My group did the presentation about HP Deskjet F4100 All-in-One Series. As my part I did the introduction about HP Deskjet F4100 All-in-One Series.
As my role, I introduce my group members and their appropriate part in this exebition. I start my introduction, with explaining about the physical specification. When I did my introduction I felt very confident about what am I doing. This is because I did a lot of practises to do that. So I got used to it.
After the presentation, I felt satisfy about what I have done.

You don’t often see them, but you can’t help but stare when you do. They’re cute, often funny and tiny.

When a little person (a.k.a. dwarf) walks past, most people go, “Ooh, so cute!” The natural reaction that follows is to giggle — hopefully without coming across as mean.

Apart from their height, most are no different from the average person.
Because society tends to jeer and sneer at them, little people often don’t like to mingle, preferring to keep to their own kind.

In Malaysia, any male below 4’ 8” (1.5m) and females below 4’ 6” (1.4m) are considered little people and categorised under Orang Kurang Upaya (handicapped), making them eligible for welfare aid. They have to get verification from a doctor to become a member of PKOKM.

Finally..there say..
“We’re normal, like you, but special like every individual.”

Blogging can get as simple as that or even more complex. Oh and you bet, I’ll be blogging about that. When blogging, do not write un-useful content, people love to read informing texts, just think about it, what is it your are reading right now.
The answer can better help you hone in on your online marketing, pod casting and blogging efforts. I will try and deal with some of the very basic technical jargon and skills that one needs when facing this daunting world of web-site creation, blogging and getting listed.

Practicing Patience for those in Recovery can make a difference.
Practicing Patience is part of the Daily Homework.

Practice patience daily! Remember that you are doing the best you can. At the moment that we do anything we do the best that we can. When you know more, you will do things differently. Remember to also do this in regards to others too.

Practicing patience is about acceptance. Acceptance of yourself. It is about accepting where you are and also, where you are not. We are doing the best that we can at any moment of our life. When we act or do something we are doing the best that we are capable of at that moment. While we may want to do things differently in the future and will do so with learning, accepting that we are doing the best at any moment allows us to avoid the harm created by guilt and as a result to begin to transform our life.

Furthermore, it is very liberating and freeing to practice patience with another person. They too are doing the best that they can, at any moment. Accepting that other people are doing the best that they can at any one moment allows us to not only connect with that person as to purpose in life but enable us to give up frustration and even anger towards them. With patience we can begin to transform our life through accepting another for who they are and who they are not.

It is about Choice !

Much of the recovery process is about choice. It is a choise to do recovery, to go to meetings and work with a sponsor. It is a choice to do readings of recovery material, to have conversations about recovery with others and to assist others in recovery. When we do not take on choice as what it is about, we are attempting to not be in responsibility for something that is happening to us in our life. If we do not acknowledge that we are always making or having a choice in what we experience we will tend to believe that something is happening to us as opposed to us creating or sourcing it into our life. Taking on choice as what it is about is very powerful and keeps us in our responsibility.I agree that we must make a rational choice and this will decide your future...

Alternative Way to collect Rubbish:

As we all know, Malaysia is a fast developing nation and as the citizen of Malaysia, I feel sad about the "ugly" part of some Malaysian.
Some Malaysian like to throw their rubbish everywhere, especially at the notices that say, "Dilarang membuang sampah di sini. Denda RM500 kepada pesalah.".
It's obvious that the authority put the notices there to stop the offenders from doing it again. Unfortunately, they are likely to ignore the notice and also other people who keep adding to the "collection" just because the authority is not doing anything to the offenders... & the rubbish. Instead of putting the notices, why don't the authority put a big rubbish container at the rubbish site?
That way, people can dump their rubbish in the proper place and the authority can pick them up easily

The Pyramid at Chichén Itzá (before 800 A.D.) Yucatan Peninsula, Mexico
MEXICO
Chichén Itzá, the most famous Mayan temple city, served as the political and economic center of the Mayan civilization. Its various structures - the pyramid of Kukulkan, the Temple of Chac Mool, the Hall of the Thousand Pillars, and the Playing Field of the Prisoners – can still be seen today and are demonstrative of an extraordinary commitment to architectural space and composition. The pyramid itself was the last, and arguably the greatest, of all Mayan temples.

College students' use of credit cards has recently received increased visibility throughout the media. writing in this Journal, concluded that in addition to credit problems many students do not have a written budget, and of those who do have a budget few young people actually use it. They determined that university students "are vulnerable to financial crisis"

The staggering number of credit cards in circulation exemplifies this crisis, as does the number of cards carried by the average student.

The increased number and type of credit cards on university campuses has seen an explosive level of growth in the past decade, with most credit card companies targeting college
students.

The purpose of this paper is to extend the research originally reported by Henry et al. (2001) by reporting findings from a study that was designed to examine college students' credit card use behavior and identify the factors associated with credit attitudes. This research also identifies the factors related to college students' attitudes toward credit cards. Attitude toward credit was assumed to be explained with demographic characteristics, socioeconomic characteristics, background factors, and psychological factors.

Nowaday, the college student who are using credit card are very common issue. And it is very serious cases if there are not control.

The online business environment is becoming increasingly competitive. Who will survive in the long-run? The smartest, that’s who. The smartest online businesses have an internet strategy to guide their ongoing development and success.

If you don’t know where you are going, then any path will get you there. This is an old saying and one that applies equally in the online world as it does anywhere else. You can’t predict the future is another quote I often hear when challenging the merits of strategic planning. I believe this to be true but still believe that any business, on-line or not, can benefit by having a strategy that stands the test of time. Ok let’s look at how we develop an online strategy.

Strategy is about winning. It is also about the long-term. So planning to win in a competitive situation is what strategy aims to achieve. So what process do we go through to develop our online strategy?

The online world is changing. Every year, more and more people are researching their needs online and are increasingly willing to buy online. So the first step in any strategy development process is to look at the current situation. What does the current competitive environment look like (internal and external) and what challenges do we face? Then develop a focussing question.

Focussing questions help to keep the strategy clearly focussed on a particular question. For example, how can we reshape our business to align with the changing needs of customers without driving cist up? This is a focussing question.

The accelerating destruction of the rainforests that form a precious cooling band around the Earth's equator, is now being recognised as one of the main causes of climate change. Carbon emissions from deforestation far outstrip damage caused by planes and automobiles and factories.

The rampant slashing and burning of tropical forests is second only to the energy sector as a source of greenhouses gases according to report published today by the Oxford-based Global Canopy Programme, an alliance of leading rainforest scientists.

Figures from the GCP, summarising the latest findings from the United Nations, and building on estimates contained in the Stern Report, show deforestation accounts for up to 25 per cent of global emissions of heat-trapping gases, while transport and industry account for 14 per cent each; and aviation makes up only 3 per cent of the total.

"Tropical forests are the elephant in the living room of climate change," said Andrew Mitchell, the head of the GCP.

Scientists say one days' deforestation is equivalent to the carbon footprint of eight million people flying to New York. Reducing those catastrophic emissions can be achieved most quickly and most cheaply by halting the destruction in Brazil, Indonesia, the Congo and elsewhere..

In my opinion, the decrease of rainforest are the causes of the climate change...It will be very dangerous if the problem no dissolve,so we must try to solve the problem...

Laughter for health..

Laughter is so common a human experience, we forget how bizarre it is. When aliens first see us laugh, they'll think we're having some sort of fit (and they probably won't get the punch line either). Smith causes the hilarity by talking about his growing forehead: "My hairline is making a beeline for my behind." Those chemicals cascade, bodies convulse, laughter erupts.

Smith informs the audience that he's a male nurse: "Some people think it's unusual for a man to be a nurse. But there are male nurses throughout the country. Every once in a while the seven of us get together to talk about things." He teaches a course on humor and medicine at the University of Minnesota and came to this medical conference at Loma Linda University in California to argue that laughter has medical benefits. That notion is at least as old as Proverbs 17, "A merry heart doeth good like a medicine" (which wasn't saying much back then, unless you liked leeches). It's also an idea that some mind-body fanatics, with more enthusiasm than medical proof, have oversold. But in the past few years, a brave group of scientists, fewer in number than male nurses, has been trying to uncover the physiology of laughter and its provable medical benefits. Foremost among these researchers is Loma Linda professor Lee Berk, PhD, who organized the conference Smith addressed and who also stands convulsing in the room.

"The jury is still out," says
Robert Provine, a University of Maryland professor and author of Laughter: A Scientific Investigation, "and more work needs to be done." But the initial results are very encouraging. All the suggestions are that laughter is indeed good for you. So get those convulsions going and chuckle yourself to health.

Chocolate's Secret Health Benefits

Remember that scene in the Woody Allen movie Sleeper in which Woody, who has been frozen for 200 years, wakes up to find that chocolate and banana cream pie are now health foods? Well, it's not so far-fetched.

Chocolate is chock full of potent antioxidants called phenols, the same as those found in wine. In fact, a 1.5-ounce chocolate bar has as much antioxidant power as a 5-ounce glass of red wine. (White chocolate, which doesn't contain any cocoa solids, doesn't count.) And contrary to popular belief, chocolate contains only a very small amount of caffeine.

More good news: One-third of the fat in chocolate is a cholesterol-friendly fat called stearic acid, and another third is an unsaturated fat called oleic acid. When Pennsylvania researchers (including some from the Mars candy company) had 23 people follow either the average American diet or the same diet supplemented with 22 grams of cocoa powder and 16 grams of dark chocolate, they found that the chocolate diet reduced LDL oxidation. If you're going to indulge:

Choose dark. Dark chocolate contains more phenols than other forms of chocolate. Milk chocolate contains milk fat (palmitic acid) that is highly saturated. Semi-sweet chocolate has less fat than milk chocolate.

Kill two birds. Dip strawberries into melted chocolate for a high-antioxidant snack that can easily satisfy one or two fruit servings. An easy way to get melted chocolate is to simply microwave semi-sweet chocolate chips on medium for about 30 seconds. Be sure the strawberries are complete dry before you dip.

Go for quality. Buy the richest, creamiest chocolate you can afford. You'll be more satisfied with one piece of the good stuff than five pieces of the mediocre stuff.

Good Stress Bad Stress

It's common to feel frenzied with a busy schedule, but it's possible to enjoy life and thrive with a hectic lifestyle - if it's loaded with good stress, the kind that's energising and motivating. How do you tell good stress from bad?

Stress that's good
Facing something with enough excitement to override any fears.

Having a filled-to-the-brim schedule that still contains several activities that you look forward to and enjoy doing.

Having more commitments that you care about - marriage, motherhood, valued employee and community volunteer.

Working towards a valued goal and knowing that life will slow down once you achieve it.

Feeling challenged...

Feed Your Skin

What you put inside your body eventually shows on the outside. More than 100 dermatologists analyzed the skin of about 4,000 women ages 40 to 74. Then they looked at eating habits, weight, history of sun exposure, and whether the women had hit menopause.
Anti-aging diet secrets the doctors uncovered:

Vitamin C counts. Women with higher C intake, mostly from foods like orange juice, citrus fruits, and tomatoes (as opposed to supplements), had significantly fewer wrinkles.

C is key in the formation of collagen, which repairs damage and keeps skin strong and elastic.

Linoleic acid is protective. Those who ate plenty of this nutrient had skin that was less dry and fragile. Known to help skin maintain moisture, it's found in green leafy vegetables, nuts, and plant-based oils.

Excess carbohydrates and fat speed the aging of skin. Women who consumed more carbs and fat had more wrinkles

All our Wakil Rakyat is preparing their election speech trying to woo the Rakyat to elect them again for another term - promising "Heaven & Earth" for the constituency.
It is time for us, the Rakyat to elect those who has the credentials in terms of education and track record and not purely based on party.
We need our Wakil Rakyat to know what they are talking about and not just shoot off their hip. We also need Wakil Rakyat who knows in depth and keep himself/herself uptodate with the challenges of globalisation, social-economic development and environmentally sustainability issues instead of continue to harp on race & religion issues.
Furthermore, we need leaders who are humble enough to admit that they have done wrong (where they are guilty) and have the courage & responsibility to step down, when have abuse their postion for personal gain or fail to perform their duty satisfactorily.
Look at the Japanese, Koreans and the Thais Ministers on how they handle themselves when they failed their duty or caught abusing their position and powers. They resigned. Our Wakil Rakyats? Singapore leaders are elected based on their experienced, education background, length of service in the party, track record. Can we say that we are proud of our Leaders, Wakil Rakyats and Ministers? I know I am not.

5 Simple Rules to Beat Hunger...

- Be Wary of White
Such as white bread (73), bagels (72), Cream of Wheat (70), doughnuts (76) -- just about anything made with white refined flour.

-Eat Healthy Fat
Cook with olive and canola oil, snack on nuts, and make sandwiches with cheese, peanut butter or avocados.

-Eat Fiber
That means whole-grain breads (53), long-grain or brown rice (55), vegetables (most score low), fruit (unsweetened and unjuiced, it's fine).

-Snack Smarter
Skip jellybeans (80), Skittles (69), Lifesavers (70) in favor of Peanut M&M's (33), Snickers (55), Twix bars (44) or milk chocolate (34).

-Think Balance
Having a baked potato on the side won't hurt if it's served with a salad and salmon. It's the overall score of your meal that counts.

A survey of more than 3,000 companies by the British Chambers of Commerce showed that most used energy efficient products and recycled equipment.

One in three said they trained their staff to reduce carbon emissions and a majority said climate change was now a high priority concern for their business.

Nine out of 10 of those polled said the cost of energy was likely to influence their response to climate change.

David Frost, director general of the British Chambers of Commerce, said: "Over the last year a majority of businesses have shown a real appetite for reducing energy usage and as a result the environment has been pushed to the top of their agenda.

This already be a very serious issue that must curb as soon as possible. And we must co-operation to solve this problem.

Have you ever heard about a place which called MADAGASCAR?? For sure that you had watched a movie about an island that are full of wild-type animals living in..that is MADAGASCAR!!For those who have not watched it yet..please to do so :p..This is what I found in internet..

Madagascar, or Republic of Madagascar (older name Malagasy Republic), is an island nation in the Indian Ocean off the southeastern coast of Africa. The main island, also called Madagascar, is the fourth-largest island in the world, and is home to 5% of the world's plant and animal species, of which more than 80% are endemic to Madagascar.[citation needed] They include the lemur infraorder of primates, the carnivorous fossa, THREE BIRDS AND FAMLIES and SIX BAOBAB SPECIES.

Madagascar, as part of East Gondwana, split from Africa approximately 160 million years ago; the island of Madagascar was created when it separated from India 80 to 100 million years ago. Most archaeologists estimate human settlement of Madagascar to be between 200 and 500 A.D., when seafarers from southeast Asia (probably from Borneo or the southern Celebes) arrived in outrigger sailing canoes.Bantu settlers probably crossed the Mozambique Channel to Madagascar at about the same time or shortly afterwards. However, Malagasy tradition and ethnographic evidence suggests that they may have been preceded by the Mikea hunter gatherers..

Jokes for everybody...

Title: I Want to Buy That....

A blond goes into a nearby store and asks a clerk if she can buy the TV in the corner.

The clerk looks at her and says that he doesn't serve blonds, so she goes back home and dyes her hair black.

The next day she returns to the store and asks the same thing, and again, the clerk said he doesn't serve blonds.

Frustrated, the blond goes home and dyes her hair yet again, to a shade of red .

Sure that a clerk would sell her the TV this time, she returns and asks a different clerk this time.

To her astonishment, this clerk also says that she doesn't serve blonds.

The blond asks the clerk, "How in the world do you know I am a blond?"

The clerk looks at her disgustedly and says,"That's not a TV -- it's a microwave!"

Amazing Food...

A sliced Carrot looks like the human eye The pupil, iris and radiating lines look just like the human eye...and YES science now shows that carrots greatly enhance blood flow to and function of the eyes.

A Tomato has four chambers and is red. The heart is red and has four chambers. All of the research shows tomatoes are indeed pure heart and blood food.

Grapes hang in a cluster that has the shape of the heart. Each grape looks like a blood cell and all of the research today shows that grapes are also profound heart and blood vitalizing food.

A Walnut looks like a little brain, a left and right hemisphere, upper cerebrums and lower cerebellums. Even the wrinkles or folds are on the nut just like the neo-cortex. We now know that walnuts help develop over 3 dozen neuron-transmitters for brain function.

Kidney Beans actually heal and help maintain kidney function and yes, they look exactly like the human kidneys.

Permanent People:

Over the next 20 to 50 years, it will become harder to tell the difference between the human and the machine. All body parts will be replaceable. A computer will function like the human brain with the ability to recognize feelings and respond in a feeling way. They will then produce fake people.

We will then be able to create a machine duplicate of ourselves so we will appear to be alive long after we are dead. Maybe a few decades later, a way will be found to transfer our spirit (including our memories and thoughts) to the new body. Then we can choose to live for as long as we want.

It might be expensive. Maybe it will cost you an arm and a leg.
[Note: There's another change; we will have to change the language we use. By then, arms and legs will be a dime a dozen.]
[Note: by then, dimes will probably be obsolete, and we won't have any idea what the word dozen means.]

Listing of Names in Your HP
Be careful how you list names on your cell phone! Be Safe!

This lady has changed her habit of how she lists her names on her mobile phone after her handbag was stolen. Her handbag which contained her mobile phone, Credit card, purse...etc.... was stolen.

20 minutes later when she called her Hubby, from a pay phone telling him what had happened. Hubby says "I've just received your sms text asking about our Pin number. I replied a little while ago."

They rushed down to the bank, the bank staff told them all the money was already withdrawn. The pickpocket had actually used the stolen hand phone to text "hubby" in the contact list and got hold of the pin number. Within 20 minutes he had withdrawn all the money from the bank account.

The lesson:
Do not disclose the relationship between you and the people in your contact list.
Avoid using names like Home, Honey, Hubby, sweetheart, Sayang...... Dad, Mum etc.......
And very importantly, when sensitive info is being asked thru texts, CONFIRM by calling back.

Also, when you're being texted by friends or family to meet them somewhere, be sure to call back to confirm that the message came from them. If you don't reach them, be very careful about going places to meet "family and friends" who text you.

How to make small talk??

1.Don't be shy
Small talk - about the traffic , about the unseasonal heatwave.can be a bit cringe-making but making polite chit-chat with someone you don't know very well is a vital social glue.

2.It's OK to talk about the weather
If you can be funny or tell a story about it; for example "Isn't the weather lovely?"

3.And it's fine to talk about sport
But only if it's clear that it's interesting for all parties but it's not acceptable to do it if it's to the exclusion of a third party in a group.

4.Take inspiration from your surroundings
Weather and sport are all very well, but you should grab the opportunity to talk about something more interesting with both hands.

5.Respect personal space
Don't ruin the effect of your excellent blarney by getting up too much in someone else's face. Everyone's got different ideas about personal space, but if in doubt keep at least arm's length away from someone you've just met.

In my opinion, this few tips above can help the person who don't know how to make small talk. This is very useful and can help the people who can't communication well with their friend.

Joke of the day...

LIFE IS LIKE THAT

The DVD player was broken and we weren't going to be able to watch the movie we'd rented. Then my husband had a brilliant idea: "Why don't we use the PlayStation?"
We pushed all the buttons, but couldn't get it to work, so we gave up and went upstairs.
We were reading in bed when our 17-year-old son appeared in our doorway. "Someone left a DVD in my PlayStation," he said.
"We were trying to watch a movie on it," my husband admitted, "but we couldn't get past the parental control screen."
"What a shame," our son said as he smiled and closed the door.

How Much Water Are You Drinking?

Did you know that you can increase good health by making
sure that you get enough water?

Drinking water is essential for a healthy body. Water regulates body
temperature, lubricates joints, keeps skin youthful and
muscles strong.

Water is present in every cell and tissue and involved in so
many biological functions: digestion, absorption,
circulation and excretion. It helps us with keeping our
hormones balanced and our brain chemistry Relies on water
for proper balance. Water gives us energy and strengthens
the immune system.

Most people are not drinking enough water and are semi
dehydrated. Our body cannot work at optimum level without the water it needs.

What happens when you don't drink enough water?

You will not feel as well as you possibly could, your body does not have what it needs for good health
and so your health declines.

As we all know, constipation is not a good thing. Besides
the uncomfortable, sick feeling there are other things going
on. Transit time slows down and some of the toxins and
poisons dumped into the digestive system begin to
recirculate.

Drinking water is the most important drink you can consume for good health. With this being the case, we suggest that need
drink one quart of water for every 50 pounds of weight. So if you
weighed 150 pounds, you would need to drink 3 quarts of
water.

I think that drinking water is very important. We need to drink enough water every day.Our body will feel very uncomfortable , sick feeling and also the toxins and poisons dumped into the digestive system begin to recirculate.
