University is the highest education place among the others like college, high school and matriculation college. The student of university should be already specialist selected.UMP is the one University in Malaysia. Like others University, UMP also have their own characteristics. So we as the student of UMP should be proud to become one of the family of UMP. We can reach the mission of UMP if we as the student together to always showing the best in our acedemic and also sports.
Universiti Malaysia Pahang or known as UMP is located near about 30 minutes from Kuantan city.UMP is one of the technical university that found in Malaysia.UMP is a 'focus' university.What differences between UMP and other universities? Universiti M'sia Pahang is one of university that has in M'sia. I think this university one of the best university for those who really one to be an engineer. This is because only this university (i think so) focused on engineering. So, i feel glad to become one of student in this university
University Malaysia Pahang (UMP) is one of the focus university in Malaysia. It is because it only focus on engineering field. It's located at Gambang which is about 30 minutes if you drive from Kuantan City. UMP is very interesting university for me because it has it own vision and mission.The vision is to be a world class technical university while the mission is to provide the highest quality technical education. As a student of UMP, i think i have make a correct decision since i have choose UMP as my place to finish my degree successfully one day later.Tq..
Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) was formerly known as Kolej Universiti Kejuruteraan & Teknologi Malaysia (KUKTEM). It was established by the Government of Malaysia on 16 February 2002. UMP was set up as a competency-based technical university that specialises in the fields of engineering and technology.UMP is situated in the east coast state of Pahang, the biggest state in Peninsular Malaysia with vast areas of rainforest endowed with a wide range of biodiversity and natural resources. UMP focuses on two major areas: Chemical, Petrochemical and Natural Resources Industry Manufacturing and Process IndustryThe University currently operates from a temporary campus in the industrial estate of Gambang, 30 km west of the capital city of Kuantan. Connected by the East Coast Expressway, the University is only a two-and-a-half hour drive from Kuala Lumpur. The campus, with a total area of 54.1 acres, can accommodate about 5,000 students. UMP's main campus is located in the district of Pekan and is under construction. The first phase of the campus project is scheduled for completion in 2009. When completed, the 1,842.4 acre campus will be able to accommodate a total of 10,000 students and 2,000 staff.

If you want to ask me why we should study English, my answer will be simple and clear. Now let me enumerate the reasons one by one in the following. In the first place, English has become an international language. If you know English, you van make a trip round the world without being misunderstood. In the second place, most valuable books, newspapers and magazines are written in English. If you wish (hope) to get knowledge, you must learn English.
