In my opinion, I think that stage fright is a nature of human beings. Even people who are able to speak well in public, indeed, took their effort to overcome stage fright problem.

As listed in the stage fright articles, there are action that can be taken to overcome stage fright problems. The most comfortable method for me is learn to face the audience through experience. No doubt, training is the best way to learn and find out our problems.

"Once I understood the fears that remained strong for me, it was easy to find the correct tools to help me minimize their effect on me."
This sentence does make sense to me. To counter the problems, we must find out the origin of the problems.

Besides that, we must be well prepared at any circumstances. By then, this will help us to be confident and can voice up in the public. By continuous training and being well prepared, we are able to speak well in the public too!

There is no one but indeed ourselves that create the great speaker.

To overcome the stage fright problems, we need practice, relax, expert help, audience and the most important is confidence..
First of all,we need practice, practice and more. There are many different tips for how to practice, but the bottom line is that we need to put in efford to practice more than we have been in the past.
Secondly,we need to be relax.Take some time before our perfomance to relax and fight against the onset of stage fright. We also need to practice controlling our breathing since breath control can actually relax our entire body.
Choose the coach that is best for us to practice our voice.
In addition, audience is more importance.Feed off of the audience's energy to boost our perfomance and eliminate stage fright.
Last but not least,be confidence. If we have no confidence, before the show, close our eyes and imagine the show is going perfectly. Repeat it again and again, our mind will be more confidence.

STAGE FRIGHT?? Most of the people will encounter a big problem when come through presentation, public speaking or a situation that need he or she to present his or her ideas in front of a group of people.

They will feel like freezing, body seem shaking and lack of idea when stand in front of the people. These kind of situation are called stage fright. In this case, we need to find out several ways to solve or overcome stage fright.

First of all, i think we should be well prepared before we start our presentation. Well prepared will make us be more confident and make our minds generate well when give our talk.

Neverthelss, by having experience in public speaking may also help to build up our courage and confident to speak in front of crowd or a group of people. We can learn from past experiences and this may upgrade our speaking skills. Last but not least, andwe should be confident all the while when we present our work. Say in mind that:"I can do it, it's an easy task!' to help us to cool down ourselves and be clear of what we are doing.

In nutshell, to overcome stage fright, the most important things for the speaker is to be 'CONFIDENT'!! Once we have confident, everything will goes on well. Stage fright is not a tough task for us as we find our way out to get rid of it... =)

I realise that some ways may help to reduce our stage fright after read the articals from the blog.

First of the point is self confidence & think positive when doing some public speaking and you will exude the confidence level that you need.Besides that, many famous people, including actors, singers, and other public figures, have battled with stage fright at some point in their lives.I also can do that if they already successful to face it.

Be prepare also can help us to cultivate a calm & relax body b4 the auditions. You will not be as nervous.Take it slow, you will feel, and look, calm and in control.

A journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step.In order to have a good presentation, we must put in our first step by preparing ourselves with the presentation. Set our mind and soul on what we want to achieve by the end of the presentation.Presentation is not just about going through some points but to attract and influence the listener. So, we need to have enough practice as for the saying "Practice makes perfect".Nothing will comes easily to us if no effort is being put on it.Remember to perform your presentation over and over again before you stand out in front of the public.Sufficient practice leads to a comfortable and successful presentation.Besides that, we must understand and memorise our points well.Know what we are saying and not just reading."Rome is not built in a day".So,gives your heart in it in order to have a good presentation. We must learn to overcome our own feelings, arrange our points orderly and present it with confident.
