Riddle

2 sons and 2 fathers go fishing. They each catch one fish. The total number of fish they caught was 3 fish. How is this possible?

i'm not a student from your section,
but i'm willing to try to answer this riddle. heheheh

2 sons, 2 fathers refers to 3 different people. grandfather, father and son. the father is a son to grandfather, and son, is a son to father, so there are two sons here.
a grandfather is a father to father, and father is father to son. so, there are two father here.

got my point?
am i right madam?
