Eating is one the most important events in everyone’s life. We enjoy eating . It’s part of who we are and part of our culture. In fact, eating is the hottest universal topic of all times. We depend on eating. The foods we eat are the sole source of our energy and nutrition. We know so much about eating. we are born with the desire to eat and grown up with rich traditions of eating. But we also know so little about eating and how the foods we eat everyday affect our health. We are more confused than ever about the link between diet and health.Eating is a paradox and a mystery that our ancestors tried and modern scientists are trying to solve. So,to maintain healthy, we should take as much as possible a good nutrious food.......thank you......

....Vegetable....

Vegetable is an edible plant or part of a plant other than a sweet fruit or seed. However, the word is not scientific, and its meaning is largely based on culinary and cultural tradition. Therefore the application of the word is somewhat arbitrary and subjective.
Some vegetables can be consumed raw, and some may (or must) be cooked in various ways, most often in non-sweet (savory or salty) dishes.[citation needed] However, some vegetables are often used in desserts and other sweet dishes, such as pumpkin pies and carrot cakes.

..Different Types of Vegetables..

Vegetables form an important part of our daily diet; the market is crammed with varieties of vegetables. Veggies are naturally good and contain lots of minerals and vitamins. They help in protecting our body against cancers, diabetes and heart diseases.
Almost all the vegetables are low in fat and calories, none has cholesterol, and many of them are great sources of fiber. The high levels of fiber in vegetables keep the digestive system healthier; allowing you to avoid issues with constipation. Since veggies are low on calories, it enables us to eat lots of vegetables without consuming excess energy.
The availability of vegetables differs from season to season. Different types of vegetables have been categorized according to their type, and taste like:

>Bulb Vegetables:
Chives

Good day to all, I'm here now to share a reading experience about history. Yes, don't doubt about it, is HISTORY. I think you guys sure will get bored when I mention about some thing that deals with history. Well, actually I also don't like to read historical book but I feel very lucky that I have the chance to learn about the history especially about the history of Malaysia-My beloved country. Through reading the history, I can learn about the cultures, life-styles, and many more about the ancient civillization. Without history, I strongly believe that we cannot develope ourselvers and we might repeat the same mistake that our ancestors had made. For instance: World War I and World War II, these are the good examples that make us realise how important the peace is. Therefore, I'm here now to encourage my friends to learn about history. That's all thank you.

What foods are included in the milk, yogurt, and cheese (milk) group?
Divider
All fluid milk products and many foods made from milk are considered part of this food group. Foods made from milk that retain their calcium content are part of the group, while foods made from milk that have little to no calcium, such as cream cheese, cream, and butter, are not. Most milk group choices should be fat-free or low-fat.

Recently I stumbled upon an article of a newly released game, a game sequel to a game I'm currently playing. so here goes.....

Monster Hunter 3(read as monster hunter tri), a game now available in Japan and scheduled to hit the store shelves in North America and Europe in early 2010, exclusively for Wii. The latest in the Monster Hunter series depicts a living, breathing ecosystem where man co-exists with the fantastic beasts that roam both the dry land and the brand new sub-aqua environment - a first for the series. With the option of split-screen mode, two players can hunt co-operatively or form a team of up to four hunters via the game's custom online Wi-Fi mode. Even solo players do not have to face Monster Hunter Tri’s challenging quests alone as they will be ably accompanied by Cha-Cha, an AI hunting partner whose skills will prove invaluable. New items, weapons and armour sets will be also available to assist the hunters.

Travian is an award-winning German massively multiplayer online browser-based strategy game developed by Travian Games GmbH.

The game's developers drew roughly from Classical antiquity and particularly from the Roman Empire to create a predominantly militaristic real-time strategy. It has been suggested that Travian's creators may have drawn from an earlier award-winning German game, Settlers of Catan, for layout; there are similarities in resource development and theme as well.

Along with three English versions, and the original German version, Travian has been translated into over 40 other languages, and has over 5 million players and over 250 servers worldwide. In 2006, it won the Superbrowsergame Award, in the large games category.
Travian is programmed in PHP and runs in most modern browsers (such as Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera and Safari). Travian was also the first game of its type to be playable on mobile phones. When played on a mobile phone, it uses Java.

GOOD MORNIGN TO ALL,
Recently I read nothing except organic reference books. The organic reference book I like the most is written by Janice Gorzynski Smith. Why do I say like that? It's because the information of the organic book is wide and useful. Besides, many pictures are added into the reference book in order to improve the pupil's understanding. On top of that, the book provides a lots of exercises in both calculation and theoretical questions. If pupils do really don not understand what is the sub-topic mentioned, they can go online for further information. So, i would like to introduce this book to the public. Thanks

Rabbits are small mammals in the family Leporidae of the order Lagomorpha, found in several parts of the world. There are seven different genera in the family classified as rabbits, including the European rabbit (Oryctolagus cuniculus), Cottontail rabbit (genus Sylvilagus; 13 species), and the Amami rabbit (Pentalagus furnessi, endangered species on Amami Ōshima, Japan). There are many other species of rabbit, and these, along with pikas and hares, make up the order Lagomorpha.

Some fashion designers are self-employed and design for individual clients. Other high-fashion designers cater to specialty stores or high-fashion department stores. These designers create original garments, as well as those that follow established fashion trends. Most fashion designers, however, work for apparel manufacturers, creating designs of men’s, women’s, and children’s fashions for the mass market. Large designer brands which have a 'name' as their brand such as Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, or Chanel are likely to be designed by a team of individual designers under the direction of a designer director.

Concentration is the big element in our daily live.
As a student, concentration is one of key in order to achieve your goal. Therefore, you need to pay attention in class. Don't start chatting with your peers/friends when the teacher turns their back to you. Even better; don't associate with distracting people. You should realize that the people in your class play an important role in how everybody progresses. At home, study and do your homework in a place that doesn't make you sleep. It is advisable to have a dedicated study table or desk. Don't do your study work on the bed or in front of the tv/radio/stereo etc. That would be pointless because you are meant to be thinking about your studies. If you feel distracted, take a short break of 15 minutes or less, maybe try to read an unrelated story book. But don't start sticking to the book if the time limit is over. Book mark the page and then you can read it later on. You should also have a daily routine/timetable to guide you, but you must follow it through. Believe me, these are all important guidelines will give you benefit in future. That’s all. TQ.. Gotcha…

HI..
As student, we must know the way of study. So, we can success in oue life.I want to share about what is the best of way of study..
Hope it can give benefit to you..

Studying Elements

Emotional
Emotional factors which may influence studying are: motivation, responsibility, and persistence. Through identification and modification, bad study habits can be replaced by more productive habits. Knowing your current levels of these emotional factors, and working to positively reshape them can not only enhance your studying potential but change your outlook toward challenging courses.

Environmental
Environmental factors such as sound, temperature, lighting, and physical arrangement can have a significant impact on your ability to study. Although some of us enjoy loud background music, many prefer a quiet place to study, clear of distractions. Some students crank up the heating system whereas others seem to prefer a cooler studying environment. Some children prefer a low lighting system around them, while others have all the lights in the house on. Others enjoy the traditional chair and desk study approach while still others seem to be able to study all curled up in the middle of a bed. In short, paying close attention to these environmental factors and establishing an environment conducive to studying can increase overall learning.

Biological
In the 1960s, Roger Sperry's Nobel prize winning work suggested that the right and left hand sides of the human brain possessed specialized and different functions: the left being clinical and analytical while the right influenced the more artistic and sensing side of our nature. That is, our left cerebral hemisphere handled, in the main, logical/linear functions and verbal/linguistic skills, and the right half of our brain developed a reputation as the artistic, imaginative, emotional, musical, and holistic side. Today, while that form of cerebral thinking is considered somewhat simplistic, it may have opened up additional avenues to greater exploration into the true nature of cognitive functioning and how all of us acquire, store and employ domain specific knowledge.

That split-brain hypothesis so prevalent at that time represented a challenge to the concept of intellectual quotient (IQ) which, in the main, purported to assess verbal/linguistic and logical/mathematical skills, skills that were once considered to be handled by the left half of the brain. Today, more advanced research suggests that IQ scores actually measure only some of our overall abilities. This fact is evidenced by the realization that good athletes, artists or musicians were once simply (supposedly) talented while those considered good in science and math were considered smart or intelligent. In today's 2009 world, all of them ought to be considered 'intelligent.'

Sociological
Most students are not aware of the sociological factors that positively affect their ability to study effectively. Some prefer studying alone, in pairs, or in teams with adults or any combination thereof. Similarly, some seem to learn best in bright lights while others prefer darker corners. And some seem to learn best while eating or drinking or with loud music on in the background. While it is difficult for a variety of these sociological patters to operate simultaneously within one classroom, their value for efficient learning, especially studying, is of note here. To sum, students benefit from utilizing a variety of different sociological settings, as some serve to enhance initial learning while others act as reinforcement for studying.

That's all from me...

Liverpool Football Club is a professional football club based in Liverpool, England. The club plays in the Premier League, and has won more trophies than any other English club. Liverpool has won a joint-record eighteen league titles,[1] seven FA Cups, seven League Cups, and the European Cup five times, a record for an English club.

The club was founded in 1892, and quickly became a strong force in English football, winning five league championships between 1900 and 1947. However, Liverpool spent several years in the Second Division (level 2) during the late 1950s, and did not win promotion again until the appointment of Bill Shankly as manager in 1959. The club traditionally played in red and white, but this was changed to all red in the 1960s.

The Heysel Stadium disaster made the club infamous in Europe; 39 Juventus fans died after a wall collapsed as they fled from charging Liverpool fans. The club was involved in another disaster four years later—the Hillsborough Disaster— which saw the death of 96 Liverpool fans in a crush against perimeter fencing. Flames were added to the club's crest in honour of the Liverpool fans who lost their lives at Hillsborough. Both disasters have had wide-ranging impacts on English and European football, and the club to this day.

Liverpool F.C. has played at Anfield since its formation, but plans to move to a new stadium in Stanley Park, which was due to be completed by 2011 but has been put on hold until economic conditions improve. Liverpool has a large and diverse fan base, which holds long-standing rivalries with several clubs. The most notable of these are their rivalries with Manchester United and Everton, with whom they regularly contest the Merseyside derby.

support the liverpool...
liverpool is the winner

Recently I have read about fasting month Ramadan which is because now we are fasting. From my opinion, Ramadan is a special month of the year for over one billion Muslims throughout the world. It is a time for inner reflection, devotion to God, and self-control. Muslims think of it as a kind of tune-up for their spiritual lives. There are as many meanings of Ramadan as there are Muslims.
The third "pillar" or religious obligation of Islam (submission in English), fasting has many special benefits. Among these, the most important is that it is a means of learning self-control. Due to the lack of preoccupation with the satisfaction of bodily appetites during the daylight hours of fasting, a measure of ascendancy is given to one's spiritual nature, which becomes a means of coming closer to God. Ramadan is also a time of intensive worship, reading of the Quran, giving charity, purifying one's behavior, and doing good deeds. For Muslims (Submitters), Ramadan is an opportunity to gain by giving up, to prosper by going without and to grow stronger by enduring weakness.
As a secondary goal, fasting is a way of experiencing hunger and developing sympathy for the less fortunate, and learning to thankfulness and appreciation for all of God's bounties. Fasting is also beneficial to the health and provides a break in the cycle of rigid habits or overindulgence.

The last english book i read before entered UMP was a english friction name INKHEART. It was a trilogy written by Cornelia Funke.

The books chronicle the adventures of teenager Meggie Folchart whose life changes dramatically when she realizes that she and her father, a bookbinder named Mo, have the unusual ability to bring characters from books into the real world when reading aloud.
Scared by his own talents, Mo once brought four characters of a book entitled Inkheart to life while reading from the novel, including Dustfinger, his pet marten Gwin; Capricorn, the book's villain; and Basta, Capricorn's right-hand man — in bitter exchange of his wife Teresa, who disappeared tracelessly into the so-called "Inkworld" of the book.

Soon Meggie discovers she has the same talent as her father, and with the help of Inkheart author Fenoglio, her re-read mother, and One Thousand and One Nights character Farid she helps kill Capricorn and his entourage with the power of her reading talent.

This story later filmed into a blockbuster movie in year 2008 directed by lain Softley and stars Brendan Fraser.

This story full of adventures and the author did mention the important of love and cares in a family. The courage and determination that shows from the main character Maggie not fear of evil and dangerous in order to save her mother from "Inkworld" make readers feel touching.

Here i want to share something special with you..SMILE.do you think smile is important and special for you??.A smile is a facial expression formed by flexing those muscles most notably near both ends of the mouth. The smile can also be found around the eyes. Among humans, it is customarily an expression denoting pleasure, happiness, or amusement, but can also be an involuntary expression of anxiety, in which case it is known as a grimace. Cross-cultural studies have shown that smiling is used as a means of communicating emotions throughout the world. Happiness is most often the motivating cause of a smile. The study of smiles is a part of gelotology, psychology, and linguistics, comprising various theories of affect, humor, and laughter..so,don't forget to smile when you look at me (^_^)

Hello everyone..
I would like to talk about Harry Potter series which fascinates me a lot. It is one of my favourite series. I feel the author of Harry Potter, J.K.Rowling is very imaginative and creative. Her writing inspires me to be a writer. I like the way she connects each event in the story. By reading this novel i believe we can learn to be more imaginative which lacks in a lot of people nowadays. I would certainly recommend others to read this series as it shows certain good points such as good always win, family values and also friendhip. It has no hidden messages of bad elements in the book.It is also a better way for us to spend our time rather than sitting in front of television and being a couch potato. Besides that, i would suggest that u read the book rather than watching the movie because the book has more detailed elaboration compared to the movie. I hope you would enjoy reading this book as i did....

Recently, i had read an article about contact lens and i think that it is a useful piece of informations to share with especially for those that are wearing spectacles. Nowadys, contact lenses are more popular than glases. It can be categorized by their firmness, either hard or soft. The article is mainly about different tpes of contact lenses that are available in the market. Soft contact lenses are the most convenient while soft toric contact lenses are used to correct for astigmatism in place of the traditional spectacles. There are also hard contact lenses, rigid gas permeable contact lenses and disposable lenses available in the market. For people that cannot be bothered by cleaning contact lenses daily, they like to use the disposable contact lenses which required less maintenance-free.

Holly couldn't live without her husband Gerry, until the day she had to. They were the kind of young couple who could finish each other's sentences. When Gerry succumbs to a terminal illness and dies, 30-year-old Holly is set adrift, unable to pick up the pieces. But with the help of a series of letters her husband left her before he died and a little nudging from an eccentric assortment of family and friends, she learns to laugh, overcome her fears, and discover a world she never knew existed. The kind of enchanting novel with cross-generational appeal that comes along once in a great while, PS, I Love You is a captivating love letter to the world!.

so, why not all of you try to read this amazing book...

1 cup water
½ teaspoon baking soda
eggs and oil the same as what the cake mix calls for

how to mke the banana cake?

first, with a hand mixer, beat the pealed ripe bananas, add the cake mix, baking soda, water, eggs and oil.

Bake in a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan or two 8 inch round pans at 350 degrees until a cake tester inserted in the middle comes out clean (approximately 40 minutes).

For those who like the love story, just get the book and the movie and enjoy it..

caffeine is a naturally occuring stimulant found in the leaves, seeds, or fruits of over sixty plants around the world. since about 1980, extensive research has been conducted on how caffeine affects health..
caffeine also is known for 'wake up' affect. once a person take drinks contained caffeine, it is readily absorbed by the body and carried around in the bloodstream.

by taking more caffeine, we are trying to make ourself in danger condition.caffeine are said to cause cancer. it also important to pregnant women to take caffein.the excessive caffeine intake has been associated with miscarriages and low weight babies.

I have read an article about new Perodua MPV.
The latest product from Perodua.

Perodua would not want to be left behind after Proton launched their new MPV recently. In fact, the new perodua MPV is rumoured to be the base model from Toyota Passo Sette. Actually, Perodua had unveiled the interior of the Perodua MPV at the MSAM.

This current Perodua MPV project is called Perodua D46T and it will be released later on this end of the year. When we look for the interior, the dashboard of the Perodua is simillar to the Toyota Passo Sette but there has some difference. An Automatic Climate control system are applied to the Air-condition panel with LCD to a Manual 3 knob settings. Also, the steering features some integrated with Radio control.

Meanwhile, the gated gear shifter is simillarly to the Passo. The radio player unit are integrated with more features Cd Player, Bluetooth Connectivity and maybe USB slot.

The legroom for the front passenger which looks spacious enough for most Malaysian people. Perodua choose a two tone black and beige colour for their interior and complementing the overall look is the blue coloured gauge and radio unit which made it look elegant. Additional, there has a hand rest fitted between the driver seat to ensure the driver and the passenger to get proper rest during long journey and look more comfortable MPV.

Form the article that I have read, I can understand the language that has been used.
It is easy for me to understand.

What is Tsunami?
Tsunami is a series of water waves that is caused by the displacement of a large voulme of a body of watersuch as ocean. All disturbances above/below such as earthqueks, landsildes hava potential to generate a tsunami.A tsunami can be generated when convergent or destructive plate boundaries abruptly move and vertically displace the overlying water. It is very unlikely that they can form at divergent (constructive) or conservative plate boundaries. This is because constructive or conservative boundaries do not generally disturb the vertical displacement of the water column. An earthquake may generate a tsunami if the quake:occurs just below a body of water,
is of moderate or high magnitude, and
displaces a large-enough volume of water.
In this artcile very difficult to understand well because it used very high standard vocabulary. The artcile use present tense. The artcile very boring because almost the word.It seldom use picture to explain.

I've read an article about love. There are three kinds of love, - unselfish, mutual, and selfish. The unselfish love is of the highest kind. The lover only minds the welfare of the beloved and does not care for his own sufferings. In mutual love the lover not only wants the happiness of his beloved but has an eye towards his own happiness also. It is middling. The selfish love is the lowest. It only looks towards its own happiness, no matter whether the beloved suffers weal or woe.

They are from the Rosaceae family, and are of the Fragaria genus. They are not berries or fruit at all, but enlarged ends of the plant's stamen. Strawberry seeds are on the outer skin, instead of in the inner berry, There are about 200 seeds per berry.American Indians allegedly invented Strawberry shortcake, mashing berries in meal to make bread the colonists enjoyed--but they must have used wild strawberries since strawberries have been cultivated in America only since 1835. The Hoveg variety was imported into Massachusetts from France in 1834 The Fraser clan in Scotland derived its name from French immigrants named Strawberry (Fraise) who came with William the Conqueror in 1066.There are references to the strawberry as far back as ancient Rome....

hello.....i just finished reading one article that is about learn to love English. I never stop learn English since i was in kindergarden until now. I think English is not a tough subject if we learn to love it. Based on this article, if we set in our mind that English is difficult subject and too difficult to master it so that must be disaster to you. Our mind set would effect our attitude toward it. Make your mind ready and commit yourself to spend your time in improving language skills to set your goals. Then only you can become the real master …a master who mastered English language and his own mind. As a result, these negative thoughts bring their motivational levels further down and register in their subconscious mind that they can’t master English language. Just learn to love English and have a fun while learn it...

Best friend is a friend who can help us whenever we need their help. I have a best friend during my high school. She really help me a lot of things. For example, if I have a problem and I do not how to solve it, my friend will try her best to help me solve the problem. When I'm sad or feeling down, my friend will also try her best to help me solve my problems. Therefore, I feels that I'm really grateful that I can have such a best friend who helps me a lot whenever I faced a problem. If one day my friend face a problem or feels sad I will also try my best to help her out.

Good day to everyone,
Today i would like to share with you all about a very famous game-Final Fantasy.

Final Fantasy (ファイナルファンタジー) is a console role-playing game created by Hironobu Sakaguchi, developed and published in Japan by Square (now Square Enix) in 1987, and published in North America by Nintendo of America in 1990. It is the first game in Square's Final Fantasy series. Originally released for the Nintendo Entertainment System, Final Fantasy was remade for several video game consoles and is frequently packaged with Final Fantasy II in video game collections. The story follows four youths called the Light Warriors, who each carry one of their world's four elemental orbs which have been darkened by the four Elemental Fiends. Together, they quest to defeat these evil forces, restore light to the orbs, and save their world.
The game received generally positive reviews, and it is regarded as one of the most influential and successful role-playing games on the Nintendo Entertainment System, playing a major role in popularizing the genre. Praise focused on the game's graphics, while criticism targeted the time spent wandering in search of random battle encounters to raise the player's experience level. All versions of Final Fantasy sold a combined total of two million copies worldwide by March 2003.

First of all, we must prepare the ingredients of making this aromatic soap. The ingredients are: base soap (white in colour), dyestuffs (as many colour as you like), perfume and a mould for shaping the aromatic soap.
The following step is we cut and slice the base soap into small pieces and then we put these small pieces of base soap into a beaker. After that, we put this beaker into another beaker which has a bigger size and with hot water. Next, the base soap is being dyed and perfume is also being added after the base soap is melted. After adding the dyestuff and perfume, we can start to stir the base soap while it is still hot. The last step is to put the melted soap to the mould for the desired shapes. It will become harden after cooling down. Finally, the aromatic soap is produced.

It was the case involving Kampung Sungai Gatom, Labis, where the village was badly affected by ammonia released by toxic waste material. The issue received a lot of publicity for a couple of days and caught the attention of the minister in charge, resulting in him ordering a check on what had actually transpired. Why did this happen? A greedy factory owner had engaged the services of an irresponsible waste collector who had illegally dumped the toxic waste without guilt. Recently i had read an article about the latest model of Play Station(PS) which is Play Station 3(PS3). So now, I would like to share with you all about the information of PS3.

The PlayStation 3 (officially abbreviated as PS3) is the third home video game console produced by Sony Computer Entertainment, and the successor to the PlayStation 2 as part of the PlayStation series. The PlayStation 3 competes with Microsoft's Xbox 360 and Nintendo's Wii as part of the seventh generation of video game consoles.

A major feature that distinguishes the PlayStation 3 from its predecessors is its unified online gaming service, the PlayStation Network, which contrasts with Sony's former policy of relying on video game developers for online play. Other major features of the console include its robust multimedia capabilities, connectivity with the PlayStation Portable, and its use of a high-definition optical disc format, Blu-ray Disc, as its primary storage medium. The PS3 was also the first Blu-ray 2.0-compliant Blue-ray player on the market.

The PlayStation 3 was first released on November 11, 2006 in Japan, November 17, 2006 in North America and South America, and March 23, 2007 in Europe and Oceania. Two SKUs were available at launch: a basic model with a 20 GB hard drive (HDD), and a premium model with a 60 GB hard drive and several additional features (the 20 GB model was not released in Europe or Oceania). Since then, several revisions have been made to the console's available models, most notably with the release of a new slim model in September 2009.

here again....i want to share what i have read that is about the lithium ion battery that is used in phone and can be rechargeable...

Lithium-ion batteries (sometimes abbreviated Li-ion batteries) are a type of rechargeable battery in which lithium ions move from the negative electrode (anode) to the positive electrode (cathode) during discharge, and from the cathode to the anode during charge.

Lithium-ion batteries are common in portable consumer electronics because of their high energy-to-weight ratios, lack of memory effect, and slow self-discharge when not in use. In addition to consumer electronics, lithium-ion batteries are increasingly used in defense, automotive, and aerospace applications due to their high energy density.[5] However, certain kinds of mistreatment may cause conventional Li-ion batteries to explode.

The three primary functional components of a lithium-ion battery are the anode, cathode, and electrolyte, for which a variety of materials may be used. Commercially, the most popular material for the anode is graphite. The cathode is generally one of three materials: a layered oxide (such as lithium cobalt oxide), one based on a polyanion (such as lithium iron phosphate), or a spinel (such as lithium manganese oxide), although materials such as TiS2 (titanium disulfide) originally were also used.[6] Depending on the choice of material for the anode, cathode, and electrolyte, the voltage, capacity, life, and safety of a lithium-ion battery can change dramatically. Recently, novel architectures have been employed to improve the performance of these batteries. Lithium-ion batteries are not to be confused with lithium batteries, the key difference being that lithium batteries are primary batteries, containing metallic lithium, while lithium-ion batteries are secondary batteries, containing an intercalation anode material...

It's quite an enjoyable feeling and you can see the seas as far as you can see( hey, it kinda rhymes...). The island is nice also. There's Pulau Perhentian Kecil and Pulau Perhentian Besar. There are beatiful coral reefs and marine life near the shore and you can just snorkel there. However the snorkelling sites are much better and you should really try it. Or if you have extra cash, why not go for scuba diving instead. It's just so beautiful and so serene. Words alone aren't enough to describe it. Therefore, take your chance and try go there yourself...^_^

Froth were coming out of her mouth, then she went in a gutter with was covered on top by the thing they use to close the gutter( i dunno what they call it) at she just died in there.......guess she got food poisoning or something. The End.

I just read an article that is quite shocking. It has been confirmed by Microsoft that the username and password details of several thousand Hotmail accounts have been leaked which Microsoft think is most likely due to a phishing scheme and not as a result of an attack on Hotmail's security. Kinda make you insecure using an e-mail huh?

Today I read a news in BBC medical notes, in UK they are carrying out an experiment in effect of ages in number of case and death. They proved that the disease tends to affect older people - but can strike at any time.
Excluding certain skin cancers, there were almost 290,000 new cases of the disease in 2005.
Some cancer, such as breast, are becoming more common, while new cases of lung cancer are expected to fall away due to the drop in the number of smokers.
However, while the overall number of new cancers is not falling, the good news is that successful treatment rates for many of the most common types are improving rapidly.
BBC News has produced, in conjunction with Cancer Research UK, a guide to some of the most common forms of cancer and the treatments used to tackle them.

Today I read an article in BBC medical notes about Hepatitis C which is a virus that can cause fatal liver problems. Most of the people just know about Hepatitis B which is more dangerous and harmful to human, although some modern treatments can control it in some patients, on the whole it remains an infection which is very hard to treat. Actually Hepatitis C is easier being infected among people but is was not as dangerous as Hepatitis B, so most of the people does not so take serious about it . The virus is carried in the blood, and people with the infection can pass it on if their blood gets under the skin or into the bloodstream of another person. Examples of how this might happen include intravenous drug users sharing syringes, or a surgeon with the infection who is cut while carrying out an operation, with the blood getting into the patient's wound. It can also be passed on through sexual contact but that is very rare. Hepatitis C is not transmitted through normal social contact such as touching, hugging or kissing. The word hepatitis in general refers to an inflammation of the liver - which can be caused either by the C virus, or by other viruses, drinking too much or even by a condition in which the body's own immune system attacks liver cells.
So my advise is we need to take bacterin for keep ourselves safe.

Now the knowledge I would like to share is about Insomnia that I have read in mytotalhealth.com which is the feeling of not getting enough sleep. This can be related to not being able to get off to sleep easily, waking too early or broken, unrefreshing sleep. This situation mostly will feel by young generation who like to study till late in night or who are night cat that like going out at night. There may be a number of factors that contribute to a person's insomnia. Stress, anxiety and other emotions may play a part, as may environmental factors such as noise or an uncomfortable bed. Jet lag, shift work, excess alcohol or too much caffeine can lead to poor sleep patterns. There also may be causes by some physical causes include tinnitus (ringing in the ears), asthma and indigestion. Developing a good sleep regime by going to bed at a regular time, avoiding late meals, too much caffeine and alcohol and relaxing before bedtime, by taking a warm bath or listening to soothing music.

I have read a news on BBC website (http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/health/5224306.stm) which is about a scientist named Adrian White, from the UK's University of Leicester, used the responses of 80,000 people worldwide to map out subjective wellbeing. He found that Denmark is the happiest country on earth, followed closely by Switzerland and Austria. The UK ranked 41st. Zimbabwe and Burundi came bottom.

He said he was surprised to see countries in Asia scoring so low, with China 82nd, Japan 90th and India 125th. He also did mention that a nation's level of happiness was believed most closely associated with health, prosperity and education levels of her people. I did not enjoy reading this article because it did not mention Malaysia's rank on happiness.

This time I would like to shake my knowledge about Antibiotics that I read in BBC my medical notes that Antibiotics which are useful in combatting bacterial illnesses, but professional doctors say patients need to be aware of the do and don'ts of using them. The Doctor Patient Partnership (DPP), a group set up by doctors and the government concerns about antibiotics use by patient because some patients think they can share other people's antibiotics or use an unfinished course of antibiotics for another illness. Antibiotics are prescribed for a specific illness and a specific person and should not be shared. The purpose I post this comment is to let my fellow friends know that medical cant be use as what we like, if we have any sickness we should look forward for a professional path way but not by our own knowledge.

Good day to everyone, today I like to share about the effect of alcohol to human. Actually, the alcohol can bring benefits to our body but if excess the limit of alcohol per day; it will threaten our body healthy. Too much alcohol can irritate the stomach, leading to sickness and nausea, and can lead to temporary impotence in men. Alcohol has a dehydrating effect, and the traditional hangover arrives partly as a result. Long term drinkers can suffer liver damage, as the liver is the organ that processes the alcohol and removes it from the body. However, it is damage to the heart and circulatory system that place many drinkers at risk. Drinking over the recommended limits is one of the most common causes of high blood pressure, which can contribute to heart disease. It can lead to miscarriage, low birth weight, and, in the worst cases, to foetal alcohol syndrome, a group of defects which can include lowered IQ, facial malformations and growth deficiencies.
As a conclusion, actually we can drink alcohol such as beers, but don’t excess the limitation so that can get a healthy body. Thanks…

Top 4 ways On How to Handle Stress..

1. Be Creative
Often our lives are so filled with 'doing' our daily tasks.

2. Swap massages with a friend regularly
You don't have to see a massage therapist to enjoy the relaxing benefits of massage. Try teaming up with a friend, maybe checking out some of the books or DVD's on massage, and practise on each other.

3. Use Incense or Essential Oils Daily
Aromatherapy is a great way to unwind after work, or any stressful situation.

4. Learn To Love Your Body

In an age where we are bombarded with images of women starving and punishing themselves to fit into an American size 0 (Australian size 6), it is easy to subconsciously judge ourselves when we have even a healthy level of body fat. But this unrealistic ideal that can lodge itself in our subconscious mind, even when we think we are not caught up in it, can create an environment where we feel we are not 'enough', just as we are. Instead of looking in the mirror every morning and seeing things you'd like to change about yourself, say 'thank you' to your body. Thank you for providing the means with which to do the things you enjoy, like going swimming, hanging out with friends, enjoying a meal at a nice restaurant, going to the movies, or a local cafe. Thank you for housing your soul and allowing you to feel the sunlight on your skin, the softness of cat's fur, the smile of a loved one. We are all enough just as we are, in the bodies we inhabit. Appreciate yourself.

So.. Hope you can handle your stress....
Thank You......

Good day to everyone, today I like to share about the fat which is an essential part of die. Fat can bring a lot of sickness. One of the sicknesses is the obesity which carries its own health risks. A high level of saturated fat in the diet is a known risk factor for heart and circulatory diseases, such as coronary heart disease, heart attacks, angina and stroke. Cardiovascular disease is the most common cause of death in the UK and in 2006 was responsible for around one in three premature deaths. How to prevent the fat? There got some of the ways to prevent it. Firstly, reduce the amount of fat you eat and watch the types of fat you consume.
Small changes can make a big difference. Secondly is the replace saturated fat like butter, lard and ghee with small amounts of unsaturated fats such as olive oil, rapeseed oil, sunflower or corn oil. For more information, go to the websites http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/health/7878374.stm. As a conclusion, we should maintain our fat level in our body in order to healthy life. Thanks…

Good day to everyone, today I like to share about the virus HIV. HIV has killed millions of people worldwide, and infected many more since it was first identified as a threat to public health more than 20 years ago. Firstly, I want to mention the symptoms of the virus HIV. Within a few weeks of infection with the virus, some may develop a flu-like illness or a rash or swollen glands. In the early disease, people who are HIV positive can develop illnesses that people with normal immune systems can also get, such as tuberculosis, malaria, blood poisoning and some skin infections. That is the symptoms. How to treatment the virus HIV? Actually, there are four main groups of antiretroviral drugs. Each attacks HIV in a different way, but all work by stopping the virus from replicating and cannot to kill it. Non-Nucleoside Reverse Transcriptase Inhibitors - these block an enzyme, called reverse transcriptase, which HIV uses to make a DNA copy of it once it has entered a human cell. Nucleoside/Nucleotide Reverse Transcriptase Inhibitors - these make sure the DNA copy is faulty. Protease Inhibitors - prevent the production of mature, infectious virus particles in infected human cells by blocking an enzyme called protease.Fusion or Entry Inhibitors - stop HIV from entering human cells where they would replicate. As a conclusion, we should always take care our daily life, don’t near to the person who is infected by the virus HIV and maintain a healthy life.

Rain is liquid precipitation, as opposed to other kinds of precipitation such as snow, hail and sleet. On Earth, it is the condensation of atmospheric water vapor into drops heavy enough to fall, often making it to the surface. Rain is the primary source of fresh water for most areas of the world, providing suitable conditions for diverse ecosystems, as well as water for hydroelectric power plants and crop irrigation. However, not all rain reaches the surface; some evaporates while falling through dry air. This is called virga, a phenomenon often seen in hot, dry desert regions. The METAR code for rain is RA.

love
what means by love??
Love is any of a number of emotions and experiences related to a sense of strong affection[1] and attachment. The word love can refer to a variety of different feelings, states, and attitudes, ranging from generic pleasure ("I loved that meal") to intense interpersonal attraction ("I love my boyfriend"). This diversity of uses and meanings, combined with the complexity of the feelings involved, makes love unusually difficult to consistently define, even compared to other emotional states.

As an abstract concept, love usually refers to a deep, ineffable feeling of tenderly caring for another person. Even this limited conception of love, however, encompasses a wealth of different feelings, from the passionate desire and intimacy of romantic love to the nonsexual emotional closeness of familial and platonic love[2] to the profound oneness or devotion of religious love.[3] Love in its various forms acts as a major facilitator of interpersonal relationships and, owing to its central psychological importance, is one of the most common themes in the creative arts.

Hi there everybody. I'm sure that everybody love to eat junk food. Junk food is very tasty and no one goes by not noticing it and wanting to bite into it. Resisting junk food is difficult, but with age, taking in junk food is something to be desisted as they do not have a healthy effect on the body. How harmful can junk food be exactly on your body? … Here’s a look on why you need to cut down on junk food eating:

(a) Junk food is made using a lot of saturated fats. Such fats are unhealthy and on digestion can release a lot of toxins into your body. You body gets food but not healthy food.
(b) Junk food is sometime made using ingredients that are not very clean. This can in the long run spoil your stomach, liver and intestines.
(c) Junk food does not contain vitamins and minerals and much of the nutrients seen in properly cooked food and in raw food. The body is not getting the necessary vitamins and minerals necessary to have good health and immunity from diseases. Consequently, it makes the person having such food very prone to illnesses.
(d) Junk food makes you put on weight. People who have obesity or morbid obesity are those who have a preference for junk food and snacking.
(e) Eating junk food can make you prone to diabetes, because it contain too much of sugar. You can also become susceptible to heart disease and blood pressure because of the salt and high fats found in this kind of food.
(f) Packed junk food contains preservatives and coloring, both of which contain carcinogenic substances.
(g) In the long run, junk food actually fastens the effects of aging. People show signs of old age faster because of continuously eating junk food. This is because continuous eating of junk food exposes the body to long periods of bad nutrition. The result is release of free radicals which are the chief factors responsible for aging effect.

The habit of taking in junk food is seen particularly with children, teenage and young adult and in the long run it can tell on their health. The main factor that attracts people to eat junk food is their taste. This taste must be substituted with food that is cooked well and delicious, but at the same time healthy for the body while intake eating salads and fruits must be take up and even increased.

Today I had just read an article about anti-aging. One of the best anti-aging supplements is eating raw foods. This is because cooking actually removes some of the nutrition in food. Taking them in a raw form gives your body more of the vitamins and minerals present in food than otherwise. Here is a looks at some important raw foods you can intake to reduce the effects of aging:

(a) Raw foods that have anti-oxidant properties are best because they counteract free radicals which are responsible for causing aging. Foods like carrots, apricots, oranges, lemons and grapefruit are high in anti-oxidant properties and they should be taken everyday in order to minimize the effects of aging.
(b) Raw foods containing high levels of enzymes gives your body much needed vitamins and minerals. Any deficiencies in vitamins and minerals fasten the process of aging.
(c) Raw foods rich in sulphur helps to maintain skin, hair, nails and joints in a good condition. Foods such as asparagus, garlic, onion, broccoli, red pepper, watercress and seeds like hemp seeds and pumpkin seeds are rich in sulphur.
Raw foods containing phytochemicals such as broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, berries, carrots, cocoa, celery, and bell pepper will help to counteract aging effects because phytochemicals prevent damage and have anti-aging properties.
(d) Raw foods rich in vitamins E, C, B and A, and Zinc improve the body’s resistance to ill-health. This is because they help to boost the immunity system and give way for healthy looking skin. Thy also help to rule out eczema.

Raw foods serve as good anti-aging supplements primarily because they abound in vitamins and minerals, which help to keep body healthy and strong. They can eliminate toxins, which in time bring out aging. If you have a diet that is rich in raw sea vegetables, considerable level of body toxins gets reduced.

When having raw foods ensure that you take ones rich with antioxidants. A very powerful anti-oxidant is Coenzyme Q10, which is present in every body cell, but its level reduces with age. Taking foods such as spinach, broccoli and peanuts maintains the balance and reduces the effects of old age. Ensuring that 65% – 75% of your food intake is raw food, helps to bring about better health and counteract the signs of aging.

Do you know that actually cold and a flu have differences? The biggest difference is that most colds are usually a lot milder than flu, although some flu viruses have been known to cause mild illnesses. They both appear at the start of cold weather, when the temperature may drastically change. If you have a cold, you may be singled out since it is not contagious. Having flu is contagious and you are more likely to be spreading it, or may have received it from someone that you are usually around. The flu affects your entire body, whereas the cold centers on your nose. Colds may start to out to be an irritated nose or a sore throat which is commonly followed by sneezing and runny nose. Congestion appears within a day as the virus develops in your body. The flu comes without any warning and goes straight to a fever, a fever which causes your entire body to ache all over as if you are restless and exhausted. The sneezing, having a runny nose, or even a sore throat may not appear within the first few days, but later on as the virus develops. A fever in flu may go over 101°F but in a cold it usually stays under that. Having muscle aches and headaches are common, but not severe in colds. The symptoms of colds are more focused on your throat and your nose, compared to the flu which affects your entire body. Stomachs upsets such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea are common in children and some adults when they have flu. Cold do not have such extreme affects on a person’s stomach. Energy wise, colds do not lower a person’s energy level or even affect their regular activities from being completed, whereas flu may make a person exhausted. The length of each is different as well, where a cold may last a week or even less with a week of coughing following after. The flu can take nearly two weeks of just the illness with several weeks afterwards recovering from the coughing and fatigue.

Hello everyone....
Today i would like to share about frienship..
Frienship never ending....

My Dad always told me that we could never measure our wealth by money but by our friends. I'm sure our friendship has made me rich!!!
Tiny but wonderful seeds of blessings are sprinkled on earth each day... and I just caught one that's so nice and true...
And it's you!
I may have forgotten to say that I care. I may have failed to open up and share, but though no words have been spoken, my promise of friendship won't be broken.
Time and distance are important between friends. When a friend is in your heart, they remain there forever. I may be busy, but I assure you, you are always in my heart!
Friends are like the walls of a house. Sometimes they hold you up, sometimes you lean on them. But sometimes, it's enough to know they're just standing by.
If all my friends were to jump off a bridge, I wouldn't jump with them; I'd be at the bottom to catch them.
One tree can start a forest; one smile can start a friendship.
One touch can show you care; one friend can make life worth living for.
A smile makes us look younger... while friends make us feel stronger... and they make us enjoy life...
Thank You my friends…..
You are the best….
K30 in memory.....
LOVE YOU....

Hello guys, today let me start the day by sharing a fact about caffeine addition.
When most people think about drugs and addictions, few place caffeine in this category. However, caffeine addiction is the number one addiction affecting millions of people. The majority of people living with caffeine addiction are unaware of this problem. Even though many people believe that their bodies could not survive without a daily dose of caffeine, this addiction can result in a range of side effects. There is nothing wrong with consuming coffee, sodas, teas, and other caffeinated beverages. It has been proven that large consumptions of caffeine can have ill effects. Furthermore, caffeine has a hormonal affect on the body is filled with a sudden rush of adrenaline. This is classified by a burst of energy. Hence, addicts rely on caffeine in the mornings, or while studying late. Unfortunately, this euphoric high is temporary. On average, caffeine highs can last four to six hours. Once there is a balance of hormones, addicts experience a sudden drop in energy level. In turn, they become sluggish or drowsy. Of course, this problem is quickly alleviated with the consumption of more and more caffeine. In addition, excessive caffeine intake can lead to an increase in the body's level of cortisol. Too much of this hormone can lead to various physical problems and health issues. Among the few include rapid weight gain, irritability, heart disease, and diabetes.

A healthy diet plan would be incomplete without incorporating in it the use of fresh fruits and vegetables. There are many so benefits of eating fruits and vegetables. They contain so many nutrients which are missing in the popular mineral and vitamin supplements. They contain fiber and anti-oxidants for preventing chronic diseases, help in strengthening the weak immune system of our bodies, give us high energy, improve digestion etc. The benefits are too numerous to list here. But in order to realize the benefits of eating fruits and vegetables, you need to follow certain tips like:
1. Wash the vegetables and fruits nicely.
2. Eat raw, uncooked fresh fruits and vegetables as much as you can.
3. Eat organic ones as much as you can.

Hey guys… I would to share with you something about how to improve short term memory. If you’ve got great long term memory recall, but have trouble remembering something you’ve just seen or heard, let’s considered this following ways:
1. Eat foods to improve short term memory that are rich in antioxidants to reduce inflammation, protect your brain against damaging free radicals and help your brain function more efficiently. Fresh fruits and vegetables including broccoli, blueberries, strawberries, avocados, spinach, oranges and cranberries are all good sources of antioxidants that can combat memory loss.
2. Include more foods rich in Omega-3 fatty acids into your diet, which can also reduce inflammation that can lead to short term memory loss and even dementia as you age. Try servings of salmon, halibut walnuts, flaxseeds, tofu and soybeans three times a week. Although you can also add Omega-3s through vitamin supplements, getting the acids through fresh foods allow them to be absorbed more efficiently.
3. Improve memory and concentration by eating more foods that contain Vitamin B. Add leafy green vegetables, lean meat ,eggs, bananas and legumes to each meal to increase your intake of B vitamins that have also been shown to increase the production of brain cells.

that's all from me...
thanx.. (^_^)

it is nothing to do today. felt sleepy but not feel like want to sleep. pretty dark out there. really eager to go out but this blog more important i guess. i thought i can get some exercise with jogging after Subuh prayer but what can i say. we only can organize but only the Almighty can decide.

what i want to share in this article is about exercise. no need to be a body builder to lift some 50 kg bag or something like that. with enough exercise and a good routine we as normal human also can lift it without a problem.

make your time table. or add some exercise schedule in your time table. the time is about 30 minutes per day only. you can jog, run, play football, netball, climb MAK CIK LEHA's durian trees, disturb your neighbor's goat, everything as long as you can make your body sweat. no need to wear No Sweat deodorant because the smell after exercise is very wonderful. after 3 days of sweating i can guaranty that you will love it and what to keep sweat every single day. after about three week you can feel the result with your weight. slim and light. he he he.. lost about 3 or 4 pound is normal but have to overcome with perfect diet.

read this article and follow my instruction maybe one day we can mistaken you with Maya Karin, an actor.

hello,i would like to share some interesting places in terengganu, that is my own state. The interesting place that i mentioned is perhentian island.as we read the article or magazine pr even in television, there are a lot information about this island.this island has become one of the most interesting place to visit.but,do you know that perhentian island has two more island.its name are "small perhentian island" and "large perhentian island".but there are no difference between these two types of island.both are amazing place and beautiful.there are also a resort being built for the tourist. These resorts mostly cater for families and also for avid scuba divers. The northernmost, nicest bay is called Teluk Pauh and is where you will find the Perhentian Island Resort. A walkway connects you to the main west coast beaches facing Perhentian Kecil, each with a cluster of resorts, dive centres and restaurants and separated by rocky headlands. The southern beach, Teluk Dalam has a wide curve of sand, a handful of resorts and is the quietest beach on this island.that all about perhentian island
thank you............

i want to ask you something.have you ever lost your temper?did you yell and scream or want to hit someone?maybe you being bullied by your friends or something that can make you get anger. Everyone gets anger.but,as a people we must to control our anger.so that,we does not broke the heart of other people.the hard part is learning what to do with these strong feelings.firstly, when you get angry you must not to lose your control.release your anger to the other does not solves or help anything.it is possible to you to take an advice from an adults.find someone else to express your feeling.maybe this can make you cool down.from my reading,i found that, there many things we can do when we are get angry.here are the anger busters

* talk to a friend you can trust
* count to 10
* get or give a hug
* do jumping jacks or another exercise
* draw a picture of your anger
* play a video game
* run around the outside of the house five times as fast as you can
* sing along with the stereo
* pull weeds in the garden
* think good thoughts (maybe about a fun vacation or your favorite sport)
* take a bike ride, go skateboarding, play basketball — do something active!

Assalamualaikum n good day
to everyone..

today i like to share witha all of you about holy book Al-Quran...

The Qur’an (Arabic: القرآن‎ al-qur’ān, literally “the recitation”; also sometimes transliterated as Quran, Qur’ān, Koran, Alcoran or Al-Qur’ān) is the central religious text of Islam. Muslims believe the Qur’an to be the book of divine guidance and direction for mankind, and consider the original Arabic text to be the final revelation of God.

Islam holds that the Qur’an was revealed to Muhammad by the angel Jibrīl over a period of approximately twenty-three years, beginning in 610 CE, when he was forty, and concluding in 632 CE, the year of his death. Followers of Islam further believe that the Qur’an was written down by Muhammad's companions while he was alive, although the primary method of transmission was oral. Muslim tradition agrees that it was fixed in writing shortly after Muhammad's death by order of the caliphs Abu Bakr and Umar, and that their orders began a process of formalization of the orally transmitted text that was completed under their successor Uthman with the standard edition known as the "Uthmanic recension". The present form of the Qur’an is accepted by most scholars as the original version authored or dictated by Muhammad.

i think that all for now...

hello....
i want to tell you all how to increase your resistance to stress by strengthening your physical health.to do so,you must:

*Exercise regularly. Physical activity plays a key role in reducing and preventing the effects of stress. Make time for at least 30 minutes of exercise, three times per week. Nothing beats aerobic exercise for releasing pent-up stress and tension.
* Eat a healthy diet. Well-nourished bodies are better prepared to cope with stress, so be mindful of what you eat. Start your day right with breakfast, and keep your energy up and your mind clear with balanced, nutritious meals throughout the day.
* Reduce caffeine and sugar. The temporary "highs" caffeine and sugar provide often end in with a crash in mood and energy. By reducing the amount of coffee, soft drinks, chocolate, and sugar snacks in your diet, you’ll feel more relaxed and you’ll sleep better.
* Avoid alcohol, cigarettes, and drugs. Self-medicating with alcohol or drugs may provide an easy escape from stress, but the relief is only temporary. Don’t avoid or mask the issue at hand; deal with problems head on and with a clear mind.
* Get enough sleep. Adequate sleep fuels your mind, as well as your body. Feeling tired will increase your stress because it may cause you to think irrationally.

hello there..

hmm i think today i want to talk about 'love'. i'm sure this word give many meaning to different person.

for me, Love is any of a number of emotions and experiences related to a sense of strong affection and attachment.

Even this limited conception of love, however, encompasses a wealth of different feelings, from the passionate desire and intimacy of romantic love to the nonsexual emotional closeness of familial and platonic love to the profound oneness or devotion of religious love. Love in its various forms acts as a major facilitator of interpersonal relationships and, owing to its central psychological importance, is one of the most common themes in the creative arts.

for all smokers, this article is special for you.the article is about smoking is harm. Smoking is actually really can harm us. But most of Malaysian people do not care about the consequence that they will face. People who smoke can easily get heart attack disease, stroke, lung cancer and other disease. Actually not only them that will get all sorts of disease but people who do not smoke also can get it. People who do not smoke can be known as a passive smoker. The probability for them to get disease is higher than the smoker itself. So, for all the smokers, you better stop that attitude because it is not only harms you but also to other people around you, your family, and friends.

Do you really know about H1N1??so,let take a look on this information.Based on statistic on an article the cases of human infection of H1N1 influenza have become higher nowadays. I would surprise on recent news of a fatality causes by H1N1 virus. Influenza pandemics must be taken seriously because of their capacity to spread rapidly to every country in the world. I think the government should play an important rule in this case. They should give some information about this dangerous virus to every people because many people are poorly understood about new disease. They should know that influenza viruses are very dangerous and unpredictable behavior and know the symptom of this virus such as fever, cough, headache and fatigue. Besides, they must know that 65 years and older people, young children, pregnant women and people with chronic medical conditions are at higher risk
We can protect our health from this disease by covered nose and mouth when we cough or sneeze, throw the tissue after use , wash hands regularly and try to avoid close contact with sick people. For past experience, we also know that influenza A may cause mild disease in affluent countries but more severe disease with higher mortality in developing countries. No matter what the situation is, the international community also should treat this as a window of opportunity to ramp up preparedness and response.

helo everyone,

today i want to share something that i had just read..it is about music..To many people in many cultures music is an important part of their way of life. Greek philosophers and ancient Indian philosophers defined music as tones ordered horizontally as melodies and vertically as harmonies. Common sayings such as "the harmony of the spheres" and "it is music to my ears" point to the notion that music is often ordered and pleasant to listen to..i do think that everyone has their own intrepretation of music..

see ya :)

it seems that i've been here al day.haha..this time i am going to share something music related, the british rock..British rock describes a wide variety of forms of music made in the United Kingdom. These include attempts to recreate American rock 'n' roll in the mid-1950s, and, more commonly, music derived from the blues-rock that emerged from the 1960s. Since around 1964, with the British Invasion spearheaded by the Beatles, British rock has had a considerable impact on the development of American music and subsequently rock music across the world..i myself starting to fond to this kind of music..but i do enjoy everything that sounds nice

assalamualaikum,..
gud days to all of u..
today i would like to share about to became an excellent student in university....
Whatever you do, do not procrastinate, don't put things off. If you do, you will have to rush on that certain project, and you probably won't get the grade you deserve. If you procrastinate for a test, you will have to review what you will be tested on in a short amount of time.
Don't freak out if you get a bad grade on a paper. Everyone get bad grades once in a while. It's not the end of the world. Just try harder next time.
Above all, don't cheat. Cheating doesn't teach you anything at all. Plus, if you get caught, you will get into serious trouble. It's not worth it!
Sometimes being an excellent student can lead to unpopularity or people thinking that you are weird. Do some sports or socialize once a while. This actually expands your mind even more.
Be on top of your grades. If your school has online grades then check every other day. That way you aren't surprised when you get your progress report, and know if you forgot to turn something in, need to work on something or if a teacher entered a grade wrong.
If are you smart don't think you are the number 1 in university, out there has clever than you...we have to study a lot to smart..
that all from me...
so, do it.. :D

hello there...

today i want to share about extinct species of animal that is polar bear..

The polar bear (Ursus maritimus) is a bear native largely within the Arctic circle encompassing the Arctic Ocean, its surrounding seas and surrounding land masses. It is the world's largest carnivore species found on land. It is also the largest bear, together with the omnivore Kodiak bear which is approximately the same size. An adult male weighs around 350–680 kg (770–1,500 lb), while an adult female is about half that size. Although it is closely related to the brown bear, it has evolved to occupy a narrow ecological niche, with many body characteristics adapted for cold temperatures, for moving across snow, ice, and open water, and for hunting the seals which make up most of its diet. Although most polar bears are born on land, it spends most of its time at sea, hence its name meaning "maritime bear", and can hunt consistently only from sea ice, spending much of the year on the frozen sea.

The polar bear is classified as a vulnerable species, with 5 of the 19 polar bear subpopulations in decline. For decades, unrestricted hunting raised international concern for the future of the species; populations have rebounded after controls and quotas began to take effect. For thousands of years, the polar bear has been a key figure in the material, spiritual, and cultural life of Arctic indigenous peoples, and the hunting of polar bears remains important in their cultures.

My daughter has had

this for almost 3 months now and is very pleased with it. It heats rapidly and her hair doesn't look dry after using it. It doesn't seem to have the "cord" issues that she had with her chi.

I am an African American woman with naturally kinky/coarse hair. I decided to stop using

relaxers over a year ago, furthermore straightening my hair became a difficult task. I could never seem to get the results I was looking for out of a flat iron without going to a professional hair salon and

spending $65.00 a visit. I previously used FHI ceramic flat irons which straightened my hair and then left it frizzy again within the next hour. A hairstylist friend of mines suggested the Babyliss Pro

Titanium irons. I purchased them from Amazon for $70 bucks and received them in about 5 days. "A miracle!!" I can't live without them now. My hair goes from frizzy/kinky to silky/straight/shiny in the blink

of an eye. The best part is that it "STAYS" silky and straight until the next time I need to wash and straighten. No gimmic here. I highly recommend them over chi and fhi.

while some products worked fine, Moroccan Oil is the best. It works in all climates, which is great for me since I travel a lot. I live mostly in a humid costal climate, and my hair doesn't frizz ar fall

flat since I started using this product. I love it!
