When we talk about our final project.....it is still in our working......For my group,our product that we had planned to produce is something that have a good smell and the attractive ones that can attract others to have it....I can't tell all of you what is that,because we want give a surprise........But,we have some problems in order to produce the things.....And I hope this problem cab be solve as soon as possible.........About the pemphlet or the report,we are still in plannig so that we can give the best to everyone.......I and from my group hope that all or you give your support in order to make our project successfully...

Yesterday, i as a group leader with my group members(Dila, Fong Shiew, Guat Bin and Ehran) had decided to present about 'IRON' which will be carried out on Monday(26/10).
Today morning, my group members and i were discussing, finding information and distributing our works respectively at one stop center. Although there are some different opinions among us but we had reached a conclusion at the end. We had promised to each others that we will present the best to the audiences on Monday.Thanks.

Finally...we have presented our final froject. My group was the 2nd group that present. I have a little nervous since it is quite a long time since my last presentation. I hope i have more chances to present especially in front of public so i can train myself not to be so nervous. Anyway...im satiesfied with my group presentation today. It took us many days to discuss our plan so that we are able to present it in a more convinced way for our product. Although iron is not so special,but it can be very special depends on how the presenter describe it,just as my group members who were able to describe it become an ideal model.=)

A few weeks ago,i was attented a grooming talk with few of my classmate.
The talk was given by an image consultant who named Wendy Lee.
She taught us how to give a good firt impresssion while meet with someone. Especially when we going for an interview.She also mentioned about the wearing as a profesional. From top to bottom of each of us will be evaluated by others who we met with. So it is important for us to learn how to dress up ourself so that in people's eye....we are profesional as what we really are.

What is FIRST IMPRESSIONS???
It is people's perception shaped on us at the moment they see us. First impression are formed within seconds.
Conveying the right perception helps in setting the appropriate expectation to the customers.
According to Prof Albert Merahbian who is Professor Emeritus of psychology,UCLA, 7% of first impression is on verbal, 38% on vocal and 55% on visual.
So the first impression we give to others is important. THANKS...

before we do the presentation, we must know how to make a good presentation....
so, follow this steps..
Do use PowerPoint if the facilities are available.
Be very clear about how much time you have - and stick to that time in preparing your presentation. It's very difficult to 'cut' a PowerPoint presentation at the event itself, so it's a great mistake to run out of time. Most presenters prepare too much material; but nobody ever complains that a presentation was too short (it always allows more time for questions).
first slide should announce the title of your presentation, the event and date, and your name and position. This may seem terribly obvious, but many speakers miss off some of this basic information and then weeks later listeners (or their colleagues back at the organisation) are not clear who made the presentation or when.
Each theme should be the subject of a small number of slides. Again, a good working assumption is that three slides for each theme is about right. Less than two and it isn't substantive enough to be a separate theme; more than five and it should probably be broken up into two themes.
Each slide should have clear heading.
Each slide should normally contain around 25-35 words, unless it is a quote (when you might use more) or contains an illustration (when you will probably use less). Make appropriate use of pictures. It's a good idea to break up text with illustrations and it is true that a picture is worth a thousand words.
Make copies of your slides available.

•Planning: Understand your audience - about their needs, their background, and the place where your presentation will be delivered. The way to present a topic to a group of elementary students is different from the way to present to undergraduates.
•Preparing: Thesis statement -> objectives -> Outline -> coverage depth. Encourage responses, and stimulate reactions and their learning desire.
•Delivering: Deliver your presentation, with visual aids like presentation slides. Use animation sparingly, so it will not distract the audience. Think of putting summaries of each slide in the "note" portion of your presentation, and have them printed out as handouts to the audience.
•Reviewing: You may wish to to deliver your presentations again. Review your performances so you can improve them the next time you perform.

so, i want give you good method to improving your voice:
1. Listen to it! Practice listening to your voice while at home, driving, walking, etc. Then when you are at work or with company, monitor your voice to see if you are using it how you want to.
2. To really listen to your voice, cup your right hand around your right ear and gently pull the ear forward. Next, cup your left hand around your mouth and direct the sound straight into your ear. This helps you to really hear your voice as others hear it...and it might be completely different from the voice you thought it was! Now practice moderating your voice.
so.. make your presentation perfect by deliver a good voice..

Tomorrow our group will be doing product exhibition about USB flash drive. We will be presenting on Kingmax Mini USB flash drive. There are four members in our group. We will be presenting mainly about introduction, two main parts and conclusion. In the introduction, we will be explaining about the features of the flash drive and its specifications. There are two main parts and I will be presenting the first main part which is about flash memory. And lastly, the conclusion is about the advantages of flash drive and how to use it. At last our group presentation for final product exhibiton is over. We are glad that we have tried our best. But still there are some aspects that I wish to improve in the future. First of all, my presentation skill. Eventhough I have tried my best here, I believe I could do much better if I had more practise. I was nervius when presenting my point. I have to try really hard to overcome this nervousness. But at the same time, I enjoyed doing the presentation because through this I got to know about many different things such as how to do an aromatic soap, spy pen and also about the components of other electronics appliances such as iron, printer and laptop.
Besides that, I also was able to know more about flash drive as our group presented about it. I also had the chance to do a demonstration in of my friends and lecturer on the durability of our flash drive against immersion of water. While doing the demonstration, I was scared that the flash drive would be damaged. But I was willing to take risk as long as the presentation would be interesting. Thank goodness, nothing happened to flesh drive.Anyway, we enjoyed our presentation a lot.
