm clock
-attempt to go to bed earlier every night for certain period

That's all i want to shared.Slepp is very important to us,make sure you got enough sleep to face new challenges tomorrow

Yesterday I had read news which is published at The Star Online at 16:37pm. The title is ‘Teaching of Science and Mathematics in Bahasa Malaysia for Year One students beginning 2011’.
The Education Ministry is looking into the possibility of implementing the teaching of Science and Mathematics in Bahasa Malaysia for Year One students beginning 2011, a year ahead of schedule. Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin said:” this would depend on several factors including the adequacy of teachers, how soon the new curriculum could be drafted and whether the text books for Science, Mathematics and English would be ready by next year”.
After I read the news, I asked myself:” why the education ministry is looking into the possibility of implementing the teaching of Science and Mathematics in Bahasa Malaysia for Year One but not continue in Bahasa English? Are the pupils cannot chase up the syllabus in Bahasa English?’
In this modern and which is full with technology era, i think the standard one pupil should enhance their English level by introducing the mathematics and science subjects in Bahasa English. If they do not master their Bahasa English as well as they can, it is hard for them to improve their Bahasa English during secondary school as their bases are not strong enough. I regret that I had never enhanced my Bahasa English during primary school even though secondary school. So, there are many grammatical and vocabulary errors occur when I talk or write in English.
Besides, there are many scientific words that are related to science and mathematics. It is easy for them to understand and chase up their science subjects such as Chemistry, Biology and Physics when they enter to secondary school if the pupils had already mastered the scientific words which is hard to write and pronoun.
In conclusion, i think that the syllabus of the science and mathematics subjects should be taught in Bahasa English which is my opinion. Thanks.

Recently, i have read an article received from my friend via e-mail which is regarding that a vitamin found in meat, fish and milk may help stave off memory loss in old age. A study has been done by a group of the researchers from the University of Oxford and suggested that older people with lower than average vitamin B12 levels were more than six times more likely to experience brain shrinkage. In that particular study, which is lasted for five years on 107 apparently healthy volunteers, found that 2 out of the 5 volunteers were lacked of vitamin and likely to show signs of brain shrinkage.

Another experiment is now carried out by Professor David Smith from the University of Oxford to test the effects of vitamin B in the elderly to see if taking them could slow brain shrinkage. In my opinion, the only way to prevent memory loss and diseases is to have a balanced diet and always keep ourselves fit through exercises. Furthermore, in western country most of the student there will eat fish while exam period so during exam week fishes are out of store over there. This proven that fishes contain vitamin that need by our brain to extend our memory.
As conclusion, don’t forget to eat a lot fish now, final is near now.

Good afternoon everyone, Today i want to share about the important of eating breakfast. Before I want to talk my idea, I want to mention that breakfast is important for everyone because it can bring a lot of benefits for us to process our daily life.
Firstly, breakfast can improved concentration and performance in the classroom or the boardroom. If we don't have eat breakfast go to classroom, we will feel sleepy. This clearly shows that important of breakfast.
Secondly, breakfast is a weight controller. One theory suggests that eating a healthy breakfast can reduce hunger throughout the day, and help people make better food choices at other meals. While it might seem you could save calories by skipping breakfast, this is not an effective strategy. Typically, hunger gets the best of breakfast-skippers, and they eat more at lunch and throughout the day.
As a conclusion, breakfast is very important to everyone, so I suggest that we should eat breakfast every morning. Thanks...

Good evening to everyone, I want to talk about the discipline. I agree with that discipline is the basis of all achievement. do you agree with that? Thus, it is important to discuss how discipline is the basis of all achievement.
Now, I want to share about self-discipline. It alone takes a person up the ladder of success. The life stories of great writer tell us how painstakingly they have slogged in order to produce masterpieces. "Genius is 99% perspiration and only 1% inspiration". What does this means? This means we should take our time or effort or perspiration to reach or get our target.
In my opinion, as a students, I will take my effort to reach my aim that is first class of UMP because that is my responsibility. Actually, i am not just like to get the first class in UMP, however I want be the best in UMP.
As a conclusion, discipline is important to everyone; this world does not have genius but have hardworking person. That is all I want to share for today, thanks for everyone. ^^

That being said, I would like to share the little knowledge I have on hydrogen bombs. Hydrogen bomb is a nuclear bomb, not just any nuclear bomb, but about a thousand times more powerful than that of uranium- or plutonium-based fission bomb. What makes hydrogen bomb special is that it uses nuclear fusion instead of fission to generate the main explosion. The concept behind it is that of the sun. So the hydrogen bomb is like a mini sun on earth. Hope something like that won't be ever used on earth, or anywhere, though it's just wishful thinking....

Let’s give me an opportunity to share with you knowledge about ice therapy..
In medical scope, ice is one of the simplest, safest, and most effective self care techniques for injury, pain, or discomfort in muscles and joints. Ice will decrease muscle spasms, pain, and inflammation to bone and soft tissue. This technique had been apply for many years ago in order to treat a patient. During an initial injury, tissue damage can cause uncontrolled swelling. This swelling can increase the damage of the initial injury and delay the healing time. If you use ice immediately, you will reduce the amount of swelling.

Therefore, ice therapy is apply in order to constricts blood vessels and deceases tissue temperature. This may decreases blood flow and cell metabolism which can limit hemorrhage and cell death for traumatic injury. In addition, ice therapy is very safe when used within the treatment time recommended. There are some condition that ice therapy are unable to be apply. For example, a person who have one of this diseases which is rheumatoid arthritis, Raynaud's Syndrome, cold allergic conditions, paralysis, or areas of impaired sensation. So, as we know from the explanations given ice is very useful in our daily life..

Good morning to you all. Today i would like to share with you all about “SUSHI” that i have read half an hour ago from GuangMing Daily online newspaper.

Have you ever eaten sushi? Is it delicious? In Japanese cuisine, sushi is vinegar rice, usually topped with other ingredients, such as fish. There are many types of sushi such as nigirizhshi, makimono, oshizushi, inarizushi, chirashizushi, western sushi and so on. Actually I do not like to eat sushi because it does not cook 100%. Due to my friend’s request, sometime I will accompany my friends to Sushi King to eat sushi.

But did you know that eating too much sushi is not good for our health? Did you know taking too much non-stop sushi can lead to death? Some people may think it is a joke, but i will say to you ‘NO’!
Taking too much sushi can cause mercury poisoning. Some large fish such as tuna, especially bluefin which harbors high levels of mercury. This is due to tuna's position in at the top of the food chain (among creatures in the sea). Thus, tuna can lead to mercury poisoning when consumed in quantity. Although the risk can be minimized with proper preparation and service, but there is still a risk.
In addition, taking too much sushi can cause parasite infection too. There are involving mainly 3 types of parasite infections. Those are Clonorchis sinensis (fluke), Anisakis (a nematode) and Diphyllobothrium (tapeworm). Infection risk of anisakis is particularly higher in fishes which may live in a river such as salmon (shake) in Salmonidae, mackerel (saba). Although such parasite infections can generally be avoided by boiling, burning, preserving in salt or vinegar, or freezing overnight, but it is bad if there is a mistake occurs.
In conclusion, although the sushi risk can be minimized by well preparation and service but there are still some risks exist. In my opinion, we can eat sushi but we must be careful when we are taking the sushi. Thanks.

This machine cooks the mix at high temperature and pressure whilst forming the pieces. This process results in the characteristic Twisties shape with the knobbly surface and squiggly shape. After forming, the pieces are oven baked before being flavoured with a coating of seasoning and vegetable oil.....

I had read The Star Online (Friday October 23, 2009) a few minutes ago. The news title is about “Lecturer wins award for turning rubbish into plastic”. The news content did not attract me but the lecturer who won the award has attracted me. The winner who is a lecturer is comes from Universiti Malaysia Pahang. When I saw the word “Universiti Malaysia Pahang”, i felt a bit proud.
The lecturer, Norashikin Mat Zain, 27, of Universiti Malaysia Pahang’s (UMP) chemical and natural resources engineering faculty has successfully fabricated biodegradable films from natural waste as replacement for common plastic. She used banana stems as raw material to produce economically and environmental-friendly biodegradable plastics for packaging.
She said:’ she used to watch her farmer father cut bananas from the plants and discard the stems. It made she thinks that the stem, deemed as waste, must have some practical uses’ to a press conference held yesterday to announce her accomplishment at a recent international invention show in London.
The lecturer, Norashikin won a gold medal and two special awards for best inventions in environment innovation (Henry Goh Award) for her product during the British Invention Show held at Alexandra Palace in London on Oct 14-17.
Her colleague, Zamzuri Hamedon, 38 of the manufacturing and technology engineering faculty, won a gold medal each for two products — Universal External Hinge Fixator (UniHF) — designed with a simple technique for treatment of joint contractures without open surgery — and Multi-Purpose Spring Activated Pole (SAP) comprising locking, extension and pole designed for multi-purpose use.
I am proud of these two lecturers and also Universiti Malaysia Pahang. If there is a chance for me, I want to be as outstanding as them which I can stand above the international stage. Thanks.

hello....

we are now taking about fasting..
Fasting is an integral part of many of the major religions including Islam, Judaism and Christianity. There is a significant community of alternative healers who believe that fasting can do wonders for the human body. The body rids itself of the toxins that have built up in our fat stores throughout the years. The body heals itself, repairs all the damaged organs during a fast. And finally there is good evidence to show that regulated fasting contributes to longer life. However, many doctors warn against fasting for extended periods of time without supervision. There are still many doctors today who deny all of these points and claim that fasting is detrimental to one's health and have evidence to back their statements. The idea of depriving a body of what society has come to view as so essential to our survival in order to heal continues to be a topic of controversy.

Hi, I would like to share with you all what had I read two days ago. I had read an article that related to 3G or 3rd Generation. I am excited that DiGi goes 3G in Penang. For the past 3 years, only MAXIS telecommunication and CELCOM telecommunication both provide the 3G into the mobile. Now the DiGi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd has made its entry into the mobile 3G arena by simultaneously launching its Turbo 3G services for mobile phones in Penang 2 days ago.
According to the article, the DiGi Telecommunication Sdn Bhd has launched their broadband services just five months ago in Penang with the promise of covering 70% of the island by year’s end. They have now achieved that target well beforehand during the Turbo 3G launching ceremony. The DiGi Telecommunication Sdn Bhd also had committed RM75mil to expand its broadband services and 3G services to the whole of Penang Island and a significant part of the mainland.
In conjunction with the launch, DiGi is offering its postpaid customers unlimited Internet access for RM58 with a special RM10 discount for the first 12 months while prepaid customers enjoy unlimited Internet all day for no more than RM5 a day.
It is really good news for the DiGi user. When I was a form six student, I used to be DiGi user. It is because the rate to make a call or to send message is much cheaper than the rate of MAXIS and CELCOM. But unfortunately, there is no 3G for me at that time. Sometime we were envy to my friend who is a MAXIS user because he could make a call to his friend through 3G. He could see his friends on the mobile screen.
In conclusion, the Penang residents are lucky to have such 3G service. I hope the telecommunication companies can offer a lot of different packages to the different layer of society. Thanks.

this tym around i wanna post 'bout games, particularly MMORPG's(stands for massively multiplayer online role-playing game). From what I understand, which I don't quite understand completely, MMORPG's are games that are played online through the internet and is played by many players around the globe(usually) simulataneously. Players can interact with one another and engage in a lot of action(in the game) with each other such as doing transactions, forming a party, trade, battle, etc. There are even a little portion who make money playing this kind of games by selling their game account, character, or even rare items(again, in the game). I would love to explain in more detail but it certainly would trouble me this time around( final is just around the corner, dude). That being said, let's join the online game community in UMP(there's RO, Cabal, and even WoW) and support the local community and it's totally free of charge. Be advised not to forget about your studies too.

Hi and good day everyone.

I had read an article about cholesterol and I want to share with all of you guys. We often come across with the word cholesterol, so what is cholesterol actually? Cholesterol is a substance that is produced from the liver and is found in certain foods. It is specifically needed to synthesis vitamin D along with some other important hormones, as well as to build cell walls, and creating a specific type of salt, bile salt, which helps in digesting fat. Our bodies can produce enough to keep us from digesting our food supply, but it is hard to avoid it since many foods readily available today contain it. One thing that psychology and science has taught us is that too much of anything is a bad thing, and that applies with cholesterol as well.
It can be a negative thing if too much is absorbed that it can circulate in the blood stream. If the cholesterol level in the blood gets high, they tend to clog the blood stream which increases risks and sometimes is the reason behind heart disease and strokes. We make too much cholesterol if we eat too much saturated fat, the fats found in animal based foods as well as diary products. Along with the intake, we produce a good sum of cholesterol from our own liver.
There are a total of two different types of cholesterol, and unlike what we may normally think, not all cholesterol is harmful to our bodies. Low-density lipoprotein is the bad type of cholesterol which may clog up blood vessels which in return increases your risk for heart diseases. The second type of cholesterol is high-density lipoprotein which is a good type of cholesterol since it clears the low-density lipoprotein cholesterol out of the blood stream and reduces the overall risk for strokes and heart diseases.
Cholesterol is a type of a lipid which is commonly found in many food sources, especially animal sources. Our bodies produce nearly 1,000 milligrams a day, and we consume many milligrams from the foods we eat daily. It had to be combined with specific proteins in order to be transferred throughout the body, which in return starts blocking those blood streams. Nearly a quarter to a third of the amount of cholesterol is high-density, which also carries cholesterol straight back to the liver so that it can be processed again and sent back out.

hello there to day i want to share with anyone here about my favourite and awesome game that is basketball. when talk about basketball you should know about NBA which is "National Basketball Association". this association founded at 1946 by David Stern. NBA is a professional basketball league. one of the legend in basketball is Michael Jordan. he is very skilled player. Michael Jordan entered the league in 1984 with the Chicago Bulls, providing an even more popular star to support growing interest in the league. This resulted in more cities demanding teams of their own. In 1988 and 1989, four cities got their wishes as the Charlotte Hornets (now the New Orleans Hornets), Miami Heat, Orlando Magic, and Minnesota Timberwolves made their NBA debuts.Jordan and Scottie Pippen would lead the Bulls to six championships in eight years during the 1990s. Hakeem Olajuwon won back-to-back titles with the Houston Rockets in '94 and '95, during Jordan's first retirement. The 1992 Olympic basketball Dream Team, the first to use current NBA stars, featured Michael Jordan as the anchor, along with Larry Bird, Magic Johnson, David Robinson, Patrick Ewing, Scottie Pippen, Clyde Drexler, Karl Malone, John Stockton, Chris Mullin, Charles Barkley, and Christian Laettner. In 1995, the NBA expanded to Canada with the addition of the Vancouver Grizzlies and the Toronto Raptors. In 2001, the Vancouver Grizzlies were relocated to Memphis, which left the Raptors as the only Canadian team in the NBA. In 1996, the NBA created a women's league, the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA).In 1998, the NBA owners began a lockout which lasted 191 days and was settled on January 18, 1999. As a result of this lockout the 1998–99 NBA season was reduced from 82 to 50 games. San Antonio won the championship on June 25 by beating the New York Knicks, the first, and to this date, the only 8th seed to ever make the NBA Finals.

i think most of us had heard about this gas before this. This is because, every vehicle will produce this gas in form of smoke release from cars and motocycle. The effect of carbon monoxide can cause cough and respiration problem especially to baby and old man. However, this problem can be handle by put the catalytic at the exhaust of our vehicles. By this way, carbon monoxide will change to the other gases that won't effect our health.

Are you ever heard the story about Princess Diana?
Princess Diana, the people's princess, married into the Britain's royal family and was loved by all who knew her. A symbol of beauty and humanity, she often helped those less fortunate than herself. Diana had two children that she loved enormously: Prince William and Prince Henry (Harry). Unlike the other members of the royal family who do not show emotion publicly, Diana would openly show her affection for them. Unfortunately, a tragic accident in 1997 took the life of England's Rose. The world mourned her death.
All the person that know her are not forget that tragedy of her death.

Hi there. Today I want to share with you on tips to reduce acne for a clearer skin. A clear and blemish-free skin does not only make a person look good but also boost self-confidence. But because of varying skin types among individuals across different age groups and nationalities, skin care can also vary, sometimes to a great extent. Factors such as genetic, hormonal and lifestyle can cause skin problems. The following tips are helpful in order to reduce acne and achieve clearer skin.

The best way to achieve a clear complexion is to keep face clean. Washing the face after exposure to dust and pollution can be helpful. Using mild soaps or hypoallergenic soaps may be advisable for sensitive skin. It is important to remove make-up with a gentle make-up remover or cleanser prior to going to bed. Sleeping with make-up on is not advisable in caring for the skin. Minimizing the use of heavy make-up allows the skin to rejuvenate itself from the harmful causes of heavy foundation that covers up the skin.

Acne-prone skins can benefit from cleansing the face with dermatologist-tested and hypoallergenic facial solution. Using a medically-proven product that suits the skin well and prevents it from breaking out is ideal instead of trying out different skin care products that may just harm the skin. It is important to know that not all individuals have the same skin types and resilience. A skin-care product that works for one person may produce unpleasant side effects to another. To reduce acne, it is better to be careful with the products that are being applied to the skin.

Diet modification is also helpful towards achieving beautiful skin and to reduce acne. Proper management of oily and fatty foods in the diet is extremely important for individuals with skin types that are prone to acne break-outs. This is not only good for the health but it also reduces the oil that is extracted through the skin that can cause skin problems.

Depending upon the severity of acne, topical creams such as Azelaic creams and Benzoyl Peroxide may be administered with proper instructions from a dermatologist. Other treatment options such as oral skin care medications and antibiotic treatments may be advised as necessary. Adequate sleep and proper hydration are also practical tips to reduce acne.

Hi, how are you all today?
I would like to share with you all about the news that i had read today.
The government will enforce a minimum price for cigarettes on Jan 1 next year.
The minimum price suggested for a 20-stick cigarette pack is RM6.20. why the government is going to fix the minimum price for cigarettes? The Government has to fix a minimum price to make it difficult for adolescents(young people) to buy cigarettes.
I still remember that the price for 20-stick cigarette pack is only RM4.00 when i was asked to buy by my mother's brother 7 years ago.
Although the government is going to fix the minimum price for cigarettes which is RM6.20, but there is still a lots of people will buy cigarettes. It is because of smoker's behavior.
If the smokers are not going to leave of the bad addiction, there is useless to fix the minimum price for cigarettes.
According to the survey that carried out by DOH, roughly 3 million people or about 11% of the population in Malaysia are smoker.
Did you know there are over 4,000 chemicals, which can be damaging to the smoker's body? Did you know what cigarettes affect to your health if you are taking them?
The chemicals include tar, carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, hydrogen cyanide, metals, ammonia, and radioactive compounds.

Taking cigarettes cause lung cancer, deprives the tissues of the smoker's body of much-needed oxygen, emphysema, and other respiratory diseases.Smoking contributes to heart disease. It increases the risk of stroke by nearly 40% among men and 60% among women.
For those who does not smoke, please don not ever try it. For those who smoke, please give up smoking for your own good even your lover, family and friend.
That's all what i want to share with you all.thanks.

Good day everybody. Today I want to share with all of you on hair care tips. Many people spend lots of money every year on the way their hair may look, thus it can be considered one of the most important things that people try to make perfect. Having perfect hair is different for many people, as it can depend on how your hair is, straight or curly. Overall there are some general hair care tips that may interest you.

Having the right type of hair care products for your specific hair is necessary. If the hair is already healthy and color-treated, you may use products which are specially designed for healthy and color treated hair. If your hair is oily, you may be more interested in using a deeper cleansing shampoo with the right mix of a light conditioner in order to keep your hair looking perfect.

Another hair care tip is to get a trip or a haircut at least every 6 weeks on a regular routine. Snipping the ends is important as it will avoid unhealthy hair and split ends to disappear. The sun is also another determinant and affects damaging hair, so choosing the right hair care product which contains a type of sun block or sunscreen. Most people think that shampooing your hair often will make your hair better, but in doing so it can make your hair dry and harder to work with. There is no need to shampoo your hair on a daily basis, but it is important and vital to shampoo it when it feels dirty. When you exit the shower, most people do not use a wide toothed comb for their hair. In fact it is important to use a wide toothed comb to prevent breakage at the roots of the hair or between the strands itself. Also it is important to dampen or dry your hair before combing.

Avoid purchasing over the counter material and get advice from professionals for your hair care products. You can save a lot of money by going directly to a professional, even though they are expensive, than to try different things and damaging your hair with over the counter products and listening to advice from friends. Using a professional conditioner is a very important factor, especially if your hair is colored. Choosing the right type of coloring product is very important as it can give minimal damage. This saves you money in the long run.

I have read an article about cookies.Cookies comes in many shape and sizes.Cookies are most commonly baked until crisp or just long enough that they remain soft, but some kinds of cookies are not baked at all. Cookies are made in a wide variety of styles, using an array of ingredients including sugars, spices, chocolate, butter, peanut butter, nuts or dried fruits. The softness of the cookie may depend on how long it is baked.

I have read an article about garlic. Garlic may prevent blood clots and keep blood pressure down, but most recipes call for cooked garlic. Scientists in the US and Argentina decided to look into the benefits of both. They heated the bulb several ways and found that when baked or boiled for up to three minutes, it’s just as healthy as raw. Crushed garlic is even better: it retains some benefits when cooked for up to six minutes( crushing seems to release more of the healthy thiosulfinates). Microwaved garlic, however, was a dud: nuking for even a few minutes neutralized garlic’s anticlotting effects.

I find that the article was easy to read with simple descriptions. The grammar and vocabulary that used in the article were simple to understand also. Moreover, the specifications and explanations about garlic were very detail and I am fully understand.

I have read an article about importance of family dinners. Finding time to eat dinner as a family has a host of benefits that go far beyond nutrition. Kids who eat with their family do better in their school and are less likely to smoke, drink, do drugs or get into fights than those who are left to their own devices. Having dinner together is probably the single most important way to promote good health and nutrition. But experts agree that the family meal doesn’t have to mean Mum, Dad and all the kids sitting in the dining room at six o’clock five nights a week, eating a made-from-scratch meal. Eating together , no matter what you eat, slows down the process, extending family time.

I find that it was very easy to understand this article because the words that used in the article were simple. I can understand the article easily with all the descriptions and explanations.

here i want to share something that very interesting especially for boys.PES???you know what is this PES.it is not a kind of food but it is an enjoyable game.it's right boys???PES also known as Pro Evolution Soccer..but at this time i would like to talk about PES 2009.Pro Evolution Soccer 2009 was released on the 17th of October in Europe, featuring FC Barcelona Argentine star Lionel Messi as its cover star (opposite Mexican midfielder Andrés Guardado from Deportivo La Coruña in some versions).

While in some respects keeping the same structure of its predecessor, PES 2009 makes a large number of improvements, starting from the graphics, now better suited for HD image technologies. Also, the overall pace of the gameplay was slowed down, with a better AI for computer-controlled teammates as well: they will look for better passing spaces and goal routes.

A new addition of this game is the Become a Legend mode, which follows the entire career of a single player (as opposed to a whole team, like in the Master League) as he moves to better teams, achieves national team caps and wins MVP awards, like the Be a Pro mode introduced in FIFA 08. Even so, in the Japanese versions a similar mode called Fantasista was released in J-League Winning Eleven 2007 Club Championship, a special edition only for Japan , so 'Become a legend' was not entirely a new idea.

but i am still waiting for PES 2010 and then want play again with senyum, hasbi, azmeer and abas.hehe

that all from me..thank you

let's me shared with all of you what should we do for the arriving exam that around one week from now...

Here are five concrete things you can do at any time to prepare for exams:

1-Get hold of appropriate note early and familiarise yourself with them. Try to do some preliminary reading.

2-Make contact with other students - they may wish to form useful study groups later on.

3-Make sure you're acquainted with the course program, lectures, tutorials, lab sessions - what is or has been covered, and when?

4-Think where your subjects fit in to your overall course and career objectives. Maybe more work on that subject you find boring now will pay off much later on.

5-Work through past papers if there is past year queation.

i hope it little helps us a lot...

Today I would like to share with all of you about an article which I read recently. It is about healthy eating. Acctually, healthy eating is not about strict nutrition philosophies, staying unrealistically thin, or depriving ourselves of the foods we love. Rather, it’s about feeling great, having more energy, and keeping ourselves as healthy as possible where all can be achieved by learning some nutrition basics and incorporating them in a way that works for us.

First of all, we should choose the types of foods that improve our health and avoid the types of foods that raise risk for such illnesses as heart disease, cancer, and diabetes. Besides that, we should expand our range of healthy choices to include a wide variety of delicious foods. We also should learn to use guidelines and tips for creating and maintaining a satisfying, healthy diet. These are some of the tips from the article. Hope all of you can benefit from it.

There were a lot of exciting new activities such as Color A Merdeka Lantern Contest, Decorate An Independence Egg Contest, Expressions of Merdeka Face Painting Contest, The Merdeka Balloon Bouquet, and Create a Celebration Tote. The collapse caused the deaths of 32 people and injured 1,674 people. It was blamed on overcrowding and the jetty being made out of steel bars that led to the collapse. This article reminds me that as an engineer we should have social responsibility as to preserve and protect for public good.

Now I would like to share with all of you about something which will very familiar with all of you. It is about our duty as engineers. Even though it seems to be a simple matter for us, but acctually it is an important criteria we should have in ourself.First of all, we should be honest in our profession and abide to all the legal laws. Besides that, we should have social responsibilities in us to preserve and protect the public good. We should also be advance in our profession and give importance in the quality of our product or service. So far, these are the criterias I would like to share.

I really want to share about culture diversity in our country. Our country is a multi-racial country. We have malays, chinese, indians and many other ethnic groups living together here for generations. All these cultures have influenced each other, creating a truly Malaysian culture.
The largest ethnic groups in Malaysia are the Malays, Chinese and Indians. In Sabah and Sarawak, there are a myriad of indigenous ethnic groups with their own unique culture and heritage.

Today, the Malays, Malaysia's largest ethnic group, make up more than 50% of the population. In Malaysia, the term Malay refers to a person who practices Islam and Malay traditions, speaks the Malay language and whose ancestors are Malays. Their conversion to Islam from Hinduism and Theravada Buddhism began in the 1400s, largely influenced by the decision of the royal court of Melaka. The Malays are known for their gentle mannerisms and rich arts heritage.

The second largest ethnic group, the Malaysian Chinese form about 25% of the population. Mostly descendants of Chinese immigrants during the 19th century, the Chinese are known for their diligence and keen business sense. The three sub-groups who speak a different dialect of the Chinese language are the Hokkien who live predominantly on the northern island of Penang; the Cantonese who live predominantly in the capital city Kuala Lumpur; and the Mandarin-speaking group who live predominantly in the southern state of Johor.

The smallest of three main ethnic groups, the Malaysian Indians form about 10% of the population. Most are descendants of Tamil-speaking South Indian immigrants who came to the country during the British colonial rule. Lured by the prospect of breaking out of the Indian caste system, they came to Malaysia to build a better life. Predominantly Hindus, they brought with them their colourful culture such as ornate temples, spicy cuisine and exquisite saree.

These three ethnic group are the main ethnics in Malaysia. All of them live in harmony with each other.

Today,I have read about forgiveness. To forgive someone is not a feeling but it is a principle of life. It is depend on ourself by the way we can tolerate with the others. It is also a lesson that we must learn and is a life on lesson.

"To forgive someone that you love
is easy but it is not true
forgiveness."

The true forgiveness is to forgive your enemies and never hold grudges against them no matter what they've did to us. Otherwise, it will leads to anger, resentment, bitterness, hatred, retaliation, violence and what is the worse which is murder.

Forgiveness seems to be a very simple topic to be discuss but try to take a deep think of it and we never know that actually all those murder cases,suicides...all happened because of unforgiveness...did we realize about that?

I think,we must learn to forgive someone no matter how its unfair to us because we do not lose but win over ourself and that's the humanity principle as a muslim.

Have you ever heard of electronic cigarettes? This kind of technology already exist 1 years before. But now, as what i have read on BBC news website, the sales of the electronic cigarettes has been raised in UK. The electronic cigarettes use replaceable cartridge with shots of nicotine, but have become popular because they are not covered by the smoking ban. This was good news that more people are going to stop to be a smoker anymore.

Some of the smokers believe that the electronic cigarettes were healthier than normal cigarettes as they do not contain tar, tobacco, carbon monoxide or any chemical contain that are harmful to human body of to those second hand smoker. Yet, experts are worried as users inhale a fine heated mist and there is a lack of regulation. The on side of electronic cigarettes is not yet known. However, Jason Cropper, managing director of the Electronic Cigarette Company, has claimed that it is healthier than the real cigarettes as they had done the experiment on mice. I do not enjoyed reading the article because it does not related to me and i think electronic cigarettes could not help in cutting down the number of smokers. Those smokers will think that an electronic cigarette is healthier than the real cigarettes yet they forget inside the cigarettes still contain nicotine. So many be next time will become more electronic cigarettes smoker.

As what i have read an article on the Treehugger site, there was a product that our group would like to present in final product presentation but not enough information. It was about the Xerox company has came out with a paper that self-erases within 24 hours and can then be re-used. This was great news for saving our mother earth because this will significantly decrease the number of trees that will be cutting down by human to make paper. The printing on the paper will fade gradually in 24 hours under the light is actually due to a compound on the printing that change colour when they absorb a certain wavelength of light. This kind of invention that will we as the chemical engineer to do it.

The printing can also be erased faster by exposing to heat. The erasable paper produced by Xerox has not yet on sale. It is because it is still a research project. However, Xerox still need to think how they should reduce the cost of production of the erasable and the ways to attract the consumers to use their product. And this kind of paper will not suitable for student because your assignment will be erases in 24 hour.

hmm.. i think that all for this time.

hye there....Have you asked yourself the question, "Why is reading important?" What was the answer that you got? I am sure your heart must have answered in favor of reading. Reading is like providing the mind with nourishment. Knowledge is the food for the mind and soul. Apart from giving us the basic information about the world around us, it also provides us with the food for thought. It encourages us to think. It increases our hunger for knowledge and our thirst to learn more.
We are introduced to the concept of reading at a very early age. It remains with us in different forms throughout our life. School-life begins with books. Books are our close companions in the youth. Reading continues to remain the favorite pastime of a large number of people even during their old age. For voracious readers, books are their lifelong companions.

It is very important to inculcate the habit of reading right from childhood. You can put in children the habit of reading bedtime stories. Reading during the early years helps the child in improving his/her language skills. The child learns to recognize written words. Reading when young helps you in your later life. Studies say that reading before going to bed helps the child feel secure and comfortable while sleeping. Emotions can be best understood through the characters in stories.

Reading is an activity that keeps us occupied. Reading results in the fruitful usage of time. It helps us get rid of our anxieties. It diverts our mind from monotony and boredom. It is one of the best ways of relaxation. Reading novels or stories takes us to a new world where we forget our sorrows and fears. Books make very good friends.

Books and the web are the richest sources of information. They cover a wide range of topics and store an enormous amount of information. Numerous websites covering different areas of information or innumerable books that flood the libraries tell us of the vastness of knowledge. Reading leads us only to read more in the never-ending pursuit of knowledge.

Research has shown that avid readers stand out from the rest because of improved cognitive abilities. They can think creatively. It improves their grasping power. It makes them better analyzers and problem solvers. Reading helps a person be successful in life.

I hope you have read all about ‘reading’ and are convinced about why reading is so important. Keep reading …

I just read a sentence a moment ago say that, some people cannot live without cheat or lie to someone but the satisfy of him/her achievement was not same as the person that put his own effort to his job.

so, be sincere to ourselves because God can know every single thing that we had done and thing that we will do after this.

WINDOWS 7
HI, good morning to you all! Today i would like to introduce to you about the WINDOWS 7. I think all of you have already known what Windows 7 is. Are you going to install this Windows 7? Windows 7 is the newest version of Microsoft Windows, a series of operating systems produced by Microsoft for use on personal computers, including home and business desktops, laptops, tablet PCs and so forth.
Windows 7 is available on October 22, 2009 after the release of its predecessor, Windows Vista. Windows 7's server counterpart, Windows Server 2008 R2, was released at the same time.
Should we replace the Windows Vista with Windows 7? According to research, some people do not have much confidence to Window 7, why? Last time, the public expect the Windows Vista is better than Windows XP that marketed by INTEL company, but it is not. Some people prefer Windows XP to Windows vista. It is because the overall functions for Windows XP are much better than Windows Vista. Will the new Windows 7 replaces either the Windows Vista or Windows XP as the public's main windows?
However, there are some new and changed features i want to introduce to you that apply on Windows 7! THE CONTACT LENS
Have you ever heard Johnson & Johnson; Bausch & Lomb; and Ciba Vision? If you had never heard these brands before, that means your eyes are in good condition. Today I would like to share with you all about CONTACT LEN. A contact lens is a corrective, cosmetic, or therapeutic lens usually placed on the cornea of the eye. Last time, most people wear hard contact lens that the lens cannot be folded. Otherwise, it breaks. Now most people have already worn the soft lens which can be fold and the soft lens is saver than hard lens. Some people prefer contact lens to glasses because contact lens is more convenience. Some people also think that wearing glasses look old and ugly. No matter how, there are some advantages and disadvantages of wearing contact lens that I would like to tell you all.
First, contact lens today can correct many vision problems such as nearsightedness, farsightedness, astigmatism, as well as the need for bifocals. If you have these kinds of problem, you can try to wear contact lens. Besides, contact lens can enhance your looks especially if you are seriously short sighted and are required to wear thick glasses. For girls, if you do not want your eyes to look smaller, please do not ever to wear thick glasses and try contact lens. Apart from that, contact lens can protect the cornea during recuperation. The special soft medical lenses are made for this purpose. Furthermore, wearing contact lens is very comfortable for sportsmen. If you like sport, wearing glasses is not suitable to you because you have to push up the glasses frequently when it drops a bit. Last, as contact lens is placed into your eyes, vision is more natural and the sizes of objects are represented more accurately but glasses may distort the form and the size of an object.
On the other hand, there are some disadvantages too. It is possibility of introducing eye infection, especially if you do not clean your contact lens properly. Besides, the price for a box (3 pairs of contact lens) of contact lens is quite expensive.
In conclusion, i prefer contact lens to glasses. It is because wearing contact lens is more convenience and look nicer. So, how do you think about the contact lens? This is what I am going to share with you all. Thanks.

THE BREAKFAST
Do you take your breakfast every day? What types of breakfast u take? Is your breakfast provides you enough energy? Today I would like to share with you all “How much important to take breakfast every day?”
According to survey made, near to 23.29% Malaysian does not take their breakfast everyday! But do you know how important the breakfast to you every morning? The ability to learn new thing for those who takes breakfast is much better than those who does not take breakfast. The person who takes breakfast has a good memory. They can absorb easily the knowledge that taught by teacher especially for students.
For adult, taking breakfast can maintain your weigh. Taking breakfast can reduce the times of taking the calories in whole day and the time of taking snacks. But there is some mistakes made for those who are going to diet. They think that not taking the breakfast is one of the ways to slim down their weigh. If the is an insufficient energy when you do not taking breakfast, the process of metabolism will slow down in order to produce more fat.
Moreover, a survey has shown that the person who does not take breakfast has higher blood cholesterol (blood fats) than who take breakfast. The higher the blood cholesterol, the slower the rate of metabolism.
What should you take for your breakfast? It is depend on individual condition in order to get a breakfast with full nutrition. For teenagers and pregnant women, they can take eggs, breads, milks, some meats and some fruits. For adults, it is enough for them to take breads, buns, low fat milks and some fresh fruits as their breakfast.
Eggs are full with nutrition. It is bad if you take too many eggs due to high cholesterol. Three eggs are enough for you to take each week.
In conclusion, we must take the breakfast everyday to keep body fit which is in good condition. Thanks.

hello friend!!!!!
as you all know my ambition is wants to be a chemical engineer and that why i'm studying in chemical engineering course. now i want share something about chemical engineer.

Chemical engineering is the branch of engineering that deals with the application of physical science (e.g. chemistry and physics), and life sciences (e.g. biology, microbiology and biochemistry) with mathematics, to the process of converting raw materials or chemicals into more useful or valuable forms. In addition to producing useful materials, modern chemical engineering is also concerned with pioneering valuable new materials and techniques - such as nanotechnology, fuel cells and biomedical engineering.Chemical engineering largely involves the design, improvement and maintenance of processes involving chemical or biological transformations for large-scale manufacture. Chemical engineers ensure the processes are operated safely, sustainably and economically. Chemical engineers in this branch are usually employed under the title of process engineer. A related term with a wider definition is chemical technology. A person employed in this field is called a chemical engineer.

The modern discipline of chemical engineering encompasses much more than just process engineering. Chemical engineers are now engaged in the development and production of a diverse range of products, as well as in commodity and specialty chemicals. These products include high performance materials needed for aerospace, automotive, biomedical, electronic, environmental, space and military applications. Examples include ultra-strong fibers, fabrics, dye-sensitized solar cells, adhesives and composites for vehicles, bio-compatible materials for implants and prosthetics, gels for medical applications, pharmaceuticals, and films with special dielectric, optical or spectroscopic properties for opto-electronic devices. Additionally, chemical engineering is often intertwined with biology and biomedical engineering. Many chemical engineers work on biological projects such as understanding biopolymers (proteins) and mapping the human genome. The line between chemists and chemical engineers is growing ever more thin as more and more chemical engineers begin to start their own innovation using their knowledge of chemistry, physics and mathematics to create, implement and mass produce their ideas.

hi everyone.. i would like to share some article about the colourful garments.
The Vietnamese inherited a number of traditional garments. But the most popular of all is probably the Ao Dai. Which means long dress or long tunic. Even though it is widely worn by the woman on certain occasion they are man who put the garments as well. Basically Ao Dai is a long flowing gown with a slit on both site it is collar is high flitted and can be worn over a long silk pants.
While the Ao Dai is a stunning and colourful dress, plain white Ao Dai is now commonly is a uniform for female student in Vietnam. This is an excellent step taken by the Vietnam government in assuring the unique traditional garments keep on existing in the people heart.
For the Myanmar people, they are proud of their very own ‘longyi’. A sarong-like nether garments it is worn by both the man and woman along with a top. However, each sex have their own way of wearing it. For the man, it needs to be slipped over the head and stepped into by the woman. Colourfully decorated with many patterns such as wave and flowers, the men’s term for longyi is pasoe while ‘htamein’ is for the women. As many other country, the Myanmar people will wear the garments during festival as a significant of their country.

HIV/AIDS
Did you know what AIDS is? How deeply you know about AIDS? What is the relationship between AIDS and HIV? AIDS is a chronic, life-threatening condition caused by the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). By damaging your immune system, HIV interferes with your body's ability to fight off viruses, bacteria and fungi that cause disease. HIV makes you more susceptible to certain types of cancers and to infections your body would normally resist, such as pneumonia and meningitis. The virus and the infection itself are known as HIV. "Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS)" is the name given to the later stages of an HIV infection.
Next, I would like to tell you about the symptoms of HIV and AIDS vary, depending on the phase of infection. For early infection with HIV, you may have no signs or symptoms at all, although it's more common to develop a brief flu-like illness two to four weeks after becoming infected. The signs and symptoms may include fever, headache, sore throat, swollen lymph glands and rash. Even if you don't have symptoms, you're still able to transmit the virus to others. Once the virus enters your body, your own immune system also comes under attack. The virus multiplies in your lymph nodes and slowly begins to destroy your helper T cells (CD4 lymphocytes) — the white blood cells that coordinate your entire immune system.
For later infection, you may remain symptom-free for eight or nine years or more. But as the virus continues to multiply and destroy immune cells, you may develop mild infections or chronic symptoms such as diarrhea weight loss, fever, cough and shortness of breath. For Latest phase of infection, it is more serious symptoms may begin to appear, and the infection may then meet the official definition of AIDS. By the time AIDS develops, your immune system has been severely damaged, making you susceptible to opportunistic infections. The signs and symptoms of some of these infections may include soaking night sweats, shaking chills or fever higher than 38 oC, dry cough and shortness of breath, chronic diarrhea, blurred and distorted vision and weight loss.
How are you going to prevent getting the AIDS? There are several methods that preventing to get AIDS. First, educate yourself and others. Make sure you understand what HIV is and how the virus is transmitted. Just as important, teach your children about HIV. Besides, know the HIV status of any sexual partner. Don't engage in unprotected sex unless you're absolutely certain your partner isn't infected with HIV. Furthermore, make sure that the needle used is clean when you are going to donate your blood. Plus, always carry out body check every 6 months. Thanks.

Some people say: ‘Is there any problem if I drink the mineral water frequently where it is bottled by plastics?’ Taking the mineral water frequently that is bottled by plastic is not good for health. There is a releasing of antimony or tiny heavy metals if the quality of plastic is not good enough. Besides, public are recommended to place the mineral water bottle that protect from light and at dry place. It is because of high temperature will speed up the aging if plastics bottles.
Although the mineral water that selling in the market stressed with full nutrition, but it does not provide you as much nutrition as you think if you going to drink as much as mineral water to fill up your nutrition need. CREDIT CARD
Malaysia government announced that each credit card should be charged RM50 for service tax starting next year recently. How do you think if you are one of the credit card owners?
Some people may think it is a good method to reduce the number of bankrupts in Malaysia. On the other hand, some people may think the government’s action might increase their burden especially for those who possess several credit cards from different bank and those who uses for business. Although this action can reduce the number of bankrupt but it is unfair for those who make their payment on time.
Moreover, the government’s action affects the sales of credit card agents. According to the survey, the applications for new credit cards have dropped by 80% following the Government’s announcement of a RM50 service tax on each card starting next year. The service tax, which was announced during the tabling of the Budget on Oct 23, is likely to affect more than 5,000 credit card agents and 18 credit card issuers.
In conclusion, I think this method does not work longer because it brings problems to society. Maybe the government can consider increasing the conditions of application for credit card. Thanks.

PREPARATION BEFORE EXAMINATION.........
hello everyone..how far your preparation.exam already come.in this blog i would like to share the preparation before exam.As the exam nears, you will need to create a plan to help you study effectively and minimize stress. The first step is to figure out how much time and effort you must dedicate to studying for the exam by asking the following questions:

* How much material do you need to cover?
* How difficult is the material?
* How much time is available?
* Do you have any other priorities during the study period?
* What is the format of the exam?
* How important is the exam?
* What is your performance target for the exam?

To prepare the study plan, map out all of the material that has to be covered and make a schedule showing what, when and how much you will study each day. If you have kept up with the course work, studying will involve revision of the material that you have already covered. If you are behind in the course, you will have to finish the readings and other uncompleted work before starting the revision (if there isn't enough time to go over everything, you must decide what is most important for the exam).

Here are some tips to follow in creating your study plan:

* budget your time realistically;
* allocate the study time into several manageable study sessions;
* divide the course material into small segments and assign them to the study sessions;
* set clear and specific goals for the study sessions;
* prioritize to ensure that material weighted more heavily in the exam gets sufficient study time;
* take into account your familiarity with the material and the difficulty level;
* don't make the study sessions too long;
* study sessions should have enough variety in terms of topics and activities to prevent boredom and loss of effectiveness;
* avoid cramming before the exam; and
* don't forget to include regular breaks.

do you have any antivirus in your laptop right now??are you sure that antivirus can protect your documents in your PC??for more information, lets check it out...I have read an article about virus that infects a computer.Typically, there are various types of virus that infects our computer or laptop. The worst virus can destroy your data and programs.Viruses aren't actually attached to data; they must be run in some form to infect a PC or its data. But no matter what form it's disguised in, the virus must be triggered in order to run. So if you receive an e-mail attachment with a virus, for instance, as long as you don't open (run) the message, you should be safe. Delete the message immediately if you suspect a virus.Viruses can obliterate data, corrupt programs so that they no longer run, stall servers with e-mail bombs.Because of that, you must update your antivirus frequently.Don't lazy to scanning your computer.Scan your computer for at least once a week.remember!!!

The original Japanese term literally translates as "harbor wave." Tsunamis are a frequent occurrence in Japan; approximately 195 events have been recorded. Due to the immense volumes of water and energy involved, tsunamis can devastate coastal regions. Casualties can be high because the waves move faster than humans can run.that is quiet fast.Tsunami wave can travel at the speed of a commercial jet plane, over 800 km/h. They can move from one side of the Pacific Ocean in less than a day. The waves can be extremely dangerous and damaging when they reach the shore.

The exam is over, and there is nothing you can do about it now! There is no point in punishing yourself, especially if you have exams still to come. Then,If you have made mistakes in the exam, try to learn from them and apply what you have learnt to the next exam. Think about how to avoid making similar mistakes in the future. For example, if you found that you ran out of time, analyse which area you spent too long on - did you spend too long writing out your essay plan, or deciding which question to do for the next exam.we should know, once we failed, that does not mean we will failed forever

hi there,

Everyone wants to date. But can everyone managed a good relationship? Before getting into relationship, what can u do to be in the relationship? Here are some tips you should bear in mind in flirting someone especially to all my "classmate".
Put a smile on your face, this is the most important thing you can do when flirting as it shows you are friendly, comfortable and enjoying yourself.
Talk to the person you are flirting with about things you like and enjoy. For example if you like football, say you do. Avoid controversial topics or things you don't like. Saying things like "I hate..." makes you sound negative and being negative is always a mistake when flirting.
While flirting make regular direct eye contact and hold their gaze slightly longer than usual but don't force it and don't stare. Try to make it look natural.
Ask questions about the things the person you are flirting with is talking about to show you are listening and interested, even if you're not.
'I wonder' and 'I think' are good ways to start sentences when flirting.
Ladies, playing with hair, a straw or stirrer can be alluring to men when done right!!!
Give sincere compliments to the person you are flirting with, people love to be flattered.
Casually touching the person you are flirting with on the arm or hand can be appreciated, but be careful and don't over do it.
Sit up straight with your chin up when flirting, slouching will give off the wrong impression.
If you are introduced, always offer your hand to shake, repeat their name and say hello clearly and ask a question to get the ball rolling.
Remember, when flirting, use all the above in moderation, if you over do it, it will seem fake and forced.
Well, most of the techniques works on me. Yeah, we dont have to be ego or being cool, just let yourself into the conversation with your partner and things will roll one. One thing, don't think too much, just go for it!

Are you a rider? How good is your helmet? Will it actually protect your brain in your next crash?
There's a fundamental debate raging in the motorcycle helmet industry. In a fiberglass-reinforced, expanded-polystyrene nutshell, it's a debate about how strong and how stiff a helmet should be to provide the best possible protection. Why the debate? Because if a helmet is too stiff it can be less able to prevent brain injury in the kinds of crashes you're most likely to have. And if it's too soft, it might not protect you in a violent, high-energy crash. What's just right? Well, that's why it's called a debate. If you knew what your head was going to hit and how hard, you could choose the perfect helmet for that crash. But crashes are accidents. So you have to guess????Remember on person do you love..you can change it..

Today I would like to share with you all on a article I read recently. It is about global warming. I am sure it is not something new for all of us, yet there is still a lot for us to know about it.Global warming is actually the increase in the average temperature of the Earth's near-surface air and oceans. Global surface temperature increased 0.74 ± 0.18 °C during the last century. The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) concludes that most of the observed temperature increase was caused by increasing concentrations of greenhouse gases resulting from human activity such as fossil fuel burning and deforestation. The IPCC also concludes that variations in natural phenomena such as solar radiation and volcanoes produced most of the warming from pre-industrial times to 1950 and had a small cooling effect afterward.
An increase in global temperature will cause sea levels to rise and will change the amount and pattern of precipitation, probably including expansion of subtropical deserts. The continuing retreat of glaciers, permafrost and sea ice is expected, with warming being strongest in the Arctic. Other likely effects include increases in the intensity of extreme weather events, species extinctions, and changes in agricultural yields.

Political and public debate continues regarding climate change, and what actions to take in response. The available options are mitigation to reduce further emissions; adaptation to reduce the damage caused by warming; and, more speculatively, geoengineering to reverse global warming.

These is what I read and I am glad I have shared it with all of you. I believe you all benefited from this .

Now I would like to share with you all about one artile I read in newspaper. It is about One Malaysia concept. I believe all of you would have heard about that right now.

Our Prime Minister states that it’s the goal of national unity envisioned by past prime ministers of this nation with a different approach and method according to the current condition of the world.
Prime Minister also states, that the 1 Malaysia concept is the guideline on how to achieve “bangsa Malaysia”.
Besides that the primary aspect of the 1 Malaysia concept has three core elements which is mutual acceptance amongst the races and peoples of Malaysia, nationalism based on principles of the Federal Constitution and the Rukunegara
and social justice.
He said that two things were key in the 1Malaysia concept which ismutual respect and trust among the different races in Malaysia.1 Malaysia vision is a good initiative, a way forward and a unity platform to unite the citizens of this country as oneness, and to seek continuous peace, harmonization, unification, civilization, modernization, advancement and righteousness.1 Malaysia can be possibly succeed if we all can come together as “One Family”, compromise and maintain mutual understanding, collaboration, fairness, tolerance and respect, and equitability.

This temple was both a market place and a place of worship. On July 21, 356 BC, a man named HeroStratus burned the temple. When Alexander conquered Asia Minor, he offered to rebuild the temple. This was built in 3 stages, each built on top of the lower.

I am sure everyone like to eat chocolate. Now I would like to tell something about chocolate to all of you. Chocolate produced from the seed of the tropical cacao tree. The seeds of the cacao tree have an intense bitter taste, and must be fermented to develop the flavor. After fermentation, the beans are dried, cleaned, and roasted, and the shell is removed to produce cacao nibs. The nibs are then ground and liquefied, resulting in pure chocolate in fluid form: chocolate liquor. The liquor can be further processed into two components: cocoa solids and cocoa butter. Pure, unsweetened chocolate contains primarily cocoa solids and cocoa butter in varying proportions.Sweet chocolate is the combination of chocolate with sugar. Milk chocolate is sweet chocolate that additionally contains milk powder or condensed milk. "White chocolate" contains cocoa butter, sugar, and milk but no cocoa solids.
Tha advantages of eating chocolates are it contains alkaloids such as theobromine and phenethylamine, which have physiological effects on the body. It has been linked to serotonin levels in the brain. Scientists claim that chocolate, eaten in moderation, can lower blood pressure.Dark chocolate has recently been promoted for its health benefits, including a substantial amount of antioxidants that reduce the formation of free radicals, though the presence of theobromine renders it toxic to some animals, especially dogs and cats.
Chocolate has become one of the most popular food types and flavors in the world. Gifts of chocolate molded into different shapes have become traditional on certain holidays: chocolate bunnies and eggs are popular on Easter, chocolate coins on Hanukkah, Santa Claus and other holiday symbols on Christmas, and hearts on Valentine's Day. Chocolate is also used in cold and hot beverages, to produce chocolate milk and hot chocolate. The world's top producer of cacao beans is Africa.
These are all I noe about chocolate. I hope you knew what is chocolate and what is the advantage of chocolate by reading this.

hi friends..
Now I would explain to you all about a thing which we Malaysians are very familiar with. It is durian, the "King Of Fruits".
The durian is the fruit of several tree species belonging to the genus Durio and the Malvaceae family. The durian is distinctive for its large size, unique odour, and formidable thorn-covered husk. The fruit can grow as large as 30 centimetres long and 15 centimetres in diameter, and it typically weighs one to three kilograms. Its shape ranges from oblong to round, the colour of its husk green to brown, and its flesh pale yellow to red, depending on the species.

The edible flesh emits a distinctive odour, strong and penetrating even when the husk is intact. Some people regard the durian as fragrant; others find the aroma overpowering and offensive. The smell evokes reactions from deep appreciation to intense disgust. The odour has led to the fruit's banishment from certain hotels and public transportation in southeast Asia.

The durian, native to Brunei, Indonesia and Malaysia, has been known to the Western world for about 600 years. The 19th-century British naturalist Alfred Russel Wallace famously described its flesh as "a rich custard highly flavoured with almonds". The flesh can be consumed at various stages of ripeness, and it is used to flavour a wide variety of savoury and sweet edibles in Southeast Asian cuisines. The seeds can also be eaten when cooked.

There are 30 recognised Durio species, at least nine of which produce edible fruit. Durio zibethinus is the only species available in the international market: other species are sold in their local regions. There are hundreds of durian cultivars; many consumers express preferences for specific cultivars, which fetch higher prices in the market.
I hope these information would be really useful for durian-lovers. Like me!!

hyep all,

this time around, i want to share on a game i really enjoy playing, which is 'winning eleven'..Pro Evolution Soccer (known in Japan, Korea, and formerly in the Americas as Winning Eleven and known colloquially in Europe as Pro Evo or PES or Pro or Protje) is an association football video game series developed by Konami (KCET). Partially as a result of EA Sports' affinity to purchasing exclusive rights for their FIFA series, Pro Evolution Soccer games have historically lacked the sheer volume of licenses present in EA's offerings, with the most notable absences being the English Premier League, and more recently, the German Bundesliga..fans of football must try to play this game at least once, as this is one of the most famous and gratest football games

Hi….today im gong to share with you all about positive body language.
*Stand tall. Posture reflects self esteem-stand tall to portray and inspire confidence.
*To eliminate the appearance of being bored or fatigued, stand with your weight equally on both feet.
*Do not use gestures that are distracting, e.g. ,nervous habits, such as cleaning your throat, sniffing or touching your hair constantly.
*Walk with confidence and purpose. Keep your head up and smile.
*Look at people in the eye when they speak to you or you speak to them. This always communicates confidence.
*Keep your hands away from your face when you speak to them. This gives the impression that you are unsure or lying.
*Ensure your verbal and non-verbal messages are consistent to ensure people view you as trust worthy. In other words do not say one thing and look or act another.
Thanks…

There are still some other tips that I get from internet about positive body language.
*Smile to invite conversations and openness. When you are listening, smile and nod your head to show you are listening.
*When you lean, you lose 50% of your authority and signal disinterest or fatigue.
*Signal interest and attentiveness by direct body and head orientations, nodding in agreement; direct eye contact, and smiling.
*Sit up straight (never slouch). Sit with your feet flat on the floor with your hands relaxed or holding a pen.
*Use ‘open’ gestures whenever possible, to relax those you are talking to and to appear open, honest and communicable.
*Do not invade someone’s personal space without invitation.
*Centre your attention exclusively on the person, actively listen to them.
Here are the tips for positive body language. Thanks=)
