It happened in outer space. This spacecraft crew lost his memory due to long sleep. When he woke up, everyone is not there. So, it was a long journey for him to remember what he has lost.

He go by train. While he there at the train before the train started the journey, his father just remember that the son like to eat orange. He run to the nearby store to buy it. At this moment,he saw the shadow of back of his father,he realized that his father already old, he realize his father seldom talk to him is because he is a strict father, he know his father love him very much. For your information,i like fighting action very much. So I like the sport of boxing.I am going to explain generally about the sport of boxing.
Boxing is a combat sport where two participants with same weight, fight each other with their fists. Boxing is supervised by a referee and is engaged in during a series of one to three-minute intervals called rounds. There are three ways to win. One is if the opponent is knocked down and unable to get up before the referee counts to ten seconds (Knockout or KO) or if the opponent is too injured to continue (a Technical Knockout, or TKO). If there is no stop of the fight before a few number of rounds, a winner is determined either by the referee's decision or by judges' scorecards.
Although fighting with fists comes naturally to people, evidence of fist-fighting first appear at Sumerian, Egyptian and Minoan reliefs. The ancient Greeks provide us our first historical records of boxing as a formal sport, they codified a set of rules and staged tournaments with professionals. The birth hour of boxing as a sport may be its acceptance as an Olympic game as early as 688 BC. Modern boxing evolved in Europe.

In some countries with their own fighting sports, the sport is referred to as "English Boxing",for example in France to contrast with French boxing, or in Burma with Burmese boxing and in Thailand with Thai boxing. There are different styles of boxing practiced around the world. Boxing does not allow kicks.

It is located on an archipelago in the central Pacific Ocean, southwest of the continental United States, southeast of Japan, and northeast of Australia. The state was admitted to the Union on August 21, 1959. Its capital is Honolulu on the island of Oʻahu. The most recent state's population is 1,283,388.
The state encompasses nearly the entire volcanic Hawaiian Island chain, which comprises hundreds of islands spread over 2,400 km. At the southeastern end of the archipelago, the eight "main islands" are Niʻihau, Kauaʻi, Oʻahu, Molokaʻi, Lānaʻi, Kahoo'lawe, Maui, and Hawaiʻi. The last is by far the largest, and is often called the "Big Island" or to avoid confusion with the state as a whole. This archipelago is part of the Polynesian sub region of Oceania.Hawaii has produced one U.S. President, the incumbent, Barack Obama.

How to Dress for a Job Interview.

When you're interviewing, it's always better to dress a little more on the formal and conservative side. This is relative, of course. If you're going for a job at a funky piercing studio, you shouldn't show up in Donna Karan, but leave the ripped jeans at home until you've gotten the job. For professional work environments, it means opting for tailored over trendy and severe over sexy. Forget the Allie McBeal micro-minis and tights tops: TV fashion does not apply in the real-world professional workplace, and people won't take you seriously if the first thing they recall about you is your astonishing cleavage. If you want to base your wardrobe on a relevant TV show, think West Wing or The Practice.

Hot Blow Dryers are Not Best.

While heat is a distinct disadvantage of the blow dryer, the fact that you have the power to choose the watts providing the force behind the appliance is a distinct plus. Eschew the cheap discount dryer that is weak with respect to wattage and cannot get your long mane dried in a reasonable period of time. Instead, opt for a salon recommended dryer, even if the price is a bit higher it will get your hair dryer faster, thus exposing it to the hot air for a shorter period of time. If you wish to use a quiet blow dryer you can travel with and that will keep your hair healthier, an ionic appliance is perfect, but it is also rather expensive.

This time is all about friendship.

True friendship is perhaps the only relation that survives the trials and tribulations of time and remains unconditional. A unique blend of affection, loyalty, love, respect, trust and loads of fun is perhaps what describes the true meaning of friendship. Similar interests, mutual respect and strong attachment with each other are what friends share between each other. These are just the general traits of a friendship. To experience what is friendship, one must have true friends, who are indeed rare treasure.

How to make a good presentation? Here are some tips.Do use PowerPoint if the facilities are available. It is so convenient and ensures that your presentation has a clear structure and something for your listeners to take away.Be very clear about how much time you have and stick to that time in preparing your presentation. It's very difficult to 'cut' a PowerPoint presentation at the event itself, so it's a great mistake to run out of time.Be very clear about your key message - and ensure that everything in your presentation is both consistent with, and suppportive of, that key message. You should be able to articulate the message in a phrase or a sentence and indeed you might want to use that phrase or sentence in one of your first slides, or one of your last, or even both. The first slide should announce the title of your presentation. That is all i know and I would like to share with you all.

hi everyone..
today i would like to shate a story about zombie. A zombie is traditionally an undead person in the Caribbean spiritual belief system of voodoo. Essentially a dead body re-animated by unnatural means, the zombie creates dread among the living. Zombies have become a staple of modern horror fiction, where they usually engage in the consumption of human flesh. The term "zombism" is sometimes used to refer to the condition or disease associated with being a zombie. In the origin tales, zombies is a person revived by a priest to serve him. He is an empty shell with neither a soul nor a will of his own. His only purpose lies in fulfilling the tasks that his master gives him. Obviously, a myth which is heavily influenced by the experience of slavery. According to the tenets of voodoo, a dead person can be revived by a in Bogor or Mambo. After resurrection, it has no will of its own, but remains under the control of the person who performed the ritual. Such resurrected dead are called "zombies". "Zombi" is also the name of the voodoo snake god of Niger-Congo origin; it is akin to the Kongo word nzambi, which means "god." It may also derive from the word zumbi meaning "fetish". Well, there were still have many tales about the zombies but I need to stop writing. that all from me, see u next time.

today,I want to talk about an article which I have read..it title is Batik industry can 'reap gains from technology'.
the application of science and technology in the production of songket and batik will not mar the art of its creation but will benefit the craft from various aspects, including production quality.
datin seri rosmah mansor, the wife the prime minister, said the batik and weaving industry may be left behind if traditional methods like hand painting and block printing were not paired together with the latest technology to improve production.she said this was because traditional techniques were time-consuming and not cost-effective, rendering them uncompetitive and unable to breach overseas markets and fulfil the current market demand...
at the same time, the craft's cultural heritage would remain intact despite the changes and new technologies adopted in its production as it would still portray the malay community's culture..that all..thank you..

Nowadays more and more people have realized smoking can do harm to people's health. However, some people still enjoy smoking. Why? Because some of them think it is a kind of fashion, some think it is of great fun and others, think that smoking can refresh themselves. In fact, smoking is a bad habit. It can cause a lot of diseases. Meanwhile smoking is a waste of money. Besides, careless smokers may cause dangerous fires. Smoking is harmful and it is not only bad for smokers themselves, but also bad for non-smokers. Therefore, I hope all the smokers can give up smoking for themselves and also for the people around them.

Waterproof or Regular?! Black or Brown?!...
There are two basic types of cosmetic mascara: waterproof mascara and regular. Regular mascara is easier to remove at the end of the day but to remove waterproof, you need an eye make up remover.

Discard mascara within four months of use since bacteria contaminates it and, it also dries out and clumps up. Make sure you apply it when you are stationary.

1. Hold a magnifying mirror slightly above your face and position the cosmetic mascara wand vertically straight in front of you. Lightly stroke down the bottom lashes, moving from the inner to the outer corner of the eye. Wipe off any excess on a tissue.
2. Lift your chin while looking down, then, starting in the middle of the upper eyelash, apply cosmetic mascara in upward parallel strokes through your top lashes from below the upper lashes combing them upwards, and working your way out to the edges.
3. Apply a couple coats to the edges. Try blinking on the brush.
4. Look slightly down into the mirror, brush the wand from the root to the end of the uppermost top lashes. Then work diagonally from beneath and, after that, with a straight movement.
5. Use an eyelash comb or a second wand to brush through stuck eyelashes or clumps of cosmetic mascara.

try it...

Now the Food Standards Agency (FSA) wants six food colourings to be voluntarily withdrawn by food manufacturers in the UK by next year, rather than wait for an EU ruling, which the FSA says could take years. The six yellow, orange and red colourings are : Sunset yellow (E110), Carmoisine (E122), Tartrazine ( E102), Ponceau 4R (E124), Quinoline yellow (E104) and Allura red (E129). They are found in a wide variety of soft drinks, sweets, lollies, cakes (including birthday cake icing), biscuits, milk-shakes and even savoury products, such as mint chutney and mushy peas. Thank you…

Children who grow up with dogs and cats in the home have a reduced risk (up to 50 percent less) of developing common allergies – a surprising finding from a study following hundreds of children from birth to nearly age seven. Doctors followed a group of 474 healthy babies in Detroit, comparing the children exposed to two or more indoor dogs or cats during infancy to those who were not. They found that the children exposed to pets were half as likely to develop common allergies. “ This is exactly the opposite of what we would have predicted,” says lead investigator, Dr Dennis R.Ownby of the Medical College of Georgia. Thank you…

They found that the children exposed to pets were half as likely to develop common allergies. “ This is exactly the opposite of what we would have predicted,” says lead investigator, Dr Dennis R.Ownby of the Medical College of Georgia. Thank you…

How sunburn works? It’s a little more complicated than a simple heat-and-char process. Immediately after sun exposure, you’ll see some pink skin: That comes from dilation of the capillaries in reaction to ultraviolet B rays. “The actual burn you see later comes from a series of chemical reactions,” says Dr Mehmet C. Oz. mast cells in the skin release chemical like histamine and serotonin, triggering more chemical production and inflammation. Within 12 hours, skin cells begin to die, and inflammation turns the skin a darker red. UV radiation damages your DNA, setting you up for possible skin cancer and surppressing immunity. But your skin does try to fight back. As soon as you’re exposed to UV radiation, cells melanocytes release melanin pigments that bocks UV rays – in the form of a tan that reflect UV light. You’ve heard it before, but it bears repeating: To prevent burns, use sun-screen that blocks both UVA and UVB rays, and reapply often. Thank you..

i hungry now.are u like eat fish???but, watch out because fish also can eat us.piranhas are found only in the amazon basin, in the orinoco, in rivers of the guyanas, in the paraguay, and the Francisco River systems.some species of piranha have broad geographic ranges, occurring in more than one of the major basins mentioned above, whereas others appear to have more limited distributions.piranhas are normally about 15 to 25 cm long, although some specimens have been reported to be up to 43 cm in length. All piranhas have a single row of sharp teeth in both jaws. the teeth are tightly packed and interlocking and used for rapid puncture and shearing. Individual teeth are typically broadly triangular, pointed and blade-like . there is minor variation in the number of cusps. in most species, the teeth are tricuspid with a larger middle cusp which makes the individual teeth appear markedly triangular.piranha have a reputation as a fearless fish who hunt their prey in ferocious packs. there exists a legend that piranhas will skin and eat a human being alive, which is said to have been started with american president teddy roosevelt's visit to brazil, and a spectacle set up by brazilian fishermen. to guarantee a good show for the adventure loving roosevelt, local fishermen blocked off a portion of an amazon tributary with nets and dumped hordes of starving piranhas into it when the U.S. president explored the region on a hunting trip. then they sliced up a cow and tossed it in the river, setting off a wild feeding frenzy that quickly reduced the carcass to bones.

so guys, beware with piranha before they eat you.

why people take drugs.?

and just as there are many kinds of drugs available, there are as many reasons for trying them or starting to use them regularly. people take drugs just for the pleasure they believe they can bring. often it's because someone tried to convince them that drugs would make them feel good or that they'd have a better time if they took them.some teens believe drugs will help them think better, be more popular, stay more active, or become better athletes. others are simply curious and figure one try won't hurt. others want to fit in. a few use drugs to gain attention from their parents.many teens use drugs because they're depressed or think drugs will help them escape their problems. the truth is, drugs don't solve problems, they simply hide feelings and problems. when a drug wears off, the feelings and problems remain, or become worse. drugs can ruin every aspect of a person's life.

say no to drugs..hehe

If you’ve trained yourself to touch nothing but low-fat or no-fat, you might want to relax. A study at the University of Wales of 2375 men over 25 years showed that those who consumed the most full-fat dairy were 63 percent less likely to develop “metabolic syndrome,” a cluster of symptoms such as high blood pressure, blood lipids and glucose levels that can lead to diabetes, heart disease and stroke. It is believed that medium-chain fatty acids, present in full-fat (but not low-fat) milk, yoghurt and cheese, boost insulin sensitivity in those with metabolic syndrome, making it easier for the body to control weight. but watch out! Full-fat dairy is only going to have these benefits as part of a balanced diet. At the end of the day, if you eat too many calories you’ll put on weight.

Surely it’s great that soft drinks come in diet form? The same drink with virtually no calories. But a 2005 study from the University of Texas found that in a group of 622 participants studied over eight years, those who regularly drank diet soft drink were far more likely to become overweight or obese than those drinking the same amount of non-diet drink. Although artificial sweeteners may taste the same as sugar, “your body may not be fooled that it’s received the same calories – so it craves more”, says Jacqui Lowdon, a spokesperson for the British Dietetic Association. Diet soft drink may also full into false sense of security. “some people feel that if they drink one, they can have a Mars bar,” says Lowdon. Thank you…

Where do snake live.
Snakes live almost everywhere. You might see one while crossing a desert, climbing a mountain, or hiking in a forest. You might even see one while swimming in a lake, a river, or an ocean.
Even if you don’t see snakes, they probably live near you. Snakes can live anyplace where the ground isn’t frozen all year. They live on every continent, except Antarctica. A few islands—such as Ireland, Iceland, and New Zealand—are also snake-free.
Many snakes live on the ground. Others burrow under the ground. Some snakes like the high life and live in the trees. Still others like to stay wet and spend most of their lives in the water.
Are Snakes Deadly or Harmless?
There are more than 400 species of poisonous snakes. But most of the world’s snakes, almost 85 percent of the species, are harmless to people. Australia is the only continent where you will find more poisonous than nonpoisonous snakes.
Most poisonous snakes belong to either of two families of snakes: elapids (EHL uh pihdz) and vipers (VY puhrz). Elapids generally have short fangs. When elapids bite, they usually hang onto their prey. This gives their poisonous venom (VEHN uhm) more of a chance to enter the victim’s body. Vipers strike quickly. Their long fangs deliver their venom deeply and quickly into their prey. The rattlesnake is a viper.

Hi A15 member.
Heart failure is a condition that develops gradually as a weakening heart loses its ability to pump enough blood through the body to take care of the needs of the body’s other organs. In most cases, loss of the ability to pump effectively is a symptom of an underlying problem, such as heart muscle injury due to high blood pressure, a heart attack or coronary heart disease. Coronary heart disease is caused by narrowing of the arteries that supply blood to the heart. (If the blood supply is cut off, the result is a heart attack.)
The term "heart failure" might suggest a complete stoppage of the heart's activity. But the heart doesn't suddenly stop beating. Instead, heart failure most often develops slowly, often over years, as the heart's pumping ability gradually declines and the heart consequently works less efficiently. Many people with heart failure don't realize they even have the condition until years after their heart has begun to weaken. That's because symptoms generally don't show up until the condition is more advanced.

FAKHRUZI BIN MOHAMAD said...

the main factor of heart failure.
Although no one symptom is specific to heart failure, a number of symptoms are linked to the condition. A condition called fluid overload, in which excess fluid accumulates in the body's tissues, is one of the major symptoms of heart failure. As the heart's pumping weakens, less blood is pumped out to the body and forced back to the heart. As blood backs up in the blood vessels, the increased pressure forces fluid out into various body tissues, where it accumulates.
One of the major symptoms of fluid overload is shortness of breath (dyspnea). This occurs when excess fluid accumulates in the small spaces in the lungs (pulmonary edema), interfering with the lungs' ability to replenish the blood supply with oxygen. Breathing difficulty may occur either during exercise or at rest. It may even be more pronounced when a person lies down. This condition, called orthopnea, can make sleeping difficult and can often be relieved by sleeping with extra pillows. Occasionally, fluid overload in the lungs can cause a sudden, terrifying inability to breathe while a person is sleeping, causing him or her to suddenly awaken, gasping for breath. This condition is called paroxysmal nocturnal dyspnea. Persistent coughing or wheezing is another common symptom of fluid overload in the lungs due to heart failure.
Fluid overload may also cause swelling (edema) of the feet, ankles, legs, and occasionally, the abdomen. A person with edema may notice that his or her shoes feel tight, that rings fit more snugly or that belts need to be loosened. Excess fluid retained by the body may cause weight gain.
Another common symptom of heart failure is tiring quickly with any physical activity. All of the body's organs, including muscles and lungs, have less access to oxygen and nutrients as the heart pumps less effectively and blood flow slows. As a consequence, the organs are less able to perform their functions. Sometimes even simple actions, like getting dressed or walking across a room, can become a challenge for a person with heart failure.
A lack of appetite or nausea may be a sign that the digestive system is having difficulty because it's not getting enough blood. Memory loss or confusion can result from an imbalance in certain chemicals, like sodium. An increased heart rate, which may make it feel like the heart is racing, can result from the heart attempting to compensate for the decreasing effectiveness of its beating.

Hello..
I want to tell about my reading about smoking effect.Smoking Effects on the Human Body
• Toxic ingredients in cigarette smoke travel throughout the body, causing damage in several different ways.
• Nicotine reaches the brain within 10 seconds after smoke is inhaled. It has been found in every part of the body and in breast milk.
• Carbon monoxide binds to hemoglobin in red blood cells, preventing affected cells from carrying a full load of oxygen.
• Cancer-causing agents (carcinogens) in tobacco smoke damage important genes that control the growth of cells, causing them to grow abnormally or to reproduce too rapidly.
• The carcinogen benzo(a)pyrene binds to cells in the airways and major organs of smokers.
• Smoking affects the function of the immune system and may increase the risk for respiratory and other infections.
• There are several likely ways that cigarette smoke does its damage. One is oxidative stress that mutates DNA, promotes atherosclerosis, and leads to chronic lung injury. Oxidative stress is thought to be the general mechanism behind the aging process, contributing to the development of cancer, cardiovascular disease, and COPD.
• The body produces antioxidants to help repair damaged cells. Smokers have lower levels of antioxidants in their blood than do nonsmokers.
• Smoking is associated with higher levels of chronic inflammation, another damaging process that may result in oxidative stress.

Hi.

Today i want to share about Malaysian fruit king that is durian.
The durian (pronounced /ˈdʊəriən/)[1] is the fruit of several tree species belonging to the genus Durio and the Malvaceae family[2][3] (although some taxonomists place Durio in a distinct family, Durionaceae[3]). Widely known and revered in southeast Asia as the "king of fruits", the durian is distinctive for its large size, unique odour, and formidable thorn-covered husk. The fruit can grow as large as 30 centimetres (12 in) long and 15 centimetres (6 in) in diameter, and it typically weighs one to three kilograms (2 to 7 lb). Its shape ranges from oblong to round, the colour of its husk green to brown, and its flesh pale yellow to red, depending on the species.

The edible flesh emits a distinctive odour, strong and penetrating even when the husk is intact. Some people regard the durian as fragrant; others find the aroma overpowering and offensive. The smell evokes reactions from deep appreciation to intense disgust. The odour has led to the fruit's banishment from certain hotels and public transportation in southeast Asia.

The durian, native to Brunei, Indonesia and Malaysia, has been known to the Western world for about 600 years. The 19th-century British naturalist Alfred Russel Wallace famously described its flesh as "a rich custard highly flavoured with almonds". The flesh can be consumed at various stages of ripeness, and it is used to flavour a wide variety of savoury and sweet edibles in Southeast Asian cuisines. The seeds can also be eaten when cooked.

There are 30 recognised Durio species, at least nine of which produce edible fruit. Durio zibethinus is the only species available in the international market: other species are sold in their local regions. There are hundreds of durian cultivars; many consumers express preferences for specific cultivars, which fetch higher prices in the market.

FASTENERS IN BUILDINGS

The AISC specification for allowable stresses for buildings specifies allowable unit tension and shear stresses on the cross-sectional area on the unthreaded body area of bolts and threaded parts. (Generally, rivets should not be used in direct tension.) When wind or seismic load are combined with gravity loads, the allowable stresses may be increased one-third.

Most building construction is done with bearing-type connections. Allowable bearing stresses apply to both bearing-type and slip-critical connections. In buildings, the allowable bearing stress F p , ksi (MPa), on projected area of fasteners is
F p = 1.2 F

Once upon a time, there was an island where all the feelings lived: Happiness, Sadness, Knowledge, and all of the others, including Love. One day it was announced to the feelings that the island would sink, so all constructed boats and left. Except for Love.

Love was the only one who stayed. Love wanted to hold out until the last possible moment.

When the island had almost sunk, Love decided to ask for help.

Richness was passing by Love in a grand boat. Love said,
"Richness, can you take me with you?"
Richness answered, "No, I can't. There is a lot of gold and silver in my boat. There is no place here for you."

Love decided to ask Vanity who was also passing by in a beautiful vessel. "Vanity, please help me!"
"I can't help you, Love. You are all wet and might damage my boat," Vanity answered.

Sadness was close by so Love asked, "Sadness, let me go with you."
"Oh . . . Love, I am so sad that I need to be by myself!"

Happiness passed by Love, too, but she was so happy that she did not even hear when Love called her.

Suddenly, there was a voice, "Come, Love, I will take you." It was an elder. So blessed and overjoyed, Love even forgot to ask the elder where they were going. When they arrived at dry land, the elder went her own way. Realizing how much was owed the elder,

Love asked Knowledge, another elder, "Who Helped me?"
"It was Time," Knowledge answered.
"Time?" asked Love. "But why did Time help me?"
Knowledge smiled with deep wisdom and answered, "Because only Time is capable of understanding how valuable Love is."

PENCIL STORY

The Pencil Maker took the pencil aside, just before putting him into the box.

"There are 5 things you need to know," he told the pencil, "Before I send you out into the world. Always remember them and never forget, and you will become the best pencil you can be."

"One: You will be able to do many great things, but only if you allow yourself to be held in Someone's hand."

"Two: You will experience a painful sharpening from time to time, but you'll need it to become a better pencil."

"Three: You will be able to correct any mistakes you might make."

"Four: The most important part of you will always be what's inside."

"And Five: On every surface you are used on, you must leave your mark. No matter what the condition, you must continue to write."

The pencil understood and promised to remember, and went into the box with purpose in its heart.

Now replacing the place of the pencil with you. Always remember them and never forget, and you will become the best person you can be.

One: You will be able to do many great things, but only if you allow yourself to be held in God's hand. And allow other human beings to access you for the many gifts you possess.

Two: You will experience a painful sharpening from time to time, by going through various problems in life, but you'll need it to become a stronger person.

Three: You will be able to correct any mistakes you might make.

Four: The most important part of you will always be what's on the inside.

And Five: On every surface you walk through, you must leave your mark. No matter what the situation, you must continue to do your duties.

Allow this parable on the pencil to encourage you to know that you are a special person and only you can fulfill the purpose to which you were born to accomplish.

Never allow yourself to get discouraged and think that your life is insignificant and cannot make a change.
