.”Avoiding Crime when parking” , this is my article’s title that I would like to share with you , my friends . Basically , we cannot predict when does crime happen to us, so it is very dangerous to us . So what can we do ? The only solution is we do some safety precautions to prevent it . Among the crimes that happen the most is theft , vandalism , rape , assault and robbery . The basic precaution that we can manage is that we park our cars in easy visible dwellings , well-lit cark parks. An another way is to avoid park in multi- storey car parks or underground car parks . To prevent rape cases occur in the car park , we can install advanced technology surveillance units such as infrared to detects the presence of intruders approaching our cars and it will switch on all lights in the cars automatically for about a quarter hour . Beware everybody , please takes these steps as safety precautions as if one of you will face it these crimes accidentally . These tips are very important especially for those females who were driving alone . This article I found it interesting because it does concerns about the ways how people should take care for their personal safety and it is very useful to us .

Now , I would like talk about “Dog Fashions” . Before I enter my view on this topic ,I would like to talk my personal experience with dog . I used to have a dog since I was in young age . To me , dogs are as if my lifetime trustworthy friends. But I do not say that you all have same views with me . Maybe some of you might think that dogs are enemies to you . What I would like to talk is that dog fashions is only depend for personal perceptions .I could not judge that dog must have their own fashions or I also could not say that dog fashions is only for economic market trading . The only that I can sure that is we must spend our money wisely . If your income are average , this kind of fashions you can forget about it . It may cost your whole monthly income just to satisfy your glamour pet only . That is certainly not worth it . Dog fashion is acceptable if you don’t over-decorate on your dogs . If you do so , you are just a servant of your dogs , not master of your dogs . The status between servants and masters will be overturned . In other view , we can say that dog fashion is a good culture . It is because that we take a very good care on them instead of torture them , abuse them by kicking , throwing stones at them or more so .Finally , I would like to quote that “a coin has two faces ” meaning that everything has its own pros and cons , it is only depend on how we judge and see them .

Recently , I read an article about “Cell Phone Fashion : Personalizing Mass Production” . After I read this article , I think that since dogs can have their own fashions why not on cell phone , since mobile phone is quite very commonly used in this few years . Nowadays , cell phone features keep on increasing and advancing due to customers’ needs .Instead cell phones manufacturers keep on non – stop increasing the values and features in the cell phone , why don't they just change the appearance of the hand phones . Why ? It is because when teenagers choosing which hand phones to buy , they just judge them from the hand phones’ appearances and the design outlook only .Some of them are slim , shiny , slide and vary with many rainbow colours . In certain view , I think that hand phones engineers are lessly used , but the designers of the hand phones are highly employed . By the way , the manufacturers can earn more from changing the hand phone designs compare to increase the hand phones usages . Since I am studying electronic engineering course , it let me think that without the creativity of designing , no matter how much the greater technology you invented is no longer usable .

I just read an article about “How To Get The Higher Side Of Creativity Using The Dynamic Mind Mapping Method” . After I have read this article , I find out that the author of this article specify more on this DO IT method . This method is essentially an acronym for D – Define Problem , O – Opening your mind and applying creative techniques , I – Identifying best possible solutions , T – Transforming them into concrete actions . I read this because I find it very interesting and related about our studying methods or when organizing a project. This method is just like the Buzan’s mind mapping method . Both of these methods just act the same ways . As an engineer , we need to be always creative and innovative in anyway . This method keeps you on the right track when organising a project . You can always find out the problem accurately and solve it in opening mind or creative ways . By doing this method , you can always do it complete and in creative and systematically .

.I think I will get you all attention because it is all about the ways you should have when you were interviewed . My topic is about “Tips On How To Get Hired Everytime” . Is it interesting ? I think it will because all of you eventually facing it in one day in your life time . Have you ever think about it or you already have master the skills of interviewing . So , let me tell you all in briefly about what you should do when entering interview room . Firstly ,you should well-groomed . Next you should be there early before a half hour to fill in application form if required in the reception counter . Then , you should greet the officer who interviewing with you , talk gently and softly with them . Be respect to their company , so that you will have a good impression to them . Nowadays , most company bosses are looking people who have soft skills , able to lead the company , able to organizing a big project , great personality and also people who can work long after – hour and weekends . If you have these capabilities , I think you will not facing a hard time when getting employed . But in other way , you need to choose wisely when getting many offers from many companies . So , it is important if you can be trained in improving soft skills in this university before entering the real interview situation . If you can master these skills , I am sure that you not just easily get hired , but also easily get promoted . Finally ,I would like to conclude that it is important if you can master these skills .

This time i would like to say a very famous love story " pride and prejudice". Pure love, impressive love.
First published in 1813, Pride and Prejudice has consistently been Jane Austen's most popular novel. It portrays life in the genteel rural society of the day, and tells of the initial misunderstandings and later mutual enlightenment between Elizabeth Bennet (whose liveliness and quick wit have often attracted readers) and the haughty Darcy. The title Pride and Prejudice refers (among other things) to the ways in which Elizabeth and Darcy first view each other. The original version of the novel was written in 1796-1797 under the title First Impressions, and was probably in the form of an exchange of letters.

Last week i saw a film called dog bolt. Its very funny and thought-provoking.
What makes that ironic is the film does the same thing. .
what it could really use is more humor. The digital comedy-adventure starts out pretty slow and never really finds its footing, especially in regards to its needed comic edge, the whole thing probably plays better in 3-D, since there were obviously a few scenes designed for that format.

As mentioned, Bolt (voiced by John Travolta) is a pooch who, on television at least, has super-speed, super-strength and a very destructive bark. In real life, he's just a normal dog,However, the two have gotten separated. Bolt escapes from the Hollywood studio set and has wound up in New York City. Based on his television experiences, he thinks Penny has been kidnapped by bad guys.

So he's desperate to get back to the West Coast and is aided by an enterprising alley cat, Mittens (Susie Essman), as well as Rhino (Mark Walton), a slightly unhinged hamster that idolizes him.
In the meantime, Penny has begun shooting new episodes of the program with another canine performer, though it's clear that she misses her beloved, lost pet terribly.

This was apparently one of the projects that got Pixar chief John Lasseter's attention when his animation house became more heavily involved in Disney.

The computer-generated animation is first-rate and is nearly up to Pixar standards. But the script could have used more work. It's too heavy on action, particularly at the start.

Also, at times Travolta sounds bored, and Cyrus is not the most emotive voice talent.

Fortunately, their voice co-stars are more animated. Essman gets some of the biggest laughs, as does Utah State University graduate Walton, whose crazed hamster consistently amuses

Director Robert Zemeckis and star Tom Hanks take tremendous risks -- both dramatic and commercial -- and for the most part succeed, in "Cast Away." In this bold and unique story about a single character stranded on an island, a top-notch Hanks holds the picture on his shoulders with a bravura perf. Meticulous, sumptuous production design, and striking visuals compensate for the lack of dramatic momentum in a film that arguably stretches narrative form to its limits. Strong critical support should help position this adventure saga as an "event movie" both in the U.S. (where Fox is distribbing) and overseas (where DreamWorks will release it). The PG-13 rating is a major plus; young viewers will relate to the story as a contempo Robinson Crusoe, while the philosophical elements are likely to appeal to more mature auds.
"Cast Away" bears thematic resemblance to "Forrest Gump," the earlier Zemeckis-Hanks teaming, in its focus on the personal journey of an Everyman. But the 1994 Oscar winner spanned decades and numerous locales, with its hero the only constant; however, the bulk of the new pic is confined to one setting and a much tighter time frame, depicting in detail the moral odyssey of one man.

Fly Away Home'' tells the story of a 13-year-old girl who solos in an ultralight aircraft to lead a flight of pet geese from Canada to the American South. Although her father optimistically describes this adventure as "safer than driving on the highway,'' I think the statistics he's thinking of apply to scheduled commercial airlines, not to planes that come in a box and you put them together yourself. As I was watching the film, I couldn't help thinking of little Jessica Dubroff, who was killed along with her father and her flight instructor while trying to fly across the United States. There are some eerie echoes, as Amy (Anna Paquin), the heroine of "Fly Away Home,'' flies from Ontario to North Carolina without even using any maps. (Her briefing consists of her father marking pencil lines on charts while saying, "OK ... here's us ... and here's, like, Florida....'') And yet finally I had to put away such thoughts and embrace the movie for what it is, a splendid fantasy. As the story opens, Amy's mother is killed in a car crash in New Zealand (that nicely accounts for Oscar winner Paquin's accent). She goes to live with her father in Canada. He's played by Jeff Daniels as a nutty inventor who sculpts dinosaurs, flies airplanes and gliders, and ended his marriage by insisting on building a full-scale model of the lunar landing module. ("Hey, the real one is still parked on the moon. So we need another one down here, right? Every home should have one. That's when you and your mom left. She thought I was crazy.'')

-----------to Be continued

Amy is not long on the Ontario farm when bulldozers start to rip through the nearby woods. We know from other movies that bulldozers always mean cash-mad property developers, who want to pave paradise and put up a parking lot. Amy rescues some goose eggs from the carnage, incubates them in her dresser drawer, and soon has fluffy little goslings following her around the house.
Dad being the kind of guy he is, of course this is fine with him. It is also fine with his girlfriend Susan (Dana Delany) and his goofy brother David (Terry Kinney), who turns up to lend a hand. The evil local wildlife agent arrives to explain that the geese are the ``property of the crown,'' and their wings must be clipped to prevent them from being a nuisance, etc., and Amy beans him with a large pot. He exits muttering imprecations, and soon it develops that the geese, or maybe Amy, have a problem.
The geese think Amy is their mother, and learn everything -- how to fly, how to migrate -- from their parents. So it is up to Amy to teach them. Lucky for her that her dad builds ultralight aircraft! Soon Amy is aloft, coaxing the birds into the air, and when the problem arises that geese need to fly south in the winter, of course Amy and her dad hit upon the idea of leading them there in their little airplanes.
All of this sounds, I suppose, like a daffy retread of ``Free Willy'' or one of those other movies in which small children befriend noble animals. But "Fly Away Home'' is not quite that simple. The movie was directed by Carroll Ballard, who in "The Black Stallion'' (1979) and "Never Cry Wolf'' (1983) made two visionary films about man and nature. A former cinematographer himself, he works with the great cameraman Caleb Deschanel to make the film visually uplifting, and the story is quirky enough and the dialogue so fresh and well-acted that this film rises above its genre.
There are individual shots here almost worth the price of admission: Amy on a lawn tractor, leading a parade of geese; the father soaring in his experimental planes, which always seem to land in semi-controlled crashes; Amy and her dad setting off across Lake Ontario, and a stunning shot in which the towers of Baltimore materialize from the mist, and office workers see the little girl and her geese flying past their windows.
Of course waiting at the end of their flight are another evil property developer and more monstrous bulldozers, and the movie supplies an artificial deadline (if geese don't turn up to use their winter quarters by Nov. 1, they lose their sanctuary). That sort of contrivance is obligatory, I guess. What I will remember is the photography, and the bliss (just this side of madness) with which the Jeff Daniels character invents his foolhardy schemes. I am also grateful finally to have seen a movie during which I could legitimately whisper, ``Hey! You can't send a kid up in a crate like that!''

For type A, they tend to be more cooperative, sensitive, clever, and smart. But, they may hold their temper until they explore.

For type B ,these kind of individual tend to be balanced: thoughtful like A's and yet ambitious like O's.

While for the AB's individual , they have a logic thinking, perhaps they might suitable to become an idealist.in addition, they also act very calm in any situation.

Last but not least, the GENEROUS O's individual. Why i saying that????haha...think by yourself.
O's individual having leadership qualities, sociable, careless about details(big boss brain) and realistic..

IQ is stand for intelligence quotient.Average of the iq for the normal individual is 100-110.If you achive higher than this range,so you can consider as a genius.

There have a lot of factor that affect someone iq.Firstly ishealth condition of a person. For example,a woman iq will reduce during pregnancy.Furthermore,a decrease iq has been shown if someone has Alzheimer's disease.
Secondly, sex also play an important role.Different sex have different iq.Thirdly, race is also a factor that control your iq.

Intelligent is a person's capacity to acquire knowledge, apply knowledge and engage in adstract reasoning.

Good morning everyone,
today i wpuld like to comment about Landslides, floods kill 184 in Philippines .
The heavy losses suffered by the people in northern Luzon brought about by the tropical storm Parma would all the more make life much more difficult for thousands of residents in that area. At this time, the national government cannot do it alone without the help of foreign governments and international organizations. My only hope is that relief goods intended for the flood and typhoon victims should not be diverted somewhere else. It is still best to give donations to the Philippine National Red Cross and other non-government organizations who are committed for the typhoon victims' welfare.

Hi.

After reading the new that three children have died after being attacked by a swarm of killer hornets but their mother still in ICU and unware her children's death.

THEY may be small but some insects can be dangerous, especially if you are unaware of the hazard or do not know how to respond when attacked. Some insect bites may even cause severe allergic reactions which might be deadly.
For examples : centipede, bee, scorpion, wasp and hornet.

MOST insect bites tend to require nothing more than first aid.

A bite or sting from a CENTIPEDE, ANT or BEE can easily be treated, even at home. If the reaction is localised, wash with soap and water. You could also get a steroid-based cream from the pharmacy to apply.

When you are being attacked by HORNETS, don’t run as this will make them think that you are going to attack them. Find a place to squat down and sit still. Hornets can mobilise the entire nest to sting in defense. They will only attack when provoked, but don’t go too near the nests as our sweat will provoke them to attack.

When stung, lie down and apply cold water or ice in a wet cloth on the affected area. If you experience any symptoms of allergy in the first 20 minutes after being stung, get medical aid immediately.

There should be more information about wasps and hornets.

Hi.

i would like to share with you all 5 ways to conquer fear of Public Speaking.

The most common phobia people have is the “Fear of public speaking”. Some people dread public speaking even more than death. Most of us live with this fear throughout our lives.

Now,let you look into some ways to overcome our fear of public speaking.

1. Take the Plunge
The only way you can get over your fear of public speaking is by going ahead and speaking. It might sound counter intuitive but this is true. The longer we wait to do whatever it is that is causing the fear, the more intense our fear would become. So go ahead and give that speech or presentation you have been pondering over for such a long time.

2.Preparation pays
Genius is 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration – Thomas Edison.Public speaking is not an inborn talent but rather a skill which can be cultivated by anyone. It’s true that for some people it comes naturally but even they have to practice in order to spruce up their skills.

3.Know your audience
Get to know your audience. We get nervous when we are speaking in front of a group of strangers. If we were to give the same speech in front of our friends we would not be that fearful.

4.Take criticism positively
We all love to receive compliments but when it comes to criticism we prefer to be on the giving end rather than the receiving end. The successful you are, the more criticisms you will have to handle so learn to handle them with a positive attitude.

5.Persevere
Be patient. Do not expect things to change in a jiffy. Some people might take more time to improve and others might take less. Do not push yourself too hard by comparing yourself with others. Just go with the flow.

The night before the examination:
•Check the length of the paper and calculate how long you should spend on each question

Hello to all of you,

Now i want to share with you all the important of time management.

Personal time management skills are essential skills for effective people. People who use these techniques routinely are the highest achievers in all walks of life, from business to sport to public service. If you use these skills well, then you will be able to function exceptionally well, even under intense pressure.
What's more, as you master these skills, you'll find that you take control of your workload, and say goodbye to the often intense stress of work overload.
At the heart of time management is an important shift in focus:
Concentrate on results, not on being busy
Many people spend their days in a frenzy of activity, but achieve very little, because they're not concentrating their effort on the things that matter the most.

The 80:20 Rule

This is neatly summed up in the Pareto Principle, or the '80:20 Rule'. This says that typically 80% of unfocussed effort generates only 20% of results. This means that the remaining 80% of results are achieved with only 20% of the effort. While the ratio is not always 80:20, this broad pattern of a small proportion of activity generating non-scalar returns recurs so frequently that it is the norm in many situations.
By applying the time management tips and skills in this section you can optimize your effort to ensure that you concentrate as much of your time and energy as possible on the high payoff tasks. This ensures that you achieve the greatest benefit possible with the limited amount of time available to you.

Work Smarter. Take Control of Your Workload.

A very good afternoon to Ms Ezi and all my classmates. We are now in the end of semester 1 and we did a lot of presentation in this semester.

Communication skills especially in making oral presentation is essential to our daily lives.

There are 3 important things that you must take into consideration:

1) Voice
~Speak clearly. Don't shout or whisper. Besides, you also must change the tone or pitch of your voice. You must not speak too slow but that doesn't mean you can rush. Be natural, speak normally.

2) Body Language
~Well, to make presentation more interesting, we should have some body language while we present. Through body language, it can deliver a message without us speaking sometimes. Keep an eye on the audience's body language. Know when to stop and also when to cut out a piece of the presentation. In essence, your body movements express what your attitudes and thoughts really are.

3) Apperance
~First impressions influence the audience's attitudes to you. The smarter and neater you dress, the more attention/respect you get from the audience. As seen in our class presentation, we all dressed up formally to create a good impression to others.

Our final project is just around the corner. Good luck to all and may this articles will help you all during the presentation of your product.

Take care...(",)

Hi people, this will be a very GOOD ADVICE to us all... Last month, I read this in a magazine's article and some from my own personal experiences.

At the early age of 20's, we tend to fall in and out of love very easily. If one have a feelings for he/she, does it means that the relationship would be perfect? Is that all what we know without taking any consideration of other aspects? Can we tell ourselves that he/she will be our life partner in future?? Not at all if we don't take a serious and deep thought in us.

Firstly, we have to know the difference between a friendship and a relationship. If I'm not mistaken, most of us believe that when friendship becomes stronger, it may turn into relationship. This is totally untrue. Think about the way you talk with your friends. You are always very open about your failures and shortcomings. You are not shy of talking about your problem and asking friends to help. In a close friendship, you expect to know everything about each other.

What about relationship then? Some of us hide our true-self from our partner. We do not want to tell about our failures or weaknesses in order to impressed our loved one. How far can we hide from them for the years to come? When we are in a relationship, we are supposed to share our thoughts, feelings and opinion openly. With this, only we get to understand our partner's needs and their feelings.

Secondly, a wonderful and perfect relationship requires a lot of understandings and tolerances from both parties. It is definitely not easy to create a strong understanding without undergo any hard time. During hard time, you will only know how to appreciate and understand each other more provided both of you stil have faith in the relationship. Therefore, hope and faith in a relationship must always be strong and firm to overcome all obstacles you both are facing.

Thirdly, trust. It is extremely essential in a relationship to keep it going. You must have full trust and no doubt in your partner. Although sometimes, we fail to trust each other, you must try always to gain his/her trust in you.

In short, before we get into a relationship, we must think deeply and not to involve in it for the sake of fun. A trouble-free relationship will give positive influences on us, motivate us, keep us on high confidence and high self-esteem. If we take a relationship in a wrong way, it might turn into a "disaster".

5 REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD LEARN FOREIGN LANGUAGES

1)Professional Requirement
-this is probably the main reason for which one would learn a foreign language.many professions require the knowledge of at least one or two foreign languages, depending on the field of the job. Most jobs may ask that you know am international languages such as English,French,Spanish or German or a business-specific language such as Chinese,Japanese,Russian and so forth. If you are a native speaker you may have a bit easier since English is the main international language.

2)Social Bonus
Knowing a foreign language is definitely a social bonus.there definitely a step hill to climb between being presented as someone that does not know any foreign language whatsoever against being presented as a polyglot. Another case when knowing the foreign language can be literally a social blessing is when meeting a foreigner whose language you can speak.

3)Family Communication
-it is often the case where a couple formed out of persons of diverse nationality understand each other through a commonly known language such as English. However, they will soon want to start learning the other person' mother tongue, not only for a better communication, but also out of respect for them.

4)Personal Satisfaction
-learning a language is one og the highest intellectual goals one could have, on a personal scale.think about a a difficult puzzle,or math problem that take months if not years of constant studying in order to be solved. the process of solving it may be a hard, arduous one but the yell of joy at the end is well worth it. it the same case with learning a foreign language; the learning process is not easy and you will have many issues and problem to tackle along the way.you will focus on various aspects of the problem, such as spelling, grammar, reading, pronunciation and so on..If you keep the problem in sight however and if you don't lose interest in it,the chances of solving it are extremely high and the intelectual fulfillment that you get at the end is comparable to anything else.

5)Keeping you mind healthy
-it's been scientifically proven that by learning a new languages, the procees stimulates your brain in such a way that it wiil make you more keep on understanding and learning other subject, including "real" disciplines such as math, phisics, chemistry and so on. Learning a new language require the memorizing and understanding of several thousand new words and concepts, which offers your brain a good training fo future occasions where memorizing is a must.

Really interesting...It is an article I have read recently about the mystery of hidden planet.Since astronomers downgraded Pluto, the solar system officially contains only eight planets. However ,two astrophysicists think that there's a ninth planet we have yet to see.

Here is some description of what could be the ninth planet orbiting our sun which predicted by two astrophysicist Lykawka from United State and Tadashi Mukai from Japan.First is the size which is more than 10,000km in diameter, similar to earth and the mass of it is half of earth. Its distance is between 12 bilion and 40 bilion km from the centre of the solar system.

A project now being developed called Pan-STARRS could accelerate this discovery. From article,it states that from 2010 a telescope located in Hawaii will scan the heavens looking for new objects which able to detect planets that are 1,000km in diameter and 30 bilion km away.Since the astrophysicist place their hidden planet at half that distance from earth, therefore i think that Pan-STARRS should be able to pick it up.

Do you think there really a hidden planet exist?Well,I'm still wondering but the mystery of it is something that cannot be figure out in short period. If,or when,it is located and confirmed, all that will rremainwill be to give it a name.Mercury,Venus,Earth,Mars, jupiter, Saturn,Uranus,Neptune and...and...what?So,just guess...^^

being a good friends is one of the best things in the world..why??
there are a lots of benefits we can get from this..but to find a true friends that can help you to get through all the difficulty is very tough..now the real question is how to get a true friends..from my reading the first thing that we have to consider isthe heart..try to make many fault for the first time you met him..and then look for his/her reaction..if the person can try to advise you with something, then he/she maybe can be tru friends..but if the person only ignored or just laughing on what are you doing then you can considered on what type of wild things you want to make for he/she..apart from that, the second most important is you must look at his/her personality..to find girl, i recommended that you must find a soft speaking person..do not find a wild bear..then try to have someone that can hear all your problem..good cooking..can make you smile always..besides i also thinks that we also have to see at his/her appearences..not at the beauty or handsome but at the fashions..hehe..im blurred now so will continue next time with others story..

Good day to all,so how is the day?Everything going well and smoothly? Now let me begin my day by telling you all about a film i have seen before." Love In The Time of Cholera "which is a very ambitious film and wonderful film worthy of being watching though it doesn’t quite meet its stretch .

The level on which you enjoy a film is depend on your power to dream.yes...dream...Try to put yourself in Colombia at the late 19th Century. Think back, for a moment, when you first fell for someone.Your heart is beating faster...Your mouth is dry as they approach...Your whole being concentrated in a single passion...The world seems a wonderful place...Maybe for some, falling in love is like suspending disbelief. But I got a question,Can that act of faith last a lifetime?

This film contains passionate and enduring love, the characters are very intense. And how many films do we see shot in the beautiful, Colombia? I do loved every minute of "Love In The Time Of Cholera" Flawed as it is, I found the film is interesting and colourful and I do enjoy how about you all? That's all from me.have a nice day then.^^

Hi there,

I read a blog regarding to the animals.I found that the America's military try to train the animals as a weapon for military mission. This is cruel.

In my point of view, animals are our friends. Most of the people willing to share secret with their animals.(since the animals cannot speak in human languague,so they wont tell the secret to anyone else)For example, dog.Dog is consider as the best friend for human. Many movie show that the relationship that built between human and dog. This show that human and animals are friends but not as a animal and human.

'We" are living in this beautiful place, sharing everything. So,'we' need to care to each others, not to hurt each others. Many blog and news reported animals is hurted by the human.Chinese and korean loved to eat dog. They even produced that dog meat in can...how cruel they are..

So,people stop hunting the animals. They are our friends. A normal person would not hurt his friends.

Paris is one of the most fascinating cities in Europe, and tourists to this wonderful city will find that things to see and do are almost limitless. Known as the 'City of Light', the beauty of Paris is overwhelming and architectural and artistic heritage combine to make any visit an unforgettable experience.

We will find that there is a wide range of selection of Paris hotels that are available to suit every taste and budget. Paris accommodation ranges from the most luxurious hotels and large chain hotels, to the small hotels rich in old-fashioned ambience.

As we all know, the Eiffel Tower is the most prominent landmark in Paris and famous throughout the world, dominates the skyline, and provides breathtaking views of the wonderful symmetry of the city.It would be a very sweet and romantic place to have candle light dinner up high in the tower.

In short, Paris is a wonderful and beautiful place you must visit one day. It will be my destination for my honeymoon in future...=p

Well,I read a review about laptop recently. Its just a general term and funstion of a laptop, not specific on what type or model. They describe a laptop as a personal computer designed for mobile use and small and light enough to sit on one's lap while in use.A laptop integrates most of the typical components of a desktop computer, including a display, a keyboard, a pointing device,a touchpad, also known as a trackpad, and a pointing stick with speakers, and often including a battery, into a single small and light unit. The rechargeable battery is charged from an AC adapter and typically stores enough energy to run the laptop for two to three hours in its initial state, depending on the configuration and power management of the computer.
Laptops are usually shaped like a large notebook.they are designed in the flip form factor to protect the screen and the keyboard when closed. They usually have a touchscreen display and some include handwriting recognition or graphics drawing capability.
To end it all, laptop have a function similar to a desktop with the exception of mobility. It is lighter and more convenient for those who travel often.more advantages of these laptop can be find through the internet and magazines.

The exam is around the corner,so wish you all get flying color in your exam...fighting.

Is sad to said this...recently i receive a mail and some picture, the mail is about a new born baby is 'throw ' by his own biological parent in forest.Fortunately,he had rescue by a old lady that across the forest in the morning.A miracle..

Baby is the gift from God to a new built family.Baby is adorable, don't you think that?

We can see a lot of news that regarding to abusing children and babies.I cannot understand this.why people cannot be more rational when they face problem.Do not show your temper to the little angle.

Baby is an angle that sent by God to bring happiness to our family.

These kind of cases usually happen in teenagers. Some teenager is from a 'complicated' background or also known as abnormal marriage. These teenager are thirst for love(normally is girl). When they found someone that can give them calm and love, they will sacrifice everything. Then??tragedy happen...

I think parent play an important role in bringing up a baby.'Baby is like a plain paper,is depend on the parent to draw their children life', is mean that how the parent behave themselves will effect their children.

So,people...think before act.Always remind yourself of what is good and bad for you.

"Harry Potter" written by J.K.Rowling is my favorite story books. The episode the most i like among the seven books is "Harry Potter and The Prisoners of Azkaban". In this book, Rowling's favorite aspect was introducing the character of Remus Lupin or Moony. Remus first appears in this book as the new Defence Against the Dark Arts professor. During his tenure, he gives Harry a private lessons in casting the Patronus Charm, to aid him in fighting off the Dementors flanking the Hogwarts grounds. Dementors flanking the Hogwarts ground was because of a mass murderer named Sirius Black who was animagus and has escaped from the wizarding prison of Azkaban and Harry could be a target of him. Sirius Black was Harry's godfather and was his parents' best friend. Black was accused of divulging the Potters' secret whereabouts to Voldemort and murdering their mutual friend Peter Pettigrew. Harry vows to kill Black, but is astonished when he later sees Peter Pettigrew's name on the Marauder's Map.
At the climax, scabber, pet of Ron was discovered as Pettigrew who was the exact betrayer to Harry's parents. Lupin and Black force Pettigrew back to his human form before intending to kill him, but they are stopped by Harry because he don't want his parents' best freinds become a murder. At the end, Pettinggrew escaped from them when Lupin turned into werewolf under the full moon....
There are many surprised events in this story which make the readers wanted to read more. That why this book become my favorite book.

Hi,

For me, F1 is more to the competition of the technology.Every year, the engineers try to invert the latest and the fastest engine.Hah..this is interesting. For example, this year they had inverted the fastest engine and the first f1 team that installed the engine is Red-Bull team. Then, at the beginning of the race, they won all the tropy.

For me i support Ferrari F1 team. Why i support the team???
This is because that the team has the most advance technology as well as they have the two most attractive and competitive drivers.

I love to watch the F1 race compare to G1 race.I proud to see our petronas in BMW car.(although is just a sponsor of petrol for that team)

That all from me...thank you..

Hi to everyone,..
I've read an article on wikipedia entitled "EARTHQUAKES". This article is mainly about the disaster that could harm many people if the quakes takes place.

From the article, earthquakes is the result of energy release in the most Earth's crust. The strength of the earthquakes is recorded by Richter magnitude. If the magnitude shows 7, it will cause a very serious damage to the place that had been attacked by the harmful disaster.

This disaster can give many bad effects. It will cause shaking at the ground that will cause to break the structure of the ground. It also can cause landslides that also can cause harm to people. Normally, earthquakes will be followed fires. This is caused by the break of electrical power at the wire line. Once it has started, the fire will spread quickly.

Before this, we had heard about the tsunami that attacks at the north of of Malaysia and also Indonesia. Tsunami also was caused by the earthquakes at the sea. This is because the stucture of the sea ground had been changed so that the sea water will be overflowed so that the huge, gigantic, and long-wavelength sea waves attacks the beach.

Besides, this article also tells me about the myths about the earthquakes. In Japanese mythology, Namazu is a giant catfish that is the one that causes the earthquakes. In Greek mythology, Poseidon was the god of earthquakes. But, the earthquakes now was proven by the scientific research.

For more information, log on to this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Earthquake

Dear friends, have you ever heard about a book entitled "Talking the Winner's Way". This is a very good book, everyone should have a try on it. I bet you all will like it.

In the books, it is mainly teaches us on how to communicate effectively. Firstly, it taught me on how to tackle with many situation like communicating with friends. It says that, if we want to greet our friends, we must think that he was our old friend that have been lost connected for al long time. So, when we thought like that, it will automatically sets in our mind to greet the people in the best way! Quite interesting..

Besides, the book also teaches on how to cope with people well. We have to use the intonation well and also the language well. We also have to show our interest well so that the one who is speaking will be more easy to communicate with us. Of he or she has lost his or her ideas, try to ask something so that the conversation will be more good.

There is also one skills that is very good maybe for the boys? The eye power, the book says that the eyes can also delivers many messages in its own way. Maybe, if we are in a fuction but we don't know any people, so use your powerful eyes stares! It is quite effective when the mouth is shut. Eyes can also be another sense to communicate.

There is many other skills because it has 92 tricks in it, but you guys should take a look on it,

Today i would like to share what have i read yesterday. This is the tips to become a model.
Do you want to be a model?if yes, try to make use this tips..
Firstly,

1)Comfortable
Make sure you are “comfortable” with what is expected of you – if not sort it out beforehand. Don’t wait until the time arrives – the pressure will be on you, particularly if you have just become a model, and it will show if you do the work.

2)Self Respect
Be proud and confident of your modelling work. Don’t do anything you cannot tell/show your friends/parents. Don’t do something when you first become a model that could affect your long term career.

3)Private
Keep your home address, telephone number and exact work location private. Contact should be via email or generalised work location i.e. London, Paris, Bristol etc. Don’t even start modelling unless you can keep personal information private.

4)Punctuality
To become a model you must be on time – on the very rare occasion you are unavoidably late let those waiting for you know.

5)Prepare
Don’t assume clothing will be provided – bring some change of clothes Don’t assume make up will be provided – bring some of your own. To become a model you must be prepared.

I think thats all from me..
hopefully, you are happy reading my articles...
have a nice day

Hello!
I’ve read an article entitled ”Telephone Phobia – 5 Tips on Making a Phone Call” .

Firstly, change your attitude. Don’t make any silly talk on the phone. Just stick to the point, don’t chat or blurbs on something that is does not important, and also don’t chat for hours! Chatting for hours would make the listener feels uncomfortable. If you want to call any organization, be professional because for them, time is money. Secondly, be prepared! Before making any call, think first on what to say. Don’t just rush in to call somebody and when on the line, the conversation will be worse because of it. Moreover, phone call nowadays in rarely used because many people just uses the e-mail, fax, and other online ways of connection.

Thirdly, practice makes perfect. Practice on “easier” calls. Try to call anyone that s close to you like friends and families. Or if that is too scary, try to call using your own hand phone and hear the phone ring. So the phobia will be reduced by time to time. Fourth, smile. Although the one that is talking with us does not see us, but the smiling face of us will make is to be in a good mood. Smiling will make us more comfortable to talk and communicate effectively. Last 5th tip is, reward yourself after making a phone call. This will help to make us to be more happy and the fear will be no longer there, many thing s can be done such as enjoying snacks, hobby, or any interesting activities.

I would to share a great article about a product from Google named “Google AdSense”. From its name, ads refer to advertisement. So, Google produces its ways to distribute its ads by this using Google AdSense. So, the users just have to sign up for the account. It only takes maybe 3 days to create the account because it needs to register with the Google Corporation itself. After that, Google will give the ads’ code in order to place the ads at the users’ websites or blogs.

Moreover, this Google AdSense uses the pay per click program. If the internet users click on the ads that are known from your account, Google itself will give a commission to the one that owns the ads. In top of that, Google pays in US Dollar. You can check your account from time to time so that you can know your account information. So, it is worthy and good to join this AdSense as a part time job.

I’ve join this, for more info, log on to this website, http://www.google.com/adsense/

Miri have a lot of kind coral species compared to any other location in the world. Most of them are quite difficult to find at another place. It is due to the strategic location for coral reef growing.

Moreover, the soft and hard corals are pristine and undamaged, compared to other coral that found in many location in the country.

Some people said that, Sipadan which is the most popular diving place at the country do not have corals like Miri. This is because many people do not know, actually Sipadan main attraction are the many big fishes at the place.

The excellent university is due to the some major factor. The first factor is due to the students of the university. This is because the excellent student make the university difficult to defeated by other university. The university only take the best student from rest of the world to be their student.

Beside, the acceivment of the university also due the lecture that teach there. This is because almost all the lecture that teach there are very telented and very independent to do their own resesch and something like that.

Its about ninja...

From I have read, ninja which is also known as shinobi, was a covery agent or mercenary of feudal Japan specializing in unorthodox arts of war. There are many functions of ninja which includes espionage, sabotage, infiltration, assasination, as well as open combat in certain situations. It is appears that, ninja does exist, however, the origin of the ninja is obscure and difficult to determine. The existence of ninja is written in a few records.

What I want to share with you that, the popularity of ninja which appear in many media. For example, in the anime NARUTO.The character Jiraiya is actually resemblences of Jiraiya Goketsu Monogatari(The Tale of the Gallant Jiraiya), which is the character of japanese folktale.Besides that, other character seems to be connected with Jiraiya are Tsunade and Orochimaru. It seems in the folktale, Jiraiya fell in love with Tsunade and Orochimaru was his arch-enemy.The anime Naruto somehow connected similar to the folktale although the character Jiraiya, Tsunade and Orochimaru have their own role in the anime which is quite different. There are both similarities and differences between the anime Naruto and the folktale.

Other than the anime Naruto, there is another media which use an actual person in the past related to ninja. That is Oda Nobunaga which appears in the famous videogames, ONIMUSHA, as the villain in the game.He is not actually a ninja, however there were cases of assassinations attemp on him by ninja. However this is still difficult to be proven.

So,what I amaze that, the Japanese people really looks-up to their histoy. They don't even shy with their folktale which somehow shows that they never forget their origins. As you can see, the Japanese folktale is know worldwide known by all people and become famous for example, Naruto, which is very popular in many countries nad the videogame Onimusha which is one of the high and best-selling game in the world.

Hi everybody,

Today I would like to share with you about an article that is very interesting to be share. It is about our life in this planet.

This article is just for information and not for any believe, especially for Muslim. This is because, the article that i have read said about the last day of the earth.

For the informations, the Mayan race said that the year of 2012 is the last year of the earth. A lot of informations about the Aryan's theory spread in the books and internet. It makes people scare and
worry about the year. Some people who believe the theory quit from their job and stay pray at home .
It might sound so mat but it is the reality of the some people.

But for our religion(Islam) we should have to believed for the existent of Allah. The one who know about the end of the world. We should be more patient about any propaganda and at the same time we should be able to recognise our fault to make sure we can live better.

Hi to all,

We are now already in the end of semester. Our final examination is just around the corner. Well, there are a few steps for us in order for us to do well for our studies in UMP and in the near future.

1. Understand each teacher's grading system. How many quizzes or test are given in a semester. Study accordingly.

2. Keep all assignments, handouts, tests results. This keep you on track on the marks you have achieved.

3. Jot down all given assignment and do not delay in doing it. Last minute work will not produced the result you want.

4. Find a right place to study. A quiet and a free distraction place would be the best. Study at the same time and place everyday.

5. Be consistent in your study. Never wait until the last minute to cramp all infomation into your brain. Study everyday. An athlete does not train a day or a week before competion but everyday.

6. Ask for help. Never be shy to ask if you don't understand your subjects or lessons. Be humble and ask, the benefits are yours.

7. Form a study group. 2 or more brains are better than 1.

8. Do your own notes and keep them organize.

These a just a few tips to study.. GOOD LUCK and ALL THE BEST in your exams!!

Take care...(",)

hello guys and girls!lecturer included!Hehehe..a brief description of the path we are taking in this university! Its about....."engineer"!
Well, when you drive across a bridge, make a telephone call, fly in a plane or use a computer, you experience, first-hand, the work of engineers. The results of their work can also be seen in satellites orbiting Earth, on offshore oil rigs and in tall buildings rising from the heart of Malaysia’s metropolitan cities.

Engineers prove, every day, that anything’s possible!

The Nuts and Bolts of an engineers.
well, they are basically "the" problem-solvers. They put scientific knowledge to practical use, applying science and math to solve problems creatively. They are involved with the design, construction and operation of everything from bridges to computer chips to mountain bikes to roller coasters. In fact, without engineers, our modern way of life would not be very modern at all!

Do you think engineering is the right choice? Answer the following questions?

Are you good at math and science? Do you look forward to these classes in school?
Are you creative and imaginative? Do like to build new things, or improve the way things work?
Do you have good communication skills? Do people find you interesting to talk to?
Do you like working in teams? Are you a member of a school club, the band or a sports team?

If you answer yes to some of these questions, you might have what it takes to be an engineer!Even if you say "no" to some of it,think again,
you are in the university of technical!UMP!stands for University Mlayasia Pahang where dedicated engineers are born!well, that's all from me!

Hi,good morning I greet to Ms Ezi and fellow friend.Today I would like to share with you all a horror movie I have watched before with friends.Firstly,I would like to share with you all a little bit about the story line of movie "Quarantine".It was directed by John Erick Dowdle.

The story starts when a young woman who is filming with her cameraman at a fire station in Los Angeles, when they receive a distress call from an apartment. They head out, soon make a horrifying discovery regarding one of the residents and find themselves Quarantined by the government in the apartment building. While the building manager leads everyone and two police officers,James and Danny,a reporter and her cameraman, to the apartment of Mrs. Espinoza, the source of prior screaming. While trying to subdue the crazed elder, James gets bitten by Espinoza then the disease start to spread .Later on ,all the people trap inside watch as a news report on television states that everyone was evacuated from the apartment complex before the police began to quarantine the building, an obvious lie.

Next,Danny rounds everyone up and informs them that Centers for Disease Control and Prevention agents are coming in to give blood tests. An animal doctor corrects him by saying the only way to test for rabies is through a brain sample, but Danny insists on what he was told, refusing to accept that it is rabies. When the story goes on,the more people get infected and the infection is non stopable. At the last part of the story, only left the reporter and cameraman, they bump into a infected man but since the room is dark,he walked past and just barely getting by without encounter any survivors, but the camera man inadvertently make a noise. The infected man start eating the cameraman and even the reporter also get killed ,which means there is no survivor at all at the end.

Overall,I think "Quarantine" has really good tense, terrifying and had great acting. It is entertaining from start to the end which was an great remake. It really is an amazing film.

Assalamualaikum and very good morning to ms ezi and fellow friends...

today,i would LIKE to share about the article that i have read in this month...

it's about " how to lose weight in healthy way"

most of youngster nowadays, they would rather starving everyday in order to lose weight and look thin and skinny...

this is not a good idea for them to lose weight....

according to dietition, this is the
bad way for them to lose weight...

The healthiest way to lose weight is neither crash diets nor bursts of exercise. The body likes slow changes in terms of food and exercise...

For example, someone who has not exercised for years should not rush into running miles a day or pounding the treadmill.this will injured yourself and also set your fitness levels back further.

the same thing goes to people who suddenly start starving themselves. Diets that severely restrict calories or the types of food "allowed" can lead you to be deficient in the nutrients and vitamins that your body needs.

Actually,ou r body uses food for energy. It stores any excess energy as fat. this means if you eat more food than your body needs for daily activities and cell maintenance, you will gain weight.

So,in order to lose weight, you need to get your body to use up these stores of fat. the most effective way to do are:
1.reduce the amount of calories that you eat
2.Increase your levels of activity.

so,from the article that i've read...
i made it into conclusion..
firstly, you should'nt starving immediately but you need to cut out the calories that you take in your meal...
for example, before this you ate too much rise, how about you cut it into half plate...
you also, need to eat a lot of fibre..
fibre is very important in our diet..
one of the example of fruits that contain high fibre is banana and papaya...

Secondly, you need to do a lot of exercises...
no matter if you hate gyms...you actually can do even light exercise such as a short 20minutes walk will be beneficial if you done most days of the week. This is because every single time you exercise more than usual, you actually burns your fat and calories..
there are lots of ways to increase the amount of activity you do..for example, swimming, cycling, walking, running
will all improve your fitness levels.

I think,i will stop here..

until we meet again in another post.

Last but not least,keep smiling..
=)

see ya...

Stress people?? That is part of our lifestyle. Eliminate stress fully in our life is almost impossible but we can reduce it to a minimum level as much as we can.. We can..........

1. GO FOR A WALK
Taking out some time to have a leisure walking, especially if you live in an area with tons of trees is important. Take time to reconnect with Mother Nature and take time to escape from all the bad news and hectic lifestyle.

2. CALL UP A FRIEND
Sometimes, just the fact of spending time with a friend over a cup of coffee or a walk can make a huge difference to the way you feel. Don’t underestimate the power of human contact and friendship when times are difficult. Friendship is essentially important to us.

3. FAVOURITE BOOKSTORE:
Hang up in your favourite bookstore. You can spend hours just browsing and looking at the latest books. Who knows, this might spark your creative juices!

4. BAKE YOUR COOKIES/CAKES
Bake your favorite cookies or your favorite cake. Nothing is more comforting than homemade desserts and cookies. Why not take time to make some and take the time to enjoy them. The activity of baking will get your mind off of things and your hands working. In fact, you might even learn and interest in baking.

Note: If you are stress everyday, please don't eat a cake everyday. This is for occasional use only!

5. BREW A CUP OF COFFEE
Brew a special coffee or tea and sit down in your favorite chair: Grab a book or your favorite hobby magazine and take some time to rest your brain. This will do you a world of good.

If you do some of this steps, I'm very sure you can live a happy and cheerful lifestyle. live a stress-free life!!=)

who here knows about the inventor of Microsoft?im sure all of you does.
His name is William Henry "Bill" Gates III.
He was born on 28th October 1955.During his career at Microsoft, he held the positions of CEO and chief software architect, and remains the largest individual shareholder with more than 8 percent of the common stock. He has also authored or co-authored several books.
Bill Gates is one of the best-known entrepreneurs of the personal computer revolution. Although he is admired by many, a number of industry insiders criticize his business tactics, which they consider anti-competitive, an opinion which has in some cases been upheld by the courts. In the later stages of his career, he has pursued a number of philanthropic endeavors, donating large amounts of money to various charitable organizations and scientific research programs through the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, established in 2000.
Later, Bill Gates stepped down as chief executive officer of Microsoft in January, 2000. He remained as chairman and created the position of chief software architect. In June, 2006, Gates announced that he would be transitioning from full-time work at Microsoft to part-time work and full-time work at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. He gradually transferred his duties to Ray Ozzie, chief software architect and Craig Mundie, chief research and strategy officer. He remains at Microsoft as non-executive chairman.
The morale that im trying to imply from this person, you should work hard to achieve your dreams. Secondly never forget about your love one when you have succeeded in your life. Next, charity, it will help you more when you help others.

Hello friends,

A few days ago i have read some articles about the Malaysia football future. It might give a new hope and change to our football future to be a better football team in the world .

For our information, our football team is at the number 160 in the world. It shows that our football team is among the worst team in the world indeed.

Base on the fact, FAM have change the policy of the Malaysia football associate from old format to a new format. In the new format of football. We can buy other player from other team and other country. The new format believed to change the our ability to play football better as well as Europe football team.

Compared to the old format, it is totally different from the new format because the format is so limited and tied with the useless laws and principles.

From the new format, hopefully we can change our football environment and make our supporters come to the stadium and bring back the pride and patient of football in Malaysia football team.

To protect Sena identity from the other teams to prevent them from recruiting Sena for his speed,Sena is forced to publicly assume the role of the team secretary, and enter the field during a match by wearing a helmet equipped with green-tinted eyeshield in order to hide his identity.Sena is then given a nickname of EYESHIELD 21,as he is wearing a helmet attached with the eyeshield and wearing a jersey number of 21.Then Sena who also Eyeshield 21, discovered his opponent that is,Shin Seijurro, who is a very strong and fast linebacker. He is the only man can stop Eyeshield 21's speed, and Sena vows to defeat him in the Christmas Bowl.

The series concludes with Sena becoming the captain of the Devil Bats when Hiruma and Kurita go off to college. In his final year of high school, Sena is invited to Notre Dame High School by Clifford, therefore bringing Hiruma's proclamation at the beginning of the series true: the famous Eyeshield 21 of Notre Dame High has been born. All of the main characters are shown in the final chapter to be in college or playing amateur-league football while maintaining a job.

As usual, i would to share some of the information about the article that i have read before. The article is about the uses of the petrol RON 95 which change from the usual petrol (RON 97). This is due to the increasing of the oil value in international market.

The increasing of the oil market make the people need to change the uses of oil from the higher price to the lower price oil. This is because the RON has increase form RM 1.8 to RM 2 per liter. So that people need to use the low quality of oil to their vehicle to make sure people can save their money.

Although the RON95 is more cheaper than RON97 but RON95 is not as power as RON97. Furthemore most of the vehicle (1.5 below) have setted to perform in RON97 oil. So that, it is has become a problem to vehicle to perform as usual.

salam and good day..

exam around the corner..
i'm sure that you dont get enough sleep these few day..
lack of sleep is directly linked to poor health, the risk of diabetes, heart disease and obesity...
here i have a few way how to sleep better..

1)Quit smoking - Smoking has a tendency to cause the muscles around your airway to become overly relaxed and more likely to collapse as you sleep.

2)Try to determine which is causing your stress. Once you have learned what is making you anxious, the best thing to do is to keep away from it. However, if your family, friends or work is the one causing you to lose sleep, you cannot simply ignore it. Thus, talking with someone, like a professional shrink, could help you deal with your problems.

3)For a positive diagnosis to be made there has to be periods of cessation of breathing during the sleep. This diagnosis can be confirmed by an overnight sleep test called a polysomnogram. These are usually carried out in special sleep laboratories where you are monitored by special equipment as well as a sleep technician. The first step in getting one of these tests arranged is to visit your doctor.

anyway..different people have different hobbies.Hobbies can be doing when someone doesn't have anything to do.it also can increased our information.we also can release our tension by hobbies.when we are in peace of minds,we can have a healthy lifestyle and positive thinking.
When you learn the art of committing your soul to your hobby, you can easily adapt to new things and situations. It builds up your stamina and makes you persistent and unshakable. If you don’t have a hobby it’s the right time to have one.

how to be a good person...

1. Accept everyone around you as your bothers and your sisters.

2. Don't criticize anyone because of their gender, age, race, and culture.

3. Stop comparing others with yourself.

4. Be happy for everyone, even if it brought distress for you, because that is what our Lord does.

heheheh..
For a cultural experience on you Malaysia holiday it is worth taking a few days to explore Malacca. This was the area where colonial explorers first made contact with Malaysia.

The area's buildings reflect the influences of the past. You'll see touches of British, Dutch and Portuguese all around you. There are plenty of places to sample amazing local cuisine as you explore this historical area.

Las-Minute Study Tips..
- Sleep -
• Not sleeping itself is important, but actually your feeling well rested. Before any exam you need to have a good night's sleep, it will give you energy and quick wit.
• And if you do not succeed in sleeping the night before the test, don't worry! Try to concentrate your attention and force to pass the test and then you will be able to rest.

- Diet -
• In order to avoid unpredictable complexities with your health, try not to change your diet right before the test, even if new foods are healthier.
• Try not to miss meals. It provides you with needed energy.
• A good advice in any time is to have breakfast in the morning and eat more fruits and vegetables, since they contain, so needed for our organism, vitamins.

- Stress -
• Stress is a natural phenomenon. Our body is conditioned to raise the alarm whenever something important is about to happen.
• To compensate harmful effect of stress on our organism, your should provide it with all essential substances, so it may be able to feel comfortable.
• Speak with your friends about your anxiety about a test.
• Try to keep your emotions, so they do not prevent you from showing you’re the best possible results.

-Practice and Review-

•Whatever you do, don't cram for the test! It is a bad strategy because you aren't going to remember most of what you "learn" while cramming, and the odds are slim that the few things it will help you to remember will happen to be on the test. Save the energy you would have used to cram for test day.

•In the few days before the test, do a review of the skills and concepts in which you are strong. Be confident as you review everything that you know - and remember that confident feeling as you take the test.

It's not just vanity that draws us to mirror.we employ them as practical tools, using them to adjust our make up,and make sure the don't have any food caught in our teeth.By the way,as a student we always use the mirror to performance skills. We also like to practice speeches in front of the mirror because it will function as our audience so,you will correct the problems you might otherwise not see.
More often,we use the mirror in private to contemplate ourselves, exploring our bodies, face and expressions, studying how time has changed us and comparing ourselves to others. With information our mirror gives us,we think reconcile who we think we are and we think others see.At times,we derive the same comfort from our reflection as we would from seeing a familiar friend.Or we use it to confirm our existence.

well, back in 1969, an American named Horatio Sye Slocumm was sent by International Executive Service Corporation (IESC) to East Malaysia to start a bakery. Mr. Slocumm brought with him 35 years of baking experience with one of America's leading chain of bakeries. Gardenia was born in Malaysia. Then, they open a franchise called the Gardenia Bakeries (KL) Sdn Bhd. The company rolled the first loaf of bread off its line in 1986. Within four short years, it became the bread market leader with an astounding 99 percent brand recall rate and 80 percent top-of-mind recall.
Gardenia's range of products grew and evolved through the years, becoming better and better with each step. Leveraging on its brand strength, Gardenia now produces a variety of baked products to satisfy consumers' demands.

We all knowing that there are many smoker among us..especially teenagers..

so,before this i have read about smoking. The effect of smoking to our body.

When you smoke, fatty deposits build up in the arteries and eventually the vessels narrow and thicken,so blood supply to heart can be reduced.

With each inhalation ,nicotine also causes the blood vessels to constrict, reducing the blood flow to the vital organs,so your heart need to work harder to get efficient oxygen to others part of body.

In particular, wheezing and shortness of breath will cause more tiredness during any form of movement, even running for the bus..

This time i am sharing about my favorite sport! T.A.E.K.W.O.N.D.O!
Oyeah!
Taekwondo originated from korea. The founder of this art was the late General Choi Hong Hi.
Taekwondo means the art of hands and legs. Fro the word "tae" means "to strike or break with foot", "kwon" means "to strike or break with fist" and "do" means "way," "method," or "art."
Taekwondo is one of the most popular martial arts in terms if the number of practioners. Back to the original founder.after his death, there's a number of succession disputes splintered the ITF into three different groups, all claiming to be the original. The three groups are known as the International Taekwondo federation (ITF), Global taekwondo federartion (GTF), and World taekwondo federation (WTF).
Taekwondo training generally includes a system of blocks, kicks, punches, and open-handed strikes and may also include various take-downs or sweeps, throws, and joint locks. Some taekwondo instructors also incorporate the use of pressure points, known as jiapsul, as well as grabbing self-defense techniques borrowed from other martial arts, such as Hapkido and Judo.
This is why i love taekwondo :)

have you ever wonder what is a cyborg?
does it really exist? or is it just another sci-fi story made up by another cartoonist..
from the story terminator, acted by Arnold Schwarzenegger, they conclude that one day the human race will end by their own invention.will it really happen? Ask yourself.
Let me enlighten you all with the fact that cyborg does exist. Surprised? The word "Cyborg", literally mean cybernetic organism. Hard to understand is it?
well, cybernetic organism means that an organism have both the artificial and natural systems.it is the combination of flesh and technology. The combination of this two system is to help mankind with their personal problem. In real life, cyborgs are more frequently people who use cybernetic technology to repair or overcome the physical and mental constraints of their bodies.
According to some definitions from some experts, on the term, "the metaphysical and physical attachments humanity has with even the most basic technologies have already made them cyborgs".
In a typical example, a human fitted with a heart pacemaker or an insulin pump, they might be considered a cyborg, since these mechanical parts enhance the body's "natural" mechanisms through synthetic feedback mechanisms. Or even a person who wears spectacles,it is also the combination between human flesh and technologies. So, let me ask you again, does cyborg really exist? -think about it (^^,)"

Ever wonder life in mono tone?
A single spectrum or wave of sound.
a dull life we would have isn't it?
From that god created sound, and from that human could listen. And created music.with variety of sound. It give colours to the art of sound.
That's music for you.
The creation, performance, significance, and even the definition of music vary according to culture and social context. Music ranges from strictly organized compositions, through improvisational music to aleatoric forms. Music can be divided into genres and subgenres, although the dividing lines and relationships between music genres are often subtle, sometimes open to individual interpretation, and occasionally controversial. Within "the arts", music may be classified as a performing art, a fine art, and auditory art.
By all accounts there is no single and intercultural universal concept defining what music might be, except that it is 'sound through time' (^^,)"

We recognise that many students experience heightened stress levels as examinations approach and in some cases that stress can become very acute, resulting in what many people refer to as panic attacks.
Now I aim to provide some practical advice and guidance about how you might moderate the effects of stress and deal with potential panic attacks, in addition to offering advice about how to cope if your panic and stress is part of a longer term issue for you.

This information will, no doubt, be familiar to you since we are constantly bombarded by advice about how to improve our lifestyle, our diet, etc. which many of us ignore. Here and now, however, this could be an important tool to help you through this naturally stressful period, so please do not dismiss as something you have heard before. The advice is sound and has been proved to help in many cases.

• Eat a sensible diet - try not to survive just on crisps and take-aways. Get some fresh vegetables and fruit as part of your diet.
• Eat regular meals; don't be tempted to skip a meal because you are busy - your energy levels will drop, you will not work efficiently
• In particular don't skip breakfast. If you do you can go without food for over 10 or 12 hours without realising it. No one can operate efficiently on that basis.
• Avoid too much caffeine, e.g. pro-plus, coffee, tea and fizzy drinks. These give you a quick 'high' followed by an energy slump.
• If your energy does slump, have a banana rather than a caffeine drink. This helps to maintain your blood sugar and so helps you to maintain your energy levels.
• Try to establish a routine that allows time for meals, sleep, revising and relaxing. You are allowed to enjoy yourself and it is important to have a break from study.
• Take some exercise, a walk for instance.
• Consider the possibility of visiting the doctor if you feel the stress is too great - some temporary help may be a sensible idea.

Hey there, have a nice day to all. A few days before, i had read an interesting article which is about the mystery of The Iron Pillar which is located at Delhi, India. So, today i want to share with you all about a little bit about this mystery.

May be some of you have read about this iron pillar. But this Iron Pillar really attracted my attention. What is attracted my attention about this iron pillar is, it has withstood corrosion for 1600 years. That means, this iron pillar is not a normal iron pillar. It is of course has it’s special characteristics which can make it stand from corrosion for a long period. This Delhi iron pillar can said to be the high level skill achieved by ancient Indian iron smiths in the extraction and processing of iron.
The several theories which have been proposed to explain its superior corrosion resistance can be broadly classified into two categories: the environmental and the material theories. Proponents of the environmental theories state that the mild climate of Delhi is responsible for the corrosion resistance of the Delhi iron pillar. It is known that the relative humidity at Delhi does not exceed 70% for significant periods of time in the year, which therefore results in very mild corrosion of the pillar.

On the other hand, several investigators have stressed the importance of the material of construction as the primary cause for the pillar's corrosion resistance. The ideas proposed in this regard are the relatively pure composition of the iron used, presence of Phosphorus (P) and absence of Sulfur Magnesium in the iron, its slag-enveloped metal grain structure, and passivity enhancement in the presence of slag particles.

Other theories to explain the corrosion resistance are also to be found in the literature like the mass metal effect, initial exposure to an alkaline and ammoniacal environment, residual stresses resulting from the surface finishing operation, freedom from sulphur contamination both in the metal and in the air, and surface coatings provided to the pillar after manufacture (barffing and slag coating) and during use (coating with clarified butter).

Besides that, the ancient Indians, especially from the time of the Gupta (300-500AD), produced iron that was capable of withstanding corrosion. If you all want to know more about the corrosion resistance of ancient Indian iron, you can search at internet. It quiets an interesting knowledge and can make you more understand about the precise reason for the corrosion resistance of iron.

Hmmmm…I have read a article about stem cell.Stem cell is the master of the body-cells from which all other cell with specialized function are created and special cell that can turn into many different cell in the body such as heart muscle, brain cell, and skin cell. A stem cell is capable of developing into other of cells, like kidney cells, liver cells, and heart cells. Stem cell is a unique because no other cell in the body has the ability to self- renew or differentiate. This stem cell is capable by itself of developing into a healthy individual

There are the advantages of stem cells research. Stem cell provides medical benefit in the fields of therapeutic cloning and regenerative medicine. Stem cell also provides great potential for discovering treatments and cure to a plethora of disease including Parkinson’s disease, schizophrenia, Alzheimer’s disease, Cancer, spinal cord injured, diabetes and many more. Stem cell research also benefits to study of development stages that cannot be studied directly in human embryo, which sometimes are linked with major clinical consequences such as birth defect, pregnancy loss and infertility. A more comprehensive understanding of normal development will ultimately allow of treatment of abnormal human development. Another advantages of stem cell research is that holds the key to reversing the effect of aging and prolonging our live. Stem cell research has already found many treatments that help slow the aging process, and a bonus of further stem cell research is possible ‘cure’ for aging altogether. Then, an advantage of the usage of adult stem cells to treat disease is that a patient’s own cells could be used to treat a patient. Risks would be quite reduced because patient’s bodies would not reject their own cells. On the hands, an advantage of using embryonic stem cells is that they can develop into any cells types of body, and may then be more versatile than adult stem cells. It also can be easily grow in the laboratory.
Beside that, stem cells have their advantages. The use of embryonic stem cells for research involves the destruction of blast cysts formed from laboratory-fertilized human eggs. For those people who believe that life begins at conception, the blastocysts is a human life and to destroy it is immoral and unacceptable. Like any other technology, it is also completely unknown what the long term effect of such as an interference with nature could materialize. Embryonic stem cells may not be the solution for all ailments. According to a research stem cell therapy was used on the disease patients. It was found that it can make their coronary arteries become narrower. Disadvantages of most adult stem cells is that they are pre-specialized, for instance, blood stem cells make only brain cells and more difficult to growth in the laboratory. On the other hands, a disadvantages of embryonic stem cells is that are derived from embryos that are not patient’s own and the patient’s body may reject them.

Renewable energy is energy generated from natural resources such as sunlight, wind, rain, tides and geothermal heat which are renewable (naturally replenished). In 2006, about 18% of global final energy consumption came from renewables, with 13% coming from traditional biomass, such as wood burning. Hydroelectricity was the next largest renewable source, providing 3%, followed by solar hot water/heating, which contributed 1.3%. Modern technologies, such as geothermal energy, wind power, solar power, and ocean energy together provided some 0.8% of final energy consumption.

Are u obesity??????
Hehehe…

Obesity is a medical condition in which excess body fat has accumulated to the extent that it may have an adverse effect on
health, leading to reduced life expectancy and/or increased health problems. Body mass index (BMI), a measurement which compares weight and height, defines a person as overweight (pre-obese) when their BMI is between 25 kg/m2 and 30 kg/m2, and obese when it is greater than 30 kg/m2.
Obesity increases the likelihood of various diseases, particularly heart disease, type 2 diabetes, breathing difficulties during sleep, certain types of cancer, and osteoarthritis. Obesity is most commonly caused by a combination of excessive dietary calories, lack of physical activity, and genetic susceptibility, although solely genes, endocrine disorders, medications or psychiatric illness causes a few cases. Evidence to support the view that some obese people eat little yet gain weight due to a slow metabolism limited; on average obese people have a greater energy expenditure than their thin counterparts due to the energy required to maintain an increased body mass.
The primary treatment for obesity is dieting and physical exercise. To supplement this, or in case of failure, anti-obesity drugs may be taken to reduce appetite or inhibit fat absorption. In severe cases, surgery is performed or an intragastric balloon is placed to reduce stomach volume and or bowel length, leading to earlier satiation and reduced ability to absorb nutrients from food.
Obesity is a leading preventable cause of death worldwide, with increasing prevalence in adults and children, and authorities view it as one of the most serious public health problems of the 21st century. Obesity is stigmatize in the modern Western world, though it has been perceived as a symbol of wealth and fertility at other times in history, and still is in many parts of Africa.

I have read about depression..
As a teenagers,i think depression always happen especially among our youths...and the most important thing depression always happen when someone clash or split up her boyfriend or his girlfriend.

People who are depressed often complain of a lack of vitality and overwhelming fatigue.During depression, the neurotransmitters in the brain appear to be depleted and it's thought that a deficiency in feel good brain chemicals such as serotonin and noradrenalin may contribute to fatigue.

Apart from feelings of sadness and pessimism, other symptoms of depression might include lack of appetite, loss of sleep, poor concentration, constipation and even stomach upsets. If these persist for several weeks or you feel you are not coping, you should see a counsellor.

There are some advices that i can share to reduce depression...
learning relaxation techniques and using deep breathing when you are uptight can help to reduce feelings of depression and anxiety. But you may also need some counselling.
Two form of theraphy have been shown to be very successful.Cognitive therapists look at you irrational or negative thoughts, generalisations and assumption and try to challenge and change those that are unhelpful.

Interpersornal therapy attempts to improve the relationship interactions an the patients life by discussing how to change roles ,be more assertive ,analyse in what ways a relationship may not be meeting one's needs and teach non-confrontational ways to ask to have those needs met.If your depression still does not lift, the dual approach of counselling and antidepressants may be most effective.

previously i read a book about viking people and i'd like to share it with you all...A Viking is one of the Norse (Scandinavian) explorers, warriors, merchants, and pirates who raided and colonized wide areas of Europe from the late eighth to the early eleventh century. These Norsemen used their famed longships to travel as far east as Constantinople and the Volga River in Russia, and as far west as Iceland, Greenland, and Newfoundland. This period of Viking expansion is known as the Viking Age, and forms a major part of the medieval history of Scandinavia, Britain, Ireland and the rest of Europe in general. The Vikings sailed most of the North Atlantic, reaching south to North Africa and east to Russia, Constantinople and the middle east, as looters, traders, colonists, and mercenaries. Vikings under Leif Eriksson, heir to Erik the Red, reached North America, and set up a short-lived settlement in present-day L'Anse aux Meadows, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. The motives driving the Viking expansion form a topic of much debate in Nordic history. One common theory posits that the Norse population had outgrown agricultural potential of their Scandinavian homeland. Other than that, according to custom, all free Norse men were required to own weapons, as well as permitted to carry them at all times. These arms were also indicative of a Viking's social status: a wealthy Viking would have a complete ensemble of a helmet, shield, chainmail shirt, and sword. That all i can share with all of you. Hopefully you enjoy it, a piece of history. thank you

A major organ located at the base of your neck just in front of the windpipe. The thyroid gland regulated energy levels. When it becomes underactive, your metabolism slows right down. This cause hypothyroidism,a condition where people feel tired and sluggish.

In addition they may also experience dry skin and hair, constipation ,sensitivity to cold and a problem with weight gain because their body is not correctly utilising energy.

If you have the above symptoms ask your doctor to do a blood test to check for high levels of thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH).If the thyroid not working efficiently, the pituitary starts producing excess TSH to try to kick-start the thyroid gland into action.

Have you ever heard about the book entitle 'Sun tzu' the art of war....The Art of War is a Chinese military treatise that was written by Sun Tzu in the 6th century BC, during the Spring and Autumn period. Composed of 13 chapters, each of which is devoted to one aspect of warfare, it is said to be the definitive work on military strategies and tactics of its time, and still one of the basic texts. The Art of War is one of the oldest and most successful books on military strategy. It has had an influence on Eastern military thinking, business tactics, and beyond. Sun Tzu suggested the importance of positioning in strategy and that position is affected both by objective conditions in the physical environment and the subjective opinions of competitive actors in that environment. He thought that strategy was not planning in the sense of working through an established list, but rather that it requires quick and appropriate responses to changing conditions. Planning works in a controlled environment, but in a changing environment, competing plans collide, creating unexpected situations. The Art of War has been applied to fields well outside the military. Much of the text is about how to fight wars without actually having to do battle: it gives tips on how to outsmart one's opponent so that physical battle is not necessary. As such, it has found application as a training guide for many competitive endeavors that do not involve actual combat....so by stduying this book we can applied it in our daily life...if your ambitious is want to be a great and famous commander in army you should read this book....that all...thank you

The Red Badge of Courage. it was very interesting to read this book...The Red Badge of Courage is an 1895 war novel by American author Stephen Crane. It is considered one of the most influential works in American literature. The novel, a depiction on the cruelty of the American Civil War, features a young recruit who overcomes initial fears to become a hero on the battlefield. The book made Crane an international success. Although he was born after the war and had not at the time experienced battle firsthand, the novel is considered an example of Realism.During an unnamed battle of the American Civil War, 18-year-old private Henry Fleming deserts his battalion, considering the battle to be a lost cause. Escaping into a nearby forest, he finds a group of injured men. One member of the group, the "Tattered Soldier", asks Henry (who is often referred to as "The Youth") where he is wounded. Henry, embarrassed that he does not have any wounds, leaves the group and wanders through the forest. He ultimately decides that running was the best thing, and that he is a small part of the army that is responsible for saving himself.

Henry later learns that his battalion has won the battle, and feels very guilty. As a result, he returns to his battalion. On the way back to his battalion Henry sees a fleeing regiment and grabs an artilleryman and demands to know what is happening, the man hits Henry in the head when the boy refuses to let go of the gunner's arm. When Henry returns to camp, the other soldiers believe his head injury to be caused by a bullet grazing him in battle.

The next morning Henry goes into battle for the third time. While looking for a stream from which to get water, he discovers from the commanding officer that his regiment has a lackluster reputation. The officer speaks casually about sacrificing Henry's regiment because they are nothing more than "mule drivers" and "mud diggers". With no regiments to spare, the general orders his men forward. In the final battle, Henry becomes one of the best fighters in his battalion as well as the flag bearer, finally proving his courage as a man. very interesting right.......that's all from me thank you...

TO ALL MY FRIENDS ..

this is a poem for you as my friends ..
no! my best friends till the end ..
i love you all !! as much as we go through to be an engineer .. >_<

And so we talked all day about the rest of our lives,
where we're gonna be when graduated,
i keep thinking times will never change,
keep on thinking things will always be the same,
no more hanging out cause we're on different track,
and if you get something to that you need to say,
you better say it right now cause you don't have another day,
cause we're moving on and can't slow down,
these memories are playing like a film without sound,
we would get so excited, we'd get so scared,
laughing at ourselves thinking life's not fair,
and this is how it feels

As we go on, we remember,
all the times we had together,
and as our lives change, from whatever,
we will still be, friends forever ..

also a interesting book to read...the title is Mr. Midshipman Hornblower...In this story, a gawky and seasick Hornblower comes aboard his first ship, HMS Justinian. He immediately earns the contempt of the other midshipmen by, among other things, outshining them in their required mathematical studies. The young Hornblower is particularly despised by a midshipman named Simpson. Simpson, at age thirty-three, had failed his examination for lieutenant too many times to ever expect promotion and he took out his bitterness and disappointment on his juniors. He is said to be "diabolically clever at making other people's lives a burden to them," and Hornblower, extremely unhappy already, is particularly affected and becomes suicidal. He takes the first opportunity for death presented to him by challenging Simpson, a superior gunman, to a duel. Hornblower finds that the most mathematically sound method for the duel is to take an "even chance" by having the duelists select from two pistols, only one of which has been loaded, and taking fire only a few feet apart. The captain secretly frustrates this by having the officers of the duel load neither weapon and by claiming a misfire when neither one shoots. Following this, Hornblower discovers the trick and angrily attempts to challenge the captain to a duel; the captain chides him that this is both an offence and a bad idea. The captain later has him transferred to the command of Edward Pellew on HMS Indefatigable after war is declared with France...that all i can tell. if you want to the ending you should it by your self...thank you very much

hopefully all of you have been free from assignment. We have facing a lot of difficulties recently.Maybe some of us might get stress and tension because of so many works to do.Our final exam also just around the corner..So, do you stress?
stress?? A psychological condition occurring when individuals feel unable to cope with the demands being made on them. They also believe that this failure will have important consequences. This condition is sometimes called distress, to distinguish it from the positive or pleasant aspects of stressful situations. Stress is usually associated with feeling a lack of control and involvement in the decisions which affect life and work.
How to overcome this problem, everyone has their own way to overcome it. Some of them listening to music, listen to radio, playing game, vacation, shopping, watching movie. For me , i overcome this by eating chocolate. i had heard from motivator, Dato' Fadhilah Kamsah, chocolate have something in it which can give a happy enjoying feeling. Don't believe it ?? did you know about the legand of Loch Ness monster....Loch Ness is a large, deep, freshwater loch in the Scottish Highlands extending for approximately 37 km (23 miles) southwest of Inverness. Its surface is 15.8 metres (52 ft) above sea level. Loch Ness is best known for the alleged sightings of the legendary Loch Ness Monster, also known as "Nessie".It is connected at the southern end by the River Oich and a section of the Caledonian Canal to Loch Oich. At the northern end there is the Bona Narrows which opens out into Loch Dochfour, which feeds the River Ness and a further section of canal to Inverness. It is one of a series of interconnected, murky bodies of water in Scotland; its water visibility is exceptionally low due to a high peat content in the surrounding soil. It was an interesting place to visit...that's all thank you very much.....

A museum dedicated to him was built in Foshan.Wong's most famous disciples included Lam Sai-wing, Leung Foon, Tang Fung and Ling Wan Gai. Wong was also associated with Beggar So. According to legend, Wong Fei Hung was born in Foshan on the 9th day of the 7th month of the 27th year of the reign of the Daoguang Emperor (c. 1847). When Wong was five, he began practicing martial arts under the tutelage of his father Wong Kei-Ying, who was one of the "Ten Tigers of Canton". At the age of 13, Wong met Lam Fuk Sing, the first apprentice of Tit Kiu Saam, in Douzhixiang, Foshan, while giving a martial arts demonstration. Lam taught Wong the "Tour de Force" of Iron Wire Fist and Sling, which helped Wong become a master of Hung Ga. When he was 16, Wong set up martial arts schools at Shuijiao, Guangdong, and then opened his clinic Po-Chi-Lam at Renan Street in Foshan.Wong was a master of "Hung Fist". He systematized the predominant style of "Hung Fist" and choreographed its version of the famous "Tiger Crane Paired Form Fist", which incorporates his "Ten Special Fist" techniques. Wong was famous for his skill with the technique known as the "Shadowless Kick". He named the techniques of his skills when he performed them.Wong was adept at using weapons such as the staff and southern tiger fork. One tale recounts how Wong defeated a group of 30 gangsters on the docks of Guangdong using the staff.Wong is sometimes incorrectly identified as one of the "Ten Tigers of Canton". His father Wong Kei-Ying was one of the ten but he was not. Wong is dubbed as "Tiger after the Ten Tigers" for his heroic efforts to defend the pride of the Chinese when the Chinese faced oppression from foreign powers. My topic is skipping breakfast..
I'm sure we as a students always skip our breakfast, sometimes we getting late and rush go to the class without breakfast,i'm also always like that..=)

After hitting the alarm snooze button three times before getting up,you will sprint through your shower and make-up,racing out the door on an empty stomach.

But your bad habit will catch up on your later in the day causing an enormous energy drop. When you don't eat to break your overnight fast, your metabolic rate radically lowers.

That means the supply of nutrients to every cell in your body slow down. The reason why people who skip breakfast often feel less hungry for lunch.

A number of study show that when people skip a meal their total nutrient intake for the day is less than when they eat three meals. This deficit can then cause tiredness.

That's all...

I have read Reader's Digest for the last month issues. One of the article in the Reader's Digest book that I want to share with others is Ways To Stop Smoking Cigarettes. That is the interesting topic that I read. There are several ways that we should take to stop smoking cigarettes, such as

1. make a honest list off all the things you like about smoking.(Don't lie to yourself)

2.make another list of why you won't be easy to quit.

3. you must set a quit date.( Be confident that you can do it )

4. write all your all reasons for quitting on an index card. ( The index card should keep it near you at all the times )

5. as you are getting ready to quit, stop buying cartons of cigarettes.( Only carry two or three cigarettes with you)

6. keep a list of when you are smoke, what you are doing at the time, and how bad the craving

7. prepare a lists of things to do when a craving hits ( suggestions : take a walk, drink a glass of water )

There are 7 ways to stop smoking. With information that I share with you, hope all of you that smoke think about how bad it is smoking. Take this actions that I share to stop smoking. Live your life and love your life, then.

I think all of you knew about solar system..The Solar System consists of the Sun and those celestial objects bound to it by gravity, all of which formed from the collapse of a giant molecular cloud approximately 4.6 billion years ago. Of the retinue of objects that orbit the Sun, most of the mass is contained within eight relatively solitary planets whose orbits are almost circular and contained within a nearly flat disc called the ecliptic. The four smaller inner planets; Mercury, Venus, Earth and Mars, also called the terrestrial planets, are primarily composed of rock and metal. The four outer planets, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune, also called the gas giants, are composed largely of hydrogen and helium and are far more massive than the terrestrials.
It’s the amazing world we have..

I think most of you knew about black hole, which is a region of space in which the gravitational field is so powerful that nothing, not even light, can escape. The black hole has a one-way surface, called an event horizon, into which objects can fall, but out of which nothing can come. It is called "black" because it absorbs all the light that hits it, reflecting nothing, just like a perfect blackbody in thermodynamics.[1] Quantum analysis of black holes shows them to possess a temperature and Hawking radiation.

Despite its invisible interior, a black hole can reveal its presence through interaction with other matter. A black hole can be inferred by tracking the movement of a group of stars that orbit a region in space, which looks empty. Alternatively, one can see gas falling into a relatively small black hole, from a companion star. This gas spirals inward, heating up to very high temperatures and emitting large amounts of radiation that can be detected from earthbound and earth-orbiting telescopes. Such observations have resulted in the scientific consensus that, barring a breakdown in our understanding of nature, black holes exist in our universe.

Recently,i have read an article about bank on your bones..
maybe some of us did not care about our bones, but taking care of our bone are very important..

Taking care of your bones is no rocket science.Really, you just need to meet your daily calcium, vitamins C and D ,magnesium and zinc requirement s,have a balanced diet and maintain regular physical activity to keep your bones strong.

your body needs calcium not just for building bones but also for other crucial function such as blood clotting ,muscle contraction and transmission of nerve impulses. So whenever your diet is low in calcium, the body will proceed to demineralise your bones to release the calcium contained inside to keep the other bodily functions going. This is how your bones act as a calcium bank.

However,it's not a good thing for the body to keep taking the minerals from your bones because the bank can become "bankrupt" eventually and when that happens ,your bones loses their density thus becoming brittle, porous, weak and prone to breakage.

To avoid depleting your bones of their calcium content, make it a habit of observing a balanced diet that supplies enough calcium and related minerals.

that's all..

Hmmmm...exercise..most us are quite busy to do exercise, but exercise can contributes a lot of benefits to our body.

Regular exercise improves oxygen uptake by increasing the body's ability to extract oxygen from the blood. This means that you become more mentally alert and are better able to concentrate.Research has shown that people who exercise regularly actually sleep better therefore also reducing tiredness throughout the day.

you should start exercising at a gentle pace.Walk 10 minutes away from your house, then turn around and walk home and you will already have been up and moving for 20 minutes.Mix your walk with other exercise such as tennis, football and others sports.

I was read article about how to sleep better. We all have trouble sleeping but we can make it easier to get a good night’ sleep every night with a few simple steps. There is little way how we can sleep better. Reduce the taking of caffeine and we also have to relax before sleeping. We also have to exercise regular. Eat right and sleep tight. Try not to go to bed hungry, but avoid heavy meals before eat right and sleep bedtime. An over-full belly can keep you up. Some foods can help, though. Milk contains tryptophan, which is a sleep-promoting substance.
There are few tips and warning if we not fall asleep within time 30 minutes:
• Try drinking a glass of milk before bed, studies have shown it will relax your body.
• Wear socks until you get into bed. This change of body temperature make you sleep better.
• Do not take a nap for more than 20 minutes; this can interrupt your sleep cycle.
• Be careful when taking sleep medications they can be addictive.

Assalamualaikum and hai to all my friends. Today, I would like to share with you all about Wii.

What is Wii?I'm sure not a lot of you know what is it.Wii is a home video game console released by Nintendo. As a seventh-generation console, the Wii primarily competes with Microsoft's Xbox 360 and Sony's PlayStation 3. Nintendo states that its console targets a broader demographic than that of both. As of December 31, 2008 the Wii leads the generation over the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in worldwide sales.

The Wii is Nintendo's fifth home console, the direct successor to the Nintendo GameCube, and able to play all official GameCube games. Nintendo first aanounced of the console at the 2004 E3 press conference and later unveiled the system at the 2005 E3. Satoru Iwata revealed a prototype of the controller at the September 2005 Tokyo Game Show. At E3 2006, the console won the first of several awards. By December 8, 2006, it had completed its launch in four key markets.

Wii is quite special home video game console as most of its game need a lot of movement to play the games. What I meant by a lot of movement is that, we need to do a lot of movement with our body parts especially our arms and hands to play the Wii games. For example, if we are playing a tennis simulation game on Wii, we have to move and play like a tennis player, such as swing the tennis racket using the Wii remote as the racket which detect our movement. The are also shooting games that needs our position to be in like shooting a gun position.

What I want to asy that, Wii is a different type of home video game console nowadays compared to PS3 and X-Box 360.

Assalamualaikum and Good Day to everyone. This time, I would like to share with you an article about Playstation Portable, also know as PSP.

PSP is a handheld game console manufactured and marketed by Sony Computer Entertainment. Development of the console was announced during E3 2003, and it was unveiled on May 11, 2004 at a Sony press conference before E3 2004. The system was released in Japan on December 12, 2004, in North America on March 24, 2005, and in the PAL region on September 1, 2005.

The PlayStation Portable is the first handheld video game console to use an optical disc format, Universal Media Disc (UMD), as its primary storage medium. Other amazing features of the console include its large viewing screen, robust multi-media capabilities, and connectivity with the PlayStation 3, other PSPs, and the Internet.

Despite the console's superior computing power and multimedia capabilities, sales have lagged behind its main competitor, the Nintendo DS. Nevertheless, the console is "the most successful non-Nintendo handheld game system ever sold". After the release of a remodeled, slimmer, and lighter version of the PlayStation Portable, appropriately titled Slim & Lite, in early September 2007, sales quadrupled in the United Kingdom the following week and increased by nearly 200% in North America for the month of October. The Slim & Lite had a minor redesign including a new screen and inbuilt microphone, and has since been followed by the PSP Go.

What is so special about PSP other than playing video games? Besides playing video games, PSP also can be use to listen to music, either through speaker or through earphones. It has its own earphones port.Other than that, a high quality movies also can be watch with PSP. Amazingly, PSP also can be used as an internet browser usng wireless network at any place that has wireless network coverage.Much more interesting, PSPs also can become camera with its accessories which sold seperately.

There are some other function of PSP, but this is some of the interesting function of PSP.

"The Lord of The Ring" is an interesting fantasy novel. This book is about a ring which is created by the Dark Lord Sauron in earlier age to rule the other Rings of Power, as the ultimate weapon in his campaign to conquer and rule all of Middle-earth. In battle, Isudur cuts off Sauron's ring and claims it for himself. Isudur is later killed by Orcs, and the Ring is lost in the river. After two thousand years, Gollum has founded the ring when fishing at the river. Gollum keeps the ring nearly five hundred years before lossing it. At the same time, Sauron has send his servants to search the ring. Gandalf, a wizard whose learn about the history of the Ring advises Frodo whose inherits the Rig from Bilbo, to take the Ring away from Shire. Sam, Merry and Pippin come together to help him. They always faced many problem and dangerous, especially Frodo whose kept the Ring.

At the climax, Gandalf confirms that they have no hope of winning the war against Sauron. Then, they decided to destroy the Ring. Once it gone, Sauron's power will be destroyed and the war will end. Here there...above is the summary of "The Lord of The Ring" novel. There are many part of the story that i have escaped. The story of "The Lord of The Ring" is quiet long. It has three volume. It look like a simple fantasy story but the book need a long time to finished.

From the story, i got many lessions and good moral values. For example, the relationship between Frodo and Sam. Their relation as a friend is very strong. Without Sam, Frodo can't throw the ring to the fire. In the story, the character of Sam is a good friend. He never leaves Frodo to faced dangerous alone.

Other than that, the good value that i like very much in this story is, not easilly give up even we have to face many problem and difficulties. Most of the character inside the story has this value. For example, Frodo, Sam, Merry and Pippin. Even their size is small than others and not suitable for fighting, but they have never give up in order to against Sauron.

Overall, "The Lord of The Ring" is a good story book and it is suitable for all.

there is a place I know where there's a lot of quotes you can read. The place I'm talking about is public toilet. Surprise! well that's the truth. When i use a public toilet, i always find so many quotes. some are good. But some are bad. One of the many quotes i like is the meaning of SMS.

S - seksa
M - meninggalkan
S - solat

Sory to use malay words. But that is what written. the moral of the story is, for me at least, public toilet is a good strategic place to deliver good advices compared to posters, which some people might not even looking. So my hope is that, if you're going to write something on the wall of a public toilet, make sure it's a good advices or something worth reading. don't use harsh words.

that's it..

do you all of you know who is michael jackson? he was a great singer. His birth name is Michael Joseph Jackson.he was born on 29 August 1958 in Gary,Indiana,USA.His nickname is The Gloved One,Wacko Jacko,Jacko,King Of Pop and MJ.
He entertained audiences nearly his entire life.A musical prodigy, Michael's singing and dancing talents were amazingly mature.Solo success for Michael was inevitable, and by the 1980s, he had become infinitely more popular than his brotherly group.
In the 1990s, the downside as an 1980s pop phenomenon began to rear itself. Michael grew terribly child-like and introverted by his peerless celebrity. A rather timorous, androgynous figure to begin with, his physical appearance began to change drastically, and his behavior grew alarmingly bizarre, making him a consistent target for scandal-making, despite his numerous charitable acts.
For it all to end on June 25,2009,with his sudden death at age 50 of a drug-induced cardiac arrest, just as he was coming out of a four-year reclusive period and rehearsing for a sold-out London concert "comeback" in July, seems uncommonly cruel and tragic.Millions of dedicated fans will remember where they were "the day Michael died".

hai,we meet again.....i want to speak about health again.i don't care if others think is so bored talk about the same thing, but this is our life.i want to talk about diet. There are many points under diet and one of the point is we must control out appetite lose weight. It can be very difficult to be overweight and have low energy levels. Being overweight can and has negatively affected many people's personal life, social life, work life and more. Obesity has even increased the risk of many degenerative diseases that are rampant in today's world.

Many times we make great sacrifices as we give up our favorite foods while we are trying to eat the right foods. Sometimes we try so hard to lose the weight we even find that we starve ourselves and still don't get any results. We try to find the time and the energy to exercise, but we can never seem to find the energy. For some of us we just simply cannot can't suppress the appetite long enough to lose the weight. Then we get depressed and those few pounds we lost seem to keep coming back.

For many people it is the simple fact that if they could eat less and have more energy they would lose weight more quickly, develop new habits and keep the weight off. Many have found great success with herbal supplements that will curb their cravings and give them the energy they need to exercise without getting tired fast.

Natural herbal weight loss supplements really have advanced and changed throughout the years. Unfortunately some of the advertising pitches have stayed the same. There are a large variety of weight loss products or supplements, and many diet pills that will promise spectacular results. We all know that many of these products are fraudulent. However, there are some very good products out there that will help you achieve the results you desire, especially if you are looking for something that will suppress your appetite.so, this is all about me. next,we wil meet again and we discuss about health again.salam

Love is any of a number of emotions and experiences related to a sense of strong affection and attachment.love usually refers to a deep, ineffable feeling of tenderly caring for another person. Even this limited conception of love, however, encompasses a wealth of different feelings, from the passionate desire and intimacy of romantic love to the nonsexual emotional closeness of familial and platonic love[2] to the profound oneness or devotion of religious love.[3] Love in its various forms acts as a major facilitator of interpersonal relationships and, owing to its central psychological importance, is one of the most common themes in the creative arts.

The film centers on a young English journalist (Jonathan Rhys Meyers), an American nurse (Radha Mitchell) and the leader of a Chinese partisan group (Chow Yun Fat) who meet in desperate and unexpected circumstances. Together they rescue 60 orphaned children, leading them on an extraordinary journey across hundreds of miles of treacherous terrain, through snow-covered mountains and an unforgiving desert. Along the way they discover the true meaning of love, responsibility and courage.

hey..let's me tell some about the "The Brave One" movie..huhu..
For Erica Bain (Jodie Foster), the streets of New York are both her home and her livelihood. She shares the sounds and the stories of her beloved city with her radio audience as the host of the show "Street Walk." At night, she goes home to the love of her life, her fiancé David Kirmani (Naveen Andrews). But everything Erica knows and loves is ripped from her on one terrible night when she and David are ambushed in a random, vicious attack that leaves David dead and Erica close to it.
Though Erica's broken body heals, deeper wounds remain - the devastation of losing David and, even more overwhelming, a suffocating fear that haunts her every step. The city streets she had once loved to roam, even places that had been warm and familiar, now feel strange and threatening.
When the fear finally becomes too much to bear, Erica makes a fateful decision to arm herself against it. The gun in her hand becomes a tangible way to protect herself from an intangible enemy... or so she thinks.
The first time she shoots someone, it is kill or be killed. The second time is also in self-defense... or did she make a choice not to take herself out of harm's way? The fear that had once paralyzed her has been replaced by something else... something that drives her to reclaim the life that was taken from her that night... something that Erica does not even recognize in herself.
Stories of an anonymous vigilante grip the city, and NYPD detective Sean Mercer (Terrence Howard) becomes increasingly determined to track down the killer. As he pieces together the clues, the evidence begins to point not to a guy with a gun... but a woman with a grudge.
With Mercer closing in and her own conscience trying her, Erica must decide whether her quest for some form of justice, and even vengeance, is truly the right path, or if she has become the very thing she is hunting.

hi everybody....good morning to all of you.i want to give some tips about to end the food cravings.

1. Don’t tell yourself you can’t have it. You’ll only set up resistance. Many people have found a new sense of freedom by resetting their appetite.

2. There are herbs and supplements that can curb sugar cravings considerably. Check with your health food store to see what they recommend.

While many can be used safely, you’ll still need to break the HABIT of reaching for food in stressful situations. It will be easier to do if the physiological craving isn’t there.

3. Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) can be used very effectively to stop food cravings. While you CAN use EFT when the craving strikes in the moment, I recommend that you learn these techniques and use them as a regular practice. They can help reduce anxiety and stressful responses in many situations. It’s just a great tool to have.

4. While many people try to beat sugar cravings with fruit, you have to choose carefully. Some fruits, like pineapple and watermelon are higher on the glycemic index. Berries, apples and pears help keep blood sugar levels stable and also contain more fiber.

5. Distract yourself. This strategy requires that you recognize a craving coming on, and be willing to alter your behavior immediately. If you take a 10-minute walk outside, for instance, you’ll be better able to resist the temptation or the craving may have passed.

Even better – use EFT as you walk.

6. Be proactive about stress. We all have stress, and it will definitely affect your health and wellbeing if it’s not dealt with effectively. Learn to meditate.

Any practice that calms you and relaxes you on a regular basis can help keep the stress in check. Learn EFT, use deep breathing exercises, yoga or progressive relaxation.

7. Include protein in your mid-afternoon snack. If you include nuts, cheese or other lean proteins when the craving hits, you can prevent dips in blood sugar.

8. Manage your energy level. Sugar cravings are often a thin disguise for wanting to relieve fatigue and increase energy. The paradox is that eating sugary treats only makes you more tired, and we know it!

Regular exercise will give you more energy and ward off cravings. It will often calm you down as well. I have never felt a craving on my way out of the gym!

9. Manage your emotions. Cravings can also be triggered by a desire to change your feelings. When the craving strikes, ask yourself how you feel, and what you want the food to do for you.

If you aren’t physiologically hungry, then the answer to that question will often be – “change the way I feel.”

10. Don’t procrastinate. Our bodies can actually manufacture cravings in an attempt to avoid something or to feel better.

People have many dreams. Some of them have already realized; others are still dreams. I have a dream that I can improve nano robots, which are used in the field of medicine. There are many reasons why I have this dream, and based on this limited time, I will explain two important ones. First, nano robots can replace ordinary medicines and kill harmful bacteria and virus. Second, they can clean all kind of waste of human bodies.

One important reason is that nano robots are so small that they can freely work on orders made by people in human bodies’ blood vessels, such as killing harmful bacteria and virus. For example, if people got cancers, which are fateful diseases that cannot be effectively cured nowadays, they need not worry because nano robots can kill these viruses in their bodies. As a result, people need not eaten a lot of medicines and other remedies no more. Nano robots can do better than ever.

Another important reason is that nano robots can cleanse all wastes and toxins of human bodies. People produce many wastes and toxins in their bodies’ everyday due to their metabolism. Their wastes and toxins must be cleansed in time; otherwise they are easy to sicken. Unfortunately, it is difficult for people to get rid of them. However, if we have nano robots, they can do it as we want. Beside that, it also have healing ray, something cheap, easy to produce, and available for everyone to use. Something that would knit bones, repair organs, cures diseases. Make it something you walk or are pushed through, and when you come out, you are healthier.

Other than that, nano robots are very helpful to people. Of course, we cannot still make nano robots in Malaysia now , but I believe that nano robots will be improve to be more useful one day with the development of the science and technology. This is not only my dream, but also everyone’s dream. In addition, currently big issue in Malaysia is Influenza A H1N1 that always increasing in death. A vaccine for this influenza also will be inserted in this robot. I hope my dream will come true .

In order to be an effective presenter, there should be practice. When you rehearse (preferably in front of the mirror first, then in front of some friends for general feedback, then,if possible where the presentation will take place ) you will know if you can present within the time alloted for your talk.

Rehearsing also helps you familirize yourself with the MATERIAL and SEQUENCE as well as gives you CONFIDENT.Try to rehearse at thr actual presentation venue.Make yourself comfortable and familiar with the place. Also,if,in the actual event, you'll be using a laser pointer, when you practice,do rehearse with the laser poit as well.
If you are using technology like laptops and projectors, and if you'll be showing some clips, make sure that everything is in working order prior to the presentation. And always PREPARE for the WORST like a blackout,or a burn bulb or a broken speaker or virus in your laptop and the list goes on

Hello..

Today i would like to share with you about the true friends. From my reading there are some type of true friends.

Firstly, i would like to share with you about the characteristic of the
true friend. The true friend will be among us if we have any problem. For example I had a bad fever during this week so that from that day i have recognize that all my friend are among the the true friend group. All of them know about my fever. So that they see me at my room and ask me whether I need any help or not. Some of them give me a medicine and some of them give a tips on how to fell well.

But at that time actually im very tired, I can't even walk in long period. So that i just sleep at my room. My condition is very bad at the time. But i do not tell to my parent because i don't want to make them worry about my.

Next, the behavior of the true friend is understand about us. They understand about every things that we do, understand about we feel understand about we feel. For example, I have a friend who is very understand about my live. He always share with my if he has any problem to be share. Beside i will also share with him if i have any problems. He will try to understand my condition at the time and try to solve the problem if he could.

Welcome again..

In this new entry i will give you on how to be attractive person eventhough we not a hensome guy or beautiful women. From my reading, there are some reason on why person attracted with us. But in this post would like to share with you only one of the tips.

The tip are confident. People will look interesting if they are confident to do something. Maybe all of you will asking yourself the same question, on why confident will make other person attract with yourself.

Actually our confident will make all people around us comfortable with us. If they feel comfortable they start to share story, news, and their problems with us. This will make them become close to us.

Beside,if we confident with ourself. Other people also become trust to us.They will trust with us to give any job because the trust with us. They will not disappointed to make us as their partner because their know about our confident that will make they become success.

Maybe the confident is a common thing that people alway said about it, and maybe some person disagree that confident will bring us to be success.

That all...

Manage Time Wisely: It’s important to give yourself plenty of time to work on your studies if you want to do well, and you can save yourself a lot of stress if you plan ahead with good time management skills. Setting up a schedule for study, breaking up your studies into smaller chunks, and other time management skills are essential. Here are some more time management tips you may find helpful.
Get Organized: Have a system of organization for note-taking, keeping track of assignments, and other important papers. Being organized can bring you the peace of mind that comes from knowing where everything is, remembering deadlines and test dates, and clearing your mind of some of the mental clutter that disorganization brings. Keep a calendar, a schedule, and a filing system for your school assignments, and you’ll find it prevents a significant amount of stress!
Create a Good Study Environment: Creating a soothing environment can reduce stress and help you learn. Aromatherapy, for example, is a known stress reliever, and peppermint essential oil is said to wake up your brain, so I recommend burning it as you study. Playing classical music as you study can also soothe you and help you learn (unless you find it distracting). Here's more on finding a good study space.
Know Your Learning Style: Did you know that we don’t all learn in the same way? It’s important to know whether you’re a visual, kinesthetic or auditory learner, as you can tailor your study practices around your particular learning style and make success easier to attain. Grace Fleming provides a quiz to help you assess your learning style so you can streamline your efforts.
Practice Visualizations: Visualizations and imagery are proven stress management techniques. You can also reduce student stress and improve test performance by imagining yourself achieving your goals. Take a few minutes each day and visualize, in detail, what you'd like to happen, whether it’s giving a presentation without getting nervous, acing an exam, or something else that will support your success. Then work hard and make it happen!

assalamualaikum and a beautiful day.
the question is:
why education is very important? The word's broader meaning covers a range of experiences, from formal learning to the building of understanding and knowledge through day to day experiences.

It is a widely held belief that education is lifelong. Individuals receive informal education from a variety of sources. Family members, peers, books and mass media have a strong influence on the informal education of the individual. Education can often be divided into tactile (hands on), visual (observered) and auditory (listening to instructions/information. Several overlaps occur.

Education also refers to a discipline, a body of theoretical and applied research relating to understanding and improving the processes of teaching and learning. It draws on other disciplines such as psychology, philosophy, computer science, linguistics, neuroscience, sociology and anthropology.

Terminology
The word education is derived from the Latin educare (with a short u) meaning "to raise", "to bring up", "to train", "to rear", via "educatio/nis", bringing up, raising. In recent times, there has been a return to an alternative assertion that education derives from a different verb: educere (with a long u), meaning "to lead out" or "to lead forth". There is an English word from this verb, "eduction": drawing out. This is considered by some to be a more accurate understanding of the creative aspects needed in education to develop innate abilities and expand horizons. This approach was encouraged by Friedrich Froebel, John Dewey and Abraham Maslow. Institutions training teachers in the 1950's and 60's encouraged this because they believed it allowed for optimal learning experiences.[citation needed]

Philosophy of education
Main article: Philosophy of education
The philosophy of education is the study of the purpose, nature and ideal content of education. Related topics include knowledge itself, the nature of the knowing mind and the human subject, problems of authority, and the relationship between education and society. At least since Rousseau's time, the philosophy of education has been linked to theories of developmental psychology and human development.

Fundamental purposes that have been proposed for education include:

The enterprise of civil society depends on educating young people to become responsible, thoughtful and enterprising citizens. This is an intricate, challenging task requiring deep understanding of ethical principles, moral values, political theory, aesthetics, and economics, not to mention an understanding of who children are, in themselves and in society.
Progress in every practical field depends on having capacities that schooling can educate. Education is thus a means to foster the individual's, society's, and even humanity's future development and prosperity. Emphasis is often put on economic success in this regard.
One's individual development and the capacity to fulfill one's own purposes can depend on an adequate preparation in childhood. Education can thus attempt to give a firm foundation for the achievement of personal fulfillment. The better the foundation that is built, the more successful the child will be. Simple basics in education can carry a child far.

gud morning...

this time i would like to share with all of you here about a very dangerous disease that we need to be very careful,diabetes...
Type 2 diabetes is a lifelong disease that happens when the cells of the body can't use insulin the right way or when the pancreas can't make enough insulin. Insulin lets blood sugar—also called glucose—enter the body’s cells to be used for energy. When insulin is not able to do its job, the cells can't get the sugar they need, and too much sugar builds up in the blood. Over time, this extra sugar in the blood can damage your eyes, heart, blood vessels, nerves, and kidneys.

More and more adults and children are getting type 2 diabetes. This is largely because of bad eating habits and a lack of physical activity. It is important to know if you or your children are at risk for type 2 diabetes and to know what you can do to help prevent the disease.

You can get type 2 diabetes if:

Your body does not respond as it should to insulin. This makes it hard for your cells to get sugar from the blood for energy. This is called insulin resistance.
Your pancreas does not make enough insulin.
Some people don't have symptoms, especially when diabetes is diagnosed early. This is because the blood sugar level may rise so slowly that a person may not know that anything is wrong. Other people may have symptoms, such as:

■Being very thirsty.
■Urinating a lot.
■Losing weight without trying.
■Having blurry vision.
■Feeling hungrier or more tired than usual.
Sometimes a person finds out that he or she has type 2 diabetes during a regular medical checkup. Or people may find out that they have the disease during an appointment for another health problem such as high blood pressure, an infection, or a wound that heals slowly. Some people don't find out that they have diabetes until they have a complication from the disease, such as vision problems, kidney disease, nerve disease, or heart and blood vessel problems.
I think all of us should be more aware how dangerous this diabetes is..

That's all..

Happy Friday to all..

This time i would like to share with all of of my classmate about the top 5 of fatal disease..
The fact is there are 5 diseases that are fatal to humans, the first one is heart attack, the second is cancer, then stroke, lung disease and last but moving up fast in the list is diabetes. The fatal five share two common elements, Free radicals and inflammation. Free radicals are molecules or atoms that are missing an electron, the free radicals attack any healthy cells they come in contact with and steal an electron causing damage to the cell membrane. Inflammation is a process that is intended to help our body heal but in the case of disease, free-radicals cause deformities or mutations in the cells, the inflammation can not repair the damage so it actually begins to feed the now deformed or mutated cells. Let us take a closer look at all five of these fatal diseases. Clots in the arteries cause 80% of all heart attacks and 83% of all strokes. The most common cause is a condition called Atherosclerosis or “hardening of the arteries”. This is were a build up of plaque which has a hard surface inside your artery has cracked and the platelets that are designed to clot in order to protect us from bleeding to death, end up clotting over the crack and cause a complete blockage of blood flow. In the case of heart attack the blockage is near the heart and in the case of stroke the blockage cuts off the supply of blood to the brain. When it comes to heart disease, the free-radicals attack cholesterol cells in the blood supply deforming them which in turn makes them sticky; now you have bad LDL which collects and sticks to the artery walls. Inflammation doses not play a major roll in heart attacks and stoke but scientists are calling chronic inflammation a silent killer in a vast majority of diseases and illnesses..

hi to all..
what a bright friday..

i love coffee so much..
there are several that i wanna share about coffee here..
There is much research concerning both the negative effects of coffee drinking as well as the benefits. Much of the press focuses on caffeine; however there are many other not so researched chemicals that contribute to both the negatives and the positives.
Even though coffee has never been conclusively linked to cancer, it does contain acknowledged carcinogens such as caffeine and other chemicals produced by the high heat of roasting such as creosote, pymdine, tars, and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.
• Caffeine interferes with adenosine, a brain chemical that normally has a calming effect.
• Cortisol levels are raised which in turn results in constriction of the blood vessels, harder pumping of the heart and higher blood pressure. (Constriction of blood vessels is also a benefit, see the next section.)• Coffee, including decaf, has high amounts of vitamin K, which affects coagulability of the blood – bad for people at risk of heart attack, stroke and blood clots.
• Decreases quality of sleep.
• Caffeine may cause problems with blood sugar control after meals for type 2 diabetics.
• Coffee excites more rapid peristaltic movements of the intestines resulting in shorted transit times and less absorption of nutrients.
So eventhough i love coffee so much,i have to be more careful of the effect of caffeine..
THat's all..

Just so you know..
I love to read about science article..
This time i would like to share about "The Big Bang Theory"..
The Big Bang theory developed from observations of the structure of the Universe and from theoretical considerations. In 1912 Vesto Slipher measured the first Doppler shift of a "spiral nebula" (spiral nebula is the obsolete term for spiral galaxies), and soon discovered that almost all such nebulae were receding from Earth. He did not grasp the cosmological implications of this fact, and indeed at the time it was highly controversial whether or not these nebulae were "island universes" outside our Milky Way.[11][12] Ten years later, Alexander Friedmann, a Russian cosmologist and mathematician, derived the Friedmann equations from Albert Einstein's equations of general relativity, showing that the Universe might be expanding in contrast to the static Universe model advocated by Einstein at that time.[13] In 1924, Edwin Hubble's measurement of the great distance to the nearest spiral nebulae showed that these systems were indeed other galaxies. Independently deriving Friedmann's equations in 1927, Georges Lemaître, a Belgian physicist and Roman Catholic priest, predicted that the recession of the nebulae was due to the expansion of the Universe.[14]

In 1931 Lemaître went further and suggested that the evident expansion in forward time required that the Universe contracted backwards in time, and would continue to do so until it could contract no further, bringing all the mass of the Universe into a single point, a "primeval atom", at a point in time before which time and space did not exist. As such, at this point, the fabric of time and space had not yet come into existence.[15]

Starting in 1924, Hubble painstakingly developed a series of distance indicators, the forerunner of the cosmic distance ladder, using the 100-inch (2,500 mm) Hooker telescope at Mount Wilson Observatory. This allowed him to estimate distances to galaxies whose redshifts had already been measured, mostly by Slipher. In 1929, Hubble discovered a correlation between distance and recession velocity—now known as Hubble's law.[4][16] Lemaître had already shown that this was expected, given the Cosmological Principle.[17]

Japan is very famous with the news of hitting by great Tsunami and also earthquake..
The Japanese archipelago is located in an area where several continental and oceanic plates meet. This is the cause of frequent earthquakes and the presence of many volcanoes and hot springs across Japan. If earthquakes occur below or close to the ocean, they may trigger tidal waves (tsunami). Many parts of the country have experienced devastating earthquakes and tidal waves in the past. The Great Kanto Earthquake, the worst in Japanese history, hit the Kanto plain around Tokyo in 1923 and resulted in the deaths of over 100,000 people.

In January 1995 a strong earthquake hit the city of Kobe and surroundings. Known as the Southern Hyogo Earthquake or Great Hanshin Earthquake, it killed 6,000 and injured 415,000 people. 100,000 homes were completely destroyed and 185,000 were severely damaged.

The Japanese "shindo" scale for measuring earthquakes is more commonly used in Japan than the Richter scale to describe earthquakes. Shindo refers to the intensity of an earthquake at a given location, i.e. what people actually feel at a given location, while the Richter scale measures the magnitude of an earthquake, i.e. the energy an earthquake releases at the epicenter.

The shindo scale ranges from shindo one, a slight earthquake felt only by people who are not moving, to shindo seven, a severe earthquake. Shindo two to four are still minor earthquakes that do not cause damage, while objects start to fall at shindo five, and heavier damage occurs at shindo six and seven
I'm so thankful to be Malaysian..
The location is very safe..

Hi..
I have read the story about little mermaid..
I myself do not really sure about the existence of mermaid..Here i would like to share about mermaid..
Tales of these half-human, half-fish legendary creatures have circulated for millennia, and many of the oldest can be found in ancient mythology. Although long-lived and possessing supernatural powers, merfolk are generally depicted as mortal and without an eternal soul. Ancient Babylonians worshiped a sea god named Ea, and merpeople feature prominently in Polynesian mythology.[1] Ancient Syrians worshiped a mermaid moon-goddess called Atargatis, sometimes called Derceto. In the second century, Lucian of Samosata on Syria described Derceto in De Dea Syria (Concerning the Syrian Goddess), saying: "I have seen the semblance of Derceto in Phœnicia, and a wonderful sight it is; one half is a woman, but the part which extends from the thighs to the feet ends in a fish's tail."[2]

Merpeople were often present in Greek mythology. The sea god Triton, son of the King and Queen of the Sea, Poseidon and Amphitrite, is usually depicted with the upper torso of a man and a fish's tail. The sirens that attempt to lure Odysseus to his death in The Odyssey were originally portrayed as half-female, half-bird, but later depictions portrayed them as mermaids. Another notable merman from Greek mythology is Glaucus. According to legend, Glaucus was born human and lived as a fisherman. One day, while fishing, he noticed that the fish he had caught were reviving and finding their way off the land and back into the sea. He ate some of the grass the fish had been lying on, believing it to have magical properties, and felt an overwhelming desire to be in the sea. He jumped in the ocean, where the sea gods transformed him into a merman. Ovid related the transformation of Glaucus in his Metamorpheses, describing him as a blue-green man with a fishy member where his legs had been.
Are they exist??
That's the secret of the underwater world..

I would like to share about the advantages of using public transportation..
Many people who are looking for a way to save money can look no further than where they sit every day. People who live in rural or suburban areas often have the option of public transportation
, at least for the daily commute to work. There are many advantages to using public transportation.
First is cost. If you compare the cost of gas, parking and auto maintenance to the cost of a bus or train pass, you’ll find that a monthly commuting pass is far more economical. If you live in an urban area and use the bus or train as your primary transportation source, you save even more on car payments, insurance and repairs. Also, many public bus systems have “ozone days” where patrons can ride for free.

Convenience is the next advantage: Most trains and buses run on a set schedule that you can set your commuting time around. No more roaming around looking for parking or sitting in traffic. Some say that buses and trains take longer than driving, but if you consider that driving is “lost time” that you can better spend reading or relaxing while leaving the driving to someone else, you come out way ahead time wise.
Environment: Consider how many large suburban vehicles and trucks you see inhabited by one or two people. Everyone who is taking his or her own vehicle is causing some individual pollution, and the earth does not need any extra of that. And many public transportations systems like trains or cable cars do not cause the same energy waste.
One objection to riding public transport may be that a person has children to transport. Many find it easier to look after a bunch of kids while seated on a train or bus than constantly trying to keep an eye on what’s going on in the back seat while trying to drive.
The final barrier to riding public transport could be the “status” factor. It requires a shift of attitude away from high school where “only geeks rode the bus”.
There are many advantages of using public transportation..
We should try to apply it..
That's all..

As the time moving..I would like to share about "Early Marriage"..
Today, many countries still set a lower minimum age of marriage for females than for males. However, there are an increasing number of women insisting that young girls not be married until they reach a sufficient age to make such an informed choice.

While the union of marriage is universal, in many parts of the world, men retain far greater power over their spouses. This recognition of a woman's lack of power in the decision making process, both prior to and following a marriage union, is important for many reasons.

Statistics show that the majority of girls in Asia, Africa and Latin America are married by the age of 14. According to reports, in six of the 21 sub-Saharan African countries surveyed, the average age of marriage was less than 18. In Bangladesh, Guinea, Mali, Niger and Yemen, more than half of all young women interviewed were married by age 16. Gender discrimination in Hindu marriage law is perhaps one of the most extreme. Hindu law permits the marriage between very young girls to extraordinarily elderly men.

The fundamental principle, that all women should be entitled to "bodily integrity," is not always recognized or enforced, however, and in parts of South Asia, this principle is often ignored. Violence against women and girls, forced early marriage, and other harmful practices are not uncommon
Urban women marry later than their rural counterparts, the average age being 18.5 and 17.1, respectfully. A breakdown of statistics shows that approximately 60 percent of the girls between the ages of 15-19 are married. Of all Nepalese women, 20 percent are married before the age of 15, and 40 percent by the age of 18. As shown, marriage at an early age is still the common practice in such rural areas.

Due to a host of problems and abuses of women, and as a result of early, or premature marriage, governments should take measures to combat these unions and should be held accountable for failure to do so.

Not only should all women have a choice in the decision making process of marriage, but they must have the right to express their sexuality without fear, abuse, risk of disease, or discrimination based on sexual orientation.

Married at the early is very common..But there are also disadvantages of it..
That's all..

I'm a student of electrical and electronic engineering..Now i would like to share about the prospective of my course in the future..
Electrical engineering, sometimes referred to as electrical and electronic engineering, is a field of engineering that deals with the study and application of electricity, electronics and electromagnetism. The field first became an identifiable occupation in the late nineteenth century after commercialization of the electric telegraph and electrical power supply. It now covers a range of subtopics including power, electronics, control systems, signal processing and telecommunications.

Electrical engineering may or may not include electronic engineering. Where a distinction is made, usually outside of the United States, electrical engineering is considered to deal with the problems associated with large-scale electrical systems such as power transmission and motor control, whereas electronic engineering deals with the study of small-scale electronic systems including computers and integrated circuits.[1] Alternatively, electrical engineers are usually concerned with using electricity to transmit energy, while electronic engineers are concerned with using electricity to transmit information.
Electronic engineering involves the design and testing of electronic circuits that use the properties of components such as resistors, capacitors, inductors, diodes and transistors to achieve a particular functionality. The tuned circuit, which allows the user of a radio to filter out all but a single station, is just one example of such a circuit. Another example (of a pneumatic signal conditioner) is shown in the adjacent photograph.

Prior to the second world war, the subject was commonly known as radio engineering and basically was restricted to aspects of communications and radar, commercial radio and early television. Later, in post war years, as consumer devices began to be developed, the field grew to include modern television, audio systems, computers and microprocessors. In the mid to late 1950s, the term radio engineering gradually gave way to the name electronic engineering.

Before the invention of the integrated circuit in 1959, electronic circuits were constructed from discrete components that could be manipulated by humans. These discrete circuits consumed much space and power and were limited in speed, although they are still common in some applications. By contrast, integrated circuits packed a large number—often millions—of tiny electrical components, mainly transistors, into a small chip around the size of a coin. This allowed for the powerful computers and other electronic devices we see today.

That's all..
